My family moved to Simi Valley in 2002 and T-Top Plumbing is the only plumbing company I have ever used. They are responsive. They are thorough. They are fair in their pricing. What's not to love. read more

No review, just good, knowledgeable service. Was called by the HOA for an emergency. Hired them to fix our property's issue. Excellent communication skills from the technician. Would hire them again. read more

Lack of Transparency - Would Not Recommend I had a disappointing experience with T Top Plumbing and would not recommend them. An outside leak was investigated to determine whether it was the HOA's responsibility. The leak detection visit was arranged through the HOA, and I never consented to hiring T Top Plumbing for myself. Very little was done during the visit, yet I was later told I had to reimburse the company once the leak was deemed homeowner responsibility. I later learned the leak detection company used charges significantly less than what I was billed, with the difference attributed to a "dispatch" fee that was never disclosed or approved. The invoice itself states that I declined further locating and marking once responsibility was determined. If I declined continued service once responsibility was determined, it is unreasonable to bill me for services I neither requested nor authorized. Homeowners should be cautious and get everything in writing before allowing any involvement from this company. read more

I called them, and they were able to schedule me for a quick appointment with prompt service. Rod and Eric were courteous, professional, and responsive to my needs throughout the entire process. They provided excellent service and brought my system up to code. I really appreciated their efficiency and attention to detail. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality service. read more

I just can't say enough about my appreciation and respect for how professional and efficient every aspect of our job was. We recently bought our home and oh the things that a 1960's house needs done! First, we needed to make sure the siren that was our old tankless water heater wasn't going to explode. Then we tried to have it serviced. Worth the hope we could get away without replacing it. Rod explained everything as he went. Unfortunately, it was beyond saving. Robert and Fidel did a terrific, neat, professional job. They were personable and we were happy with each aspect of this job. Thank so much. Next time I need a plumber, I won't hesitate to call. read more

Best customer service, fast acting, and very thorough! Prices are extremely reasonable and they have been the best plumbers we have had. From Wayne answering the phones to Rod's service amd Scott's knowledge, I wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

Outstanding company with exceptionally fair prices. I had an emergency with a main water line break at the front of my home. I called at 8 am. They had a plumber (Robert) here by 9 am. Robert was polite, professional, and skilled at his job. He cut out the broken pipe and installed a new section. He also installed a new pressure regulator as I was running at 100+psi (vs 65-70 psi). All the work was exceptionally performed with full explanations. The price was very fair and reasonable. T-Top Plumbing has a new customer for life. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND T-Top Plumbing for your plumbing work, for emergency and regular services. I am very thankful a friend referred T-Top Plumbing to me. And I'm very thankful for T-Top Plumbing, their work, and their fair prices. Respectfully, John C. (Simi Valley) read more

The homeowner where I am currently renting hired T-Top to come out and replace a leaking water heater. I cannot say enough good things about this company's professionalism, and about Jaime in particular. On time, knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Would definitely recommend them, and have already shared with coworkers how pleased I am with T-Top's service. read more

Definitely recommend this place. 5 Stars!. They were quick to respond, price was fair - and they resolved the issue quickly as well.

T-Top Plumbing fixed a slab leak for us. The estimate from another company was $20,000. Scott and his crew of amazing plumbers were able to pin point the leak and we paid a total of $3,000. Best price plus amazing service! read more

Both Matt and the owner came by and they were knowledgeable and very nice. I highly recommend T-Top.

We called T Top plumbing on a recommendation from a close friend. So glad we did. T Top was a second opinion. We initially went with a well known company and was quoted $600-1800 for a faucet cartridge replace. We were told all the fixtures needed to be replaced as well. What!!!, they are maybe two years old. With T Top, we paid what it would cost to go to a nice dinner. Such a friendly company, listened to our concerns and were in and out so fast. The gentleman who came out was so polite and clean. Didn't even know he was here. This company is my 100% go to for my plumbing needs from now on. The issue was fixed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! read more

T-Tops team is incredibly adept and responsive. I have been using their services since 2001 for all my rental properties and my primary residence. My kids use them for their homes too! They are knowledgeable, prompt, and clean. They are also terrific at communicating and giving options for repair when needed. At a fair price, and terrific service, you can't go wrong. Oh, and the owner Scott is accessible and really cares too! read more

