Since completing the work, I have made multiple attempts to contact Johnny and the office by phone and email, and have received no response whatsoever. The invoice remains unpaid despite the service being completed as agreed. It is extremely disappointing to perform professional services for another plumbing company and then be completely ignored when it comes time to pay the invoice. Businesses should honor their commitments and pay the contractors they hire. If this issue is resolved, I will gladly update this review. One of the tasks was to replace a bathroom sink, but the plumber chipped the countertop, failed to seal the gap between the sink and counter properly, left large amounts of unsightly residue on the sink and countertop, and did not use the mounting brackets for the sink properly. Drypro was also tasked with applying caulk to various places in the apartment. Unfortunately, the plumber applying the caulk did a very messy job and did not smooth the caulk bead well. There were globs present and nonuniform streaks present along the windows and counters. In some places, this will need to be redone. Drypro completed the other tasks requested fine, so be careful to inspect all work done by Drypro carefully.
