I am so incredibly impressed with Plumb Good Plumbing! After leaving a message, I immediately received a text assurance, and they called me back in less than an hour. I was originally scheduled between 1-3 PM, but because I volunteer, I was going to be away. They kindly texted me a 30-minute cushion so I had plenty of time to get home. I had a bizarre issue where a leak at my water heater was actually causing a terrifying loud rumble inside my shower wall. My technician, David, diagnosed this tricky issue very quickly, replaced the faulty hose part, cleaned up the area perfectly, and made sure everything was working as it should. He even asked if I had any more questions before leaving. David was incredibly friendly, addressed all my concerns, and made me feel completely at ease since I get so nervous when something goes wrong at home. They are officially my only go-to plumber! 5 stars! read more

I can't say enough good things about Plumb Good Plumbing! The owner, Kyle, and the office manager, Dawn, are amazing -- super friendly, professional, and completely focused on customer service. I had a kitchen faucet leak that needed to be fixed ASAP. I left a message on Sunday, and as soon as they opened Monday morning, Kyle called me personally to get more info. Even though it was a last-minute request, he managed to fit me in for same-day service! Honestly, forget calling anyone else -- Plumb Good Plumbing is the only plumbing company you need! read more

I was first referred to a plumber in T.O. Upon calling them, I was informed "they do not come out to Simi Valley." The best part of the story is the first guy referred me to Plumb Good Plumbing, Kyle. I hit the jackpot!! Dawn in the office could not have been nicer or kinder. She was an angel. She booked Kyle to come out and give me an estimate. Kyle (the owner), came out, told me in 5 minutes exactly what it was, and my nightmare (had a leak in guest bathroom), turned into a simple, non-complexed job. Finally, Dave, the nicest and most efficient Plummer, ever came over, got right to the job and in less than an hour was done!! I would definitely (without regret) recommend this company. Thank you all so very much. Lynda read more

Shoutout to Kyle the owner of Plumb Good!! He saved our weekend by coming over personally to fix a leak we found last night at 10p. We had to shut off the water to the house. Being without water is not easy and for it to happen on a weekend when your favorite plumber is normally closed would be frustrating. But Kyle responded to my frantic text last night and was out this morning to fix the issue! We have used Plumb Good for several years now and he was recommended by our cousin who is also a plumber but does not work in our area. Kyle has always been responsive and reliable. His team is just as awesome as he is!! As I always recommend call Plumb Good when in need of a plumber! Thanks again Kyle! read more

I needed to install a new kitchen faucet. I decided to go with Good Plumb Plumbing company. I called them to get their price for that. They sad that it will take an hour - hour and a half and will cost me $175. I agreed with the price and the appointment was set up. The guy who came to do installation spent more than 2 and a half hours. At first he did not install it correctly - the hot water did not flow. So he had to redo the installation. After he finished he said that the valve under the sink does not work and he needs to put the new valve. It is funny that he complained about the valve after he finished the job. How would it be possible to do the job if he could not shut of the valve. At the end he asked me to pay $363. And I paid it. After that I called this company and complained that the estimation was twice less than what they requested to pay. The manager called me and promised to send me a check for $100. But he never did it. P.S. My son decided to buy the same faucet for his kitchen. He installed it himself and it took him only 20 minutes. By the way-He is neither a plumber nor a handyman. :) read more

Prompt, clean, extremely expensive . Great name seemed to know what he was doing . Can't afford. Otherwise would have lots of business

Communication is excellent. David is a great plumber. Dawn kept us up on when David would arrive. Pricing was very reasonable.

I cannot speak highly enough of Plumb Good Plumbing. We have used them several times at my work and they were always great, but they really earned all of my respect when we had a severe pipe breakdown at my house and they came ready to work. Not only did they respond quickly, but they clearly articulated the problem, proposed a well thought out solution, and gave us a very reasonable price. Additionally, their staff was very friendly and they completed the job ON TIME with no additional or hidden costs. We will only be using Plumb Good from now on and my only regret is that we hadn't found them sooner. read more

Had a leak from our upstairs shower. An appointment was booked within 2 days! The job was bigger than expected. What was supposed to be a small repair required a lot more work. The plumber even called in extra help and they finished the job that same day. Made my shower even better than before! Transparent billing, kind, professional. Lots of communication about what was going on. Will definitely be calling them again should any plumbing issues come up. Trust them completely! read more

My two upstairs bathrooms clogged and we're backing up into the shower. I noticed this on the Friday before Christmas at 4 pm. Kyle (owner) returned my message and rearranged the schedule to send someone out Monday afternoon. The issue was proving to be complex but rather than go for the expensive "let's cut holes in the walls" solution Tyker who was on site called Kyle who join him at my house. it was now after 5:30. They looked at EVERY possible alternative. and finally opted to try to go through a vent. After some incredibly difficult maneuvering , they fixed the issue! Whew! With two professionals on site for several hours I was expecting a large bill. I must say they were not only fair but generous! I highly recommend them! Honest. Knowledgeable. Creative. Persevering. Fair. read more

These guys are fantastic, attentive, knowledgeable and reliable. I would not use anyone else from now on. I had hot water in my toilet, I tried to fix it and made a bigger mess. They came and fixed it the price was very reasonable. Thank you Plumb Good read more