T-Top plumbing has been handling our plumbing needs for over 25 years. Their work is reasonably priced and the service is exceptional. Highly recommended! read more

You won't find a better plumbing business in my opinion. I had water leak to my home and a leak detection/ plumbing co came out and let me now the source. In order to repair it, they quoted me a price of $500..... I saw on this site that T Top plumbing would be worth giving a try. In the end, Rod, who came out, was very professional AND gave tips on how to keep your plumbing safe too! The final $ was under $200 and they came to my home ASAP! Way to go T TOP and thanks for all your help Rod! read more

After recently moving to Hollywood in a new home, I began experiencing a myriad of plumbing issues from the previous owner. I was referred to 5 different plumbing companies that came to my home. I quickly learned that in LA, a good plumber is hard to find much like an auto mechanic. Each of the 5 companies lacked integrity, work ethic, professionalism, and sometimes overall knowledge. I was referred to T-Top Plumbing by my Brother and I couldn't be happier. I can finally say I found a plumbing company that I can trust. I was surprised to see they are not big on Yelp yet, and I hope more customers come forward and give this company awesome reviews. It's extremely easy to make an appointment with them, and they always text you or call you to let you know where they are in their schedule so that you don't waste time waiting at home unlike other companies that provide a large window but you never know when they will actually show up. I have had hot water heater issues, toilet leaks, toilet replacements, leaks in multiple sinks, and all have been rectified rather easily by T-Top. Not only do they show up on time, but their demeanor is always pleasant, and they always treat you like you are their only client for the day, and that they have nothing but time for you. Along with being extremely patient, you learn quite a bit watching them work, as they are always quick to educate you on what exactly it is that they are doing, and furthermore, what potential maintenance needs to be performed and also potential issues that may exist in the future to keep an eye on. After the work is completed, they also really take the time to clean up and do so properly which is nice, because I often have to clean up after service vendors because they are usually in a hurry to go on to the next job. They go above and beyond, and often have great money saving tips along the way. Its extremely comforting to have them on call list. Ask for Jaime or James! Thanks Guys Your loyal customer, Grant Boatman read more

Not sure how this Yelp stuff works, I tried to add onto a 5 star review I'd previously written for a drain cleaning. With this update, it would seem the old review went away. Oh well, it makes no difference. The drain cleaning, service, cleanup after the fact was outstanding. With that, we just experienced a new problem. We realized we had a leak in our slab, and after the leak was isolated, we called T-Top to take care of the issue. Going into the foundation was not acceptable, nor was touching the newly remodeled kitchen where the main leaking line supplied hot water. We understood the hoop jumping that would have to take place to reroute our line, but the folks from T-Top handled the job with the minimal amount of intrusion/damage to drywall within our two-story home. I'll cut to the chase...work was completed with minimal drywall repair being needed, and the crew did its utmost best to do any cleanup before they left. Great group of guys. We are totally pleased at the end of the day. read more

T Top Plumbing is a wonderful reliable company. I have used them for 5 years now, at my home and rental property. They show up on time, are reasonably priced, do a great job and clean up after the job is done. They have reroute a pipe when It broke under the floor. Recently they got me out of a jam, replacing a water heater at my rental unit. Whatever your plumbing needs you won't be disappointed. I highly recommend them. Lynn Andrus read more

Been using T-Top for years. I always ask for Rod...he's the best. But recently we returned home from a trip and my wife heard water running in the wall even though no water was on. Called for Rod. He came out and confirmed a cold-water line break somewhere, but no sign of water damage. Next we had a leak detection company come out, and sure enough: under the slab leak located beneath the shower. Nightmares of major jackhammer work was not necessary. Scott from T-Top spent a good hour just looking at the problem and coordinating with the leak detection people. Next day his construction guys got up in the attic and down on the floor to make the smallest wall opening possible. Pipe re-route saved the shower and my checkbook, and I got a good night's sleep. T-Top is great! read more

Always reliable and very affordable and efficient! Love that they can come out within a few hours of calling and always do the job correctly the first time. Highly recommend this company! read more

Absolutely the best plumber around! I have had a cross-over issue and have dealt with 8 different plumbers trying to get it resolved. Scott, the owner, came out personally and diagnosed the issue. If you want the best, most honest plumber, and at a very fair reasonable price, T-Top plumbers is who you should be calling. read more

