I have been looking for a plumber for years. There are many out there that have amazing reviews, but there was a reason I do not choose each one, which vary. That is until I met with Pablo of Barcena Pluming. Pablo visited me almost immediately. We discussed replacing 3 toilets, addressing an odor coming from one bathroom sink, repair a leak in shower faucet and installing a Moen Flo. Once I met and spoke with Pablo, I knew this was the company I would hire and work with. From Pablo to the technicians that worked on my project, they are ALL knowledgeable, professional, respectful to me and my home, and get this, they wear booties without being asked. Their prices are also competitive. Barcena Plumbing is now my go to for all of my plumbing needs. Thank you! read more

I was able to schedule an appointment vety quickly. Chad did an amazing job! Very professional and knowledgeable.

I have used this company twice. The first time was to replace the water heater and the second was to put a Flo water shutoff on the house. Both times the company showed up on time or ahead of schedule. They took care of the work and were professional. Pricing seems fair for the work. read more

Friendly, on time, up front and fair pricing, quick, professional, and the repair was done perfectly.

On time, good service, and decent price (comparable to other businesses for valve and pressure regulator replacement). Will definitely use them again. read more

They were very responsive and helpful, and were able to arrive earlier which was better for my schedule that day. Took care of our clogged sink, fixed the bathtub and got our hot water circulation pump working again. Very communicative and professional. read more

Recently reached out to Barcena Plumbing for getting a new water heater tank and a water softener installed. I opted to have the 2 installations done on separate days. On both days, the Barcena Plumbing team came on time and did an amazing job. Huge shout out to both Ken and Daryl who were the ones that handled the 2 installations. Would highly recommend Barcena Plumbing!! read more

Based on Yelp reviews, I contacted Barcena Plumbing to replace my water heater. Rowan responded to my questions and an approx . estimate. He arrived at the designated date & time and I found him to very friendly and courteous. I observed him to be very meticulous during its installation after which he patiently explained what he did, answered all my questions, and how I should conduct annual maintenance. Only time will tell how long this Bradford White tank will last, however Rowan was great and I would recommend Barcena Plumbing. read more

I had some work done in my house and Barcena did a great job. When they were fixing a water line it caused a small leak due to it previously being installed wrong (not due to Bacena). However, they went above and beyond to fix the issue at no charge. I can't express how happy I am with Barcena Plumbing and how they handled this situation. I will use them many times in the future and would highly recommend this company. read more

Barcena Plumbing was the second plumbing company I had contacted to obtain an estimate to repair a slab leak in my home. They were very responsive and send out an estimator the next day who turned out to be the owner, Pablo Barcena. He was very professional, straight forward, and gave me a quote that was considerably less expensive than the quote that I had received from the first company. Needless to say I went with them and was glad I did. They arrived the next day and went straight to work. The crew was friendly, professional, and did a great job. They were careful of our property and were very clean. This is a great plumbing company and I will be using them in the future for all my plumbing needs. read more

Excellent service- real professionals... had an issue with a sump pump - called this morning, sent out Daryl right away... diagnosed, fixed, explained the problem at a very reasonable cost.., I highly recommend this business!! read more

Great experience. Most plumbers take a long time to call back, nevermind coming to do the work. These guys called me same day I contacted them via Yelp (they also came highly recommended by my general contractor), they gave me a free estimate and a fair price for the work and scheduled me right away. The day of the job they sent a team of 2 (for a pretty small job of installing a sink in my laundry room and adding a new water valve box behind the laundry machines), they were thorough, quick and did solid quality work. These are nice people and dependable plumbers. They even reimbursed me for something they charged me for but didn't do, so very honest too! Highly recommend! 5 stars! read more

We have used this company repeatedly over the last decade at two different houses. And we will continue to as long as we live in the area. They show up on time, are friendly, the price is reasonable, and the problem is fixed. What more would you want? read more

We have been using Barcena plumbing for years. They just completed a complete repipe for us. As usual, they said what they would do and did what they said. On time and kept everything as clean as possible. The techs were friendly and knowledgeable. Most of all, their pricing is fair, and most of all, it is great value. I would highly recommend this company for any job, big or small. read more

Sat night: water spigot in back broke off, causing water to start flooding the backyard, so I shut off the main valve and called Barcena. Spoke with friendly dispatch and they'd have someone contact me. Guy called 30 min later, and he asked for a pic of the broken spigot to verify he had correct parts. Gave me an estimate for the fix including weekend surcharge. Sun morning: before arriving, plumber confirmed time, arrived and finished the job by 10 AM. Definitely keeping Barcena's number for future plumbing issues! read more

