What impressed me most was their honesty. Instead of trying to sell me an expensive repair, they took the time to explain the issue. Cesar and Carlos were professional, knowledgeable, and transparent throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to find a company that prioritizes honesty and customer education over sales. If you're looking for a trustworthy plumbing company that will give you straight answers and quality service, I highly recommend 805 Sewer & Plumbing.

I called, he came within 15-20 minutes, looked at my leaking pool valve, gave me an estimate, went and got the correct valve, came back and had everything fixed within an hour...and he loves dogs, too! I thought I was going to get out of doing that today. Seriously though, I cannot recommend this company enough! Thank you SO MUCH!!! I'll absolutely call y'all again if I need plumbing help. I have used Highsmith & Daughters Plumbing on several very different projects over the past few…read moreyears, and Matthew and his team have earned my trust each time. I first met Matthew when he helped a friend's father deal with numerous gas leaks in a mobile home. It was a difficult situation, but he was responsive, professional, and thorough. Later, after we moved into a home in Lancaster, I asked the company to travel from Simi Valley to help overhaul several parts of the plumbing system. The house needed a new regulator and cleanout, and an addition had been plumbed incorrectly with the hot and cold lines reversed. They also replaced an older water heater with a tankless system and rerouted portions of the gas piping as we converted more appliances and systems to electric. They handled several additional problems that demonstrated both persistence and honesty. A serious clog in the main kitchen drain line took more than two hours to break through, but they stayed with it until the line was cleared. During the home inspection, we had also been told that approximately ten feet of piping beneath the house appeared cracked and might need to be replaced. After performing a full video inspection of the plumbing system, Matthew's team determined that the marks were likely only surface scuffs and that the pipe was safe to continue using. Their willingness to give an honest assessment instead of recommending an unnecessary replacement meant a great deal to us. Most recently, they helped at a Scottish Rite commercial building where more than sixteen feet of older cast-iron drainage piping had collapsed. The affected section included multiple connections serving different drains in one of our primary bathrooms. They replaced and rerouted the damaged piping, charged a very fair price, and once again delivered quality work. It is rare to find a plumbing company equally comfortable handling mobile-home gas leaks, a major residential overhaul, difficult drain problems, video inspections, and complex commercial cast-iron drainage repairs. Highsmith & Daughters has been responsive, honest, efficient, and reliable throughout every project. I would gladly call them again and strongly recommend them.

Every plumber I called insisted on coming out to look, before giving me a quote. I said I had perfect pictures and that it was a small job, but they all still insisted on coming over. My husband could do the job, but he's been sick, so we needed some outside help. This was the ONLY company who agreed to look at my pictures and give me a quote over the phone. Alicia in the office was so kind, understanding & accommodating. Highsmith & Daughters were $200.00 less than the other company who came out to look at the job. Highsmith & Daughters sent out a great plumber. He was on time, professional, thorough, neat & VERY helpful. He also gave us 2 new hoses & then helped to bring in our washing machine, which we had moved earlier so he would have easy access. I see why they have so many excellent reviews. We will definitely call them in the future for any of our plumbing needs.

They came to our home and within 2 minutes was giving me a quote of $17.5k. Didn't look at the pipes or listen to me at all. I told them I didn't need the kitchen pipes redone, only the bathrooms, and he told me kitchen pipes are always they worst, so we'll do that, too. He said they'd tunnel 6 ft under the foundation of the property, putting someone completely under the house without looking at how it was built or the current state of it. When I asked him questions he was clearly annoyed with me. We've had lead pipes in places, but when I asked about it he said we have good water pressure so I don't need to worry about lead. That makes no sense. After that I stopped asking because I figured we would just be wasting time. I knew at that point I wasn't using this company.