These guys really came through for us as we had a water main break in the front yard on of all days Sunday. A fellow came out early the next day, fixed the problem, was honest and the price was reasonable. read more

Love Rod at T Top Plumbing. I was referred to this company by a close friend who happens to be the neighbor of the owner of T Top so she has used them for a long time. Rod came to my house and was amazing. He was professional, knew his stuff and their prices are reasonable. T Top is my plumber for our home and our rental. I wouldn't call anyone else. read more

Man - T-Top was a lifesaver, and specifically Michael Carpenter. I found a leak mid-flooring job, so needed someone ASAP. Mike made it to my house in 15 minutes flat and had a ton of knowledge and was able to quickly identify the issue. Couldn't ask for a better guy or service. read more

I have no idea why these guys have such good reviews. from my encounter with them they were horrible. I wouldn't recomend them to anyone. They showed up unannounced, couldn't wait 10 minutes for someone to arrive or they were going to charge extra? but they charged a fee to come out with out anyone aware that they were coming out. doesn't make sense. The guy didn't even attempt to find out where the leak was coming from. His method of diagnosis was to have someone tap on a tub to see if it was above the leak. like really? I have worked with many plumbers and from my experience this is by far the worst plummer I have ever come in contact with. read more

T Top saved us from near disaster. Fixed our plumbing problems, were very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough. Thank you T Top!!

Recently my wife and I used T top Plumbing to solve a hot water pipe leak in our house next to our kitchen. The problem was complicated by the fact the leak was in a pipe underneath our floor tile that was relatively new. As a result of the leak, our kitchen cabinet was damaged as were a number of baseboards. T Top quickly came in and determined that the least evasive solution to the leak would be to reroute the hot water copper pipe into the attic. The insurance agreed with the plan and Scott and his crew quickly did the reroute. We were extremely impressed with the work done and the fact no tiles had to be replaced and only a few drywall holes have to be fixed. I can't say enough for the work performed by T top Plumbing. They were very professional, considerate of my wife and my concerns, and the cost was minimal under the circumstances. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a good Plumber. read more

We have used this company 3-4 times, and the first thing I love about them is how friendly they are on the phone!! The last couple of times I've had Rod, and he is very low-key but knowledgeable, and really seems to go the extra mile to be helpful. And they don't overcharge!! So bottom line--I'm not afraid to call the plumber anymore as I know I'll get good service and a reasonable rate! read more

I posted a review the other day, but I don't see it here, so I'm posting again about the fantastic job t top did for me. They are friendly, efficient, reasonably priced, courteous, caring... I just can't say enough good things about them. The owner, Scott, is hands on and was here 3-4 times while the work was being done. They do a superior job and cleaned up afterwards. They cautioned me every day about being careful around the work. They care, folks. I would recommend them to anyone and would not use anyone else! read more

Extremely impressed. I got several estimates to repipe my house. Not only did T-Top come in at a lower price (very reasonable), they were extremely knowledgeable and left the place spotless when they were done. They also did my parents' main drain out to the street many, many years ago and I'm happy to see their commitment to excellence hasn't wavered in all that time. As a young woman, it's nice to have a contractor you can rely on that won't take advantage of you. Ask for Jimmy and his crew to do the work. read more

Found out I had a leaky stop valve on my kitchen sink during a dishwasher removal and install. T Top got me on their schedule for the next day. Rod arrived on time, and I had a new quarter-turn valve installed within an hour allowing me to get my new dishwasher running. Pricing was very reasonable. Will use T Top for all of my plumbing needs from here forward. read more

Recently found a small pinhole in my copper line as it entered the house (was not leaking yet) and called T Top to come out and take a look at it before it got any worse. Michael came out the same day and was able to make the repair and restore my peace of mind. He was very friendly and professional and the price was reasonable for the repair work. I've used T Top before in the past and will not hesitate to use them again in the future. read more

T Top plumbing is phenomenal. They did a tough plumbing job for us on time and on budget (actually, the job turned out to be more difficult than originally bid, but they honored their original price!). If they were ever going to be late for an appointment, they called ahead to let us know. And they left the job site as clean as it was before they started.