After I realized my previous go-to plumbing company had been sold to new management, I looked to Yelp for help finding a plumber to do basic maintenance and new installation. My initial assumption was that this company would be more expensive, but it turned out to be more affordable than other local plumbers. I liked Barcena's prompt follow up, the quote was easy to understand and the technician took great care to perform a clean install. read more

We developed a leak in our master bathroom toilet. We thought it was the wax seal. That was the cause the last time we had a leak. The technician diagnosed the problem and found out it was the deterioration of all the gaskets that attach the tank to the bowl. He fixed it quickly. The technician was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of out house. He put covers on his shoes so that when he walked on our floor he didn't track in any debris. I've used them in the past and always been satisfied with their work. I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

Barcena Plumbing is THE BEST plumbing service I have ever used. Our tankless water heater started leaking on a Sunday night. I called Barcena on Monday morning and they sent out Stephen to see what was going on. It turned out that we needed to replace our old water heater so Stephen quoted a price to supply all the parts and install a new unit or have me buy all the parts and just charge me for the install. I ended up buying the parts myself and Daryl and Ken came out the same day and had the new unit installed in under 2 hours. AMAZING!!!! They did a very professional job and I could not be happier with their service. Every time I call these guys they do a fantastic job. Thank you Barcena for helping us out of a cold situation. You guys are the best!!!! read more

Our aging water heater pressure relief valve started to leak uncontrollably last week and we again called our "go to" plumbers - Barcena Plumbing. Barcena is a dream to work with! We had a leak under our house and scheduled Barcena to come take a look as they came recommended by neighbors. First they had an opening a day earlier than we originally scheduled which worked for us. They quickly found the problem and fixed the leak. They showed us the broken part that they replaced and were off. Reasonably priced too. They were literally in and out in just about 30 minutes. Oh also, I called three different plumbers and Barcena responded within a couple hours, where I didn't hear from any of the other plumbers till the next day, and one I never heard back from at all. This saved me at least two trips to Lowes and a good portion of a day if I did it myself. Barcena is a dream to work with. Now that's value! read more

Truly fantastic. We've used them many times over the years, but this was a more challenging call. The guys were thoughtful, clean, and professional. A toilet was broken, but Barcena was really quick at finding a replacement and getting it installed. They were communicative, stayed on top of things and made sure to get it solved properly. Really impressed with how it was handled. Thank you Theresa and the rest of the team for getting our back up and running so quickly! read more

Although my initial experience with Barcena was not favorable, the company went above and beyond to make it right. They truly do care abour customer service and take pride in their workmanship. I felt that the final outcome is what I initially wanted and expected from a plumbing company and Barcena Plumbing was professional and fair in how it was ultimately handled. I know have a properly working toilet and a shower handled that does not leak - thank you Barcena Plumbing! If the initial outcome had been how the final outcome turned out I would have given them five stars. However, I felt I needed to take my initial experience into account on my final review. So, would I use them again or recommend them? Because of the final outcome, I believe I would consider using them again and I would recommend them for your plumbing needs. read more

Ken was able to clear my slow kitchen drain using a snake after another plumber was unable to clear it with a snake and waterjet. He even showed me on a camera where the restriction in the drain used to be. Got to see it all through their drain camera. Cool stuff. They cleared it all up and waters flowing out as it should. And It was a lot less than I had thought. I'll be a customer for life. Plumber came to our home 2 weeks ago that's only 2/12 years old (new construction home built in 2020). We have a tankless water heater, and water filter had been slightly dripping water for about 3-4 days so we were concerned about that. Not only the plumber told us the entire filter had to be replaced along with the water valve and cost would be approx 500.00 for the job. This made no sense and my husband told him NO THAT'S OUTRAGEOUS!!! Turns out that only the cartridge in the filter had to be replaced which costs us $64.00 and our neighbor installed it after I asking in our community for a handyman. Be careful with this plumbing company for your plumbing needs they quoted us approx $500.00 for a brand new valve that did not need to be replaced nor a filter that wasn't cracked!! Never again!! read more

A few months ago, we had a different company try to tell us that the roots clogging out drain could only be fixed by completing replacing the main line, costing thousands of dollars, which didn't make much sense since there was only one toilet clogged. Barcena came out and removed the toilet, removed the nest of roots, snaked the drain, and put the toilet bag, and we haven't had any more trouble. I'm sure it's not a permanent fix, but it cost less than $200. They were honest. The plumber was courteous and quick. This is what plumbing service should be like. read more