We had a leak in our bathroom, called another company out. They didn't diagnose the leak, but spent a half hour looking for it and said they would charge $6,500 for the job, plus any drywall or repairs. I sent them away, tore a hole (well, several really) in the drywall and couldn't find the leak. A friend referred Plumb Good Plumbing. They came out and found the approximate location of the leak in fifteen minutes. I did a little more cutting of the drywall, found the leak and called Plumb Good back. They were creative in finding a way to get to the leak without removing our sink and countertop, fixed the leak for $250. That's a savings of over $6,000. Next time I have a leak, I'm calling Plumb Good Plumbing first. read more

If you are looking for a plumber, look no further. Kyle T. and the crew at Plumb Good Plumbing have been our go to plumbers since 2016. Most of our housing tract has been plagued with plumbing problems of one kind or another for decades. Nothing that's come up has thrown Plumb Good a curve. They have been able to quickly and knowledgeably solve the issues that we faced. Nearly a month ago Tyler L. made a service call for a clogged drain in an upstairs bathroom. He did what he could, but was unable to completely take care of the issue that day. With that being stated, the issue is something that we have managed to work around for quite a while and something that the previous owner of our home had battled. Tyler gave me his plan to solve it as well as an estimate and I told him that I'd make an appointment for him to come back out. Today is Thursday, on this past Monday I scheduled an appointment for next week. They had a cancellation, so with my permission, we were moved up to this morning. Tyler and Ryan showed up on time. They were beyond great, and exceeded my already lofty expectations for the crew at Plumb Good. Thank you, Tyler and Ryan. Tyler explained everything that were going to do and let me know what I should expect when they were done. They were neat, clean and fast. That bathroom had just been scrubbed and cleaned yesterday, but I think they might have left it even cleaner than it was. I could not be more pleased. Oh, and the best part, the actual cost for this repair came in way below the estimate. Thank you Kyle, for building a plumbing company with a wonderful crew that I can count on. read more

really good plumbing and they fixed my pipes good!! good place and i recommened! there really nice and they have good prices

I did two full bathrooms remodels. Kyle did all plumbing: rough-in, tub install, trim installation, faucets. Can't be happier. Very easy to work with, very knowledgeable. Will use again. read more

This is the first time we dealt with Plumb Good Plumbing. Tyler installed a new toilet, a higher-end faucet, and replaced two hose bibs. He was professional, friendly, and efficient (i.e. Tyler knew what he was doing and did the work efficiently). Everything is functioning fine. The last two plumbing outfits we tried for various things proved to be very inefficient and / or partially incompetent and/or somewhat dishonest. What a difference with Plumb Good. We have finally found an honest and highly competent plumbing company! read more

Ted and his team did an excellent job with an issue I had with my kitchen plumbing! They completely rerouted the pipes by digging a trench along the outside and connected to the main line at a new point due to a crack in the pipe under my house. My husband and I got a quote for over $10k from another plumber so we called Plumb Good asking for a bid. They were super honest and fair, explained what absolutely needed to be fixed and what was just the other company up-selling us - they did the job for a quarter of the price, everything looks and works great. They were on time and really friendly, plus Dawn the receptionist who helped me schedule everything was so kind and always got back to me when I had a question. I'm so glad I was referred to them by JC Plumbing and will definitely call again when I need help! read more

Our real Estate agent referred us to Plumb Good Plumbing. Kyle was very friendly and knowledgeable. We had just bought a new condo and needed plumbing work in our bathrooms and our new kitchen. Kyle was very efficient and does great work. He took extra time to set up my faucet for my kitchen sink that wasn't working correctly. He didn't mind when he would come to do one job and then we'd ask for something else to be installed. I would definitely recommend him if you need any plumbing work done. Mairlyn and Ara read more

We were in the middle of a kitchen renovation when COVID-19 hit. We still needed our kitchen faucet hooked up so I started looking for a plumber. Kyle was amazing. He came over with his mask, gloves and booties on. I stayed 6 ft away (also with a mask on) and he talked me through what he was doing. He's professional, polite and also reasonable. Everybody needs a good plumber and Kyle's mine....he IS plumb good! read more

Kyle arrived on time and and did a very good job with replacing toilets in our house. He cleaned everything after his work was done. When he was done with the toilets I asked him to take a look at a pipe behind the dryer that I wanted to replace with a smaller one and I was planning to schedule another visit from him, but Kyle fixed it in no time on the same visit. I would give him 10 stars. read more

Two great experiences with Ted at Plumb Good Plumbing. He arrived on time, and is very knowledgeable and efficient with great attention to detail and good design sense. He cleaned up everything after the job and was fair priced. Ted replaced our kitchen sink, bathroom and shower fixtures, installed a water-pressure regulator, and a leak detector. We are happy to have found him and relieved to know we have such a great contact when we need future plumbing work. Thanks, Ted!! read more

We just moved into our new house and found out the water heater that was working when we signed the papers had died! Trucks were arriving on Saturday and it was Thursday night. We called and the guys took care of us. Nick was outstanding! Came out on the weekend and switched out the water heater, hauled off the old one and left the place cleaner than he found it! Super detailed, CLEAN and dedicated to his craft. Even in about 100 degree weather he was upbeat and took his time to do the job right. I can't recommend Nick enough. He even left the water heater box for the kids to draw on, which they loved. read more
