The CVS on Spring Forest Road is where I went to the Minute Clinic and while there got the coupon for $10 off so decided to use it while there. Although I might have had more options at another store. This is a smaller CVS and was not well stocked so that meant limited options. The pharmacy wasn't open either, so that seemed odd. Unfortunately i pick up my meds from this CVS. They're always so irritated or frustrated and mean as hell to the customers. They never have my scripts ready even though i get a text telling me they've BEEEEN ready and I need to come get them ASAP. I've overheard the main pharmacist talking crap about patients he was on the phone with to his coworkers.....It was so unprofessional and weird....They're never friendly. A foreign woman was trying to pick up a prescription and the young woman behind the counter was not very welcoming. They also were openly talking about people sitting in the drive through which I found to be very unprofessional. I at some point even heard a conversation about someone needing birth control. (I believe it was the same woman) Best to kind of keep your voice down in an open setting such as a pharmacy. Customers don't want to hear these things. The lady wasn't mean to the foreign woman but her tone was just not very polite. Having visited foreign countries and being from the US I wouldn't have felt very welcomed if it were me. The gentleman who gave me my shot was professional and very nice. Overall not a bad experience but the staff could use some professionalism training.... read more

I knocked a star off for prices and the fact that some guys were looking suspicious like they were peddling drugs from their car in the parking lot...if you can't get it inside, get it outside? I mentioned it to the cashier and he said, "yah, probably...we used to call the police but they never did anything about it so we stopped worrying about it"...nice program! read more

Walgreens, Walmart, a dude in a hoodie on a corner at night... all preferable places to get medication to this goat rodeo! I had another CVS call ahead for me to verify this location had my prescription on hand. I walk right up to the counter (3 people working in the pharmacy) and told them my name and explained what the other CVS had done on my behalf. The PHARMACIST (not some lackey) gives me the crazy eyes and says, "OKaaaay???" I calmly ask if it's ready and she reflexively blurts out, "It might not even be in stock!" I repeat that the other location had called already. Throwing me a shitty look she does an about face and deftly grasps the very item I was seeking from the shelf, "Be ready in an hour." She is HOLDING the meds I need yet I have to come back in an hour??? I'm getting heated recalling the event. For the sake of my blood pressure I will end by saying - you've been warned! read more

Never go to that location to take a Covid test. I went there two times to get a covid test done for my son to return to school, I was sent back and forth between the pharmacy and the kiosk outside of the pharmacy. The pharmacy sent me back to the kiosk, and when we went back to the kiosk, I knocked at the door and stood over there for 30 minutes, and the nurses inside of the kiosk disrespectfully told me to wait there until they finished their meeting and when I could clearly hear them conversing. I took two days off just to get my covid test done and they wasted the two days I had off to go get the covid test for my son. I even set up an appointment. They were so disrespectful. read more

I have been getting my prescriptions filled here for almost two years. It's always hit or miss on whether or not they have my medication in stock. These are not rare medications, so it's frustrating to continually be told I will have to wait. The last straw was the last time I was in. The pharmacist (Kara Seiden) complained the whole time about "waiters." Those of us rude enough to need to wait for it to be filled. And mentioning it ONCE to the staff would have been alright in order to get them to adjust the wait times they were telling people. I understand longer wait times when it's busy. That's the nature of the beast. But she complained the whole time I was there (about 20 minutes) and even made a point of telling someone on the phone how many "waiters" she had. I'm done with them. There are two techs that have been there as long as I have and they are very nice and helpful. But the rest of the pharmacy staff and even main store staff leave a lot to be desired. read more

I have been getting my prescriptions here for four years. A couple of years ago, I went to pick up a prescription and was told that it had already been picked up. I told them that was impossible, that I had not picked it up. They asked if someone else in my household might have done so. I told them I lived alone. It was finally discovered that, in fact, the prescription had erroneously been given to someone else ... no one I knew or had any relationship with. The pharmacy apologized for their breach ... invasion of my privacy, etc. ... and sent me a letter telling me that they had reviewed their practices to ensure things like this would never happen again. At the beginning of October, I went to pick up three prescriptions at the drive-thru window. When I got there, the clerk told me I had four prescriptions. I asked her what they were and she started to tell me and I stopped her at the third because that was the one I wasn't expecting but was one that I have on auto-renew so it was not a problem. We completed the transaction and I drove home and dropped the prescriptions on the counter without looking at them as I didn't need them immediately. A couple of days later, I opened them and took out 3 bottles from the three bags I had brought into the house. I didn't think it was strange that I only brought 3 bags into the house because I knew that 2 prescriptions had been ordered at the same time and could easily have been in the same bag. However, it did occur to me it was strange that there were only 3 bottles because I was sure I remembered that the clerk had said I had 4 prescriptions renewed but I didn't bother to investigate it further at then because it was late. It wasn't until I was filling my pill cases a couple of days later that I discovered that I was one pill short on one of my prescriptions. I then went to renew it and realized that it was supposed to have been renewed when the other prescriptions that I had picked up had been renewed ... it was the missing 4th prescription. I searched my car completely to see if it possibly fell beside or under the seat. It was definitely not there. I went back to CVS the next day and told them what happened. They essentially told me that they must have charged me for it because it was showing as having been renewed and, therefore, they must have given it to me. I explained that I only had three prescription bags in my car (which I had searched) and only brought three into my house and only opened three bags which contained only three bottles. The bottom line is that they denied any responsibility at all for this and I am absolutely sure that I did not receive it. I am going to be pulling my prescriptions from this pharmacy. If this was the first incident that I'd had with them, I might overlook it (as I did, in fact, do after the first incident). However, I'm not going to wait around to see what the third one might be. read more

Still shopping here! Still complimenting my CVS buddy, Daniel. (I finally got his name) Please promote this man! He is the MAIN reason I shop here. Always smiling, always friendly, never in a bad mood and he always makes my day! Everyone needs to take customer service lessons from Daniel. Maybe even some other CVS staff... like the only other woman that I have seen working the register. I am not sure of her name but if I walk in and see her I walk right back out. I hate to even go there but she is very discriminating towards those of the European decent. And no I'm not being sensitve, she just makes it blatantly obvious. Which is sad but none the less the reason I don't go there if she is working. I've asked her how she is doing, I've tried chit chatting with her about the weather, nothing. She won't speak to me. Then I'll see someone of her heritage/decent and it's on like donkey kong. She gets a "Hey! Welcome to CVS, let me know if I can help you find anything." And all I get is the stink eye and a stink attitude. Some people and their nerve. But regardless, Daniel is great and I will continue to shop their as long as he is employed there. I called to find out some information before traveling 25 miles to the store. pressed #5 for minute clinic and only could get a recording of hours open, how to sign in, general waiting information and how to find out more information by calling another number or on the wed sight. After making this call I have learned minute clinic hours of operation, how to call another number or go on the web to find out further information. I wanted to talk to a live person working at this store just to qualify that they could help me, weather or not their were too many people waiting for me to be seen today? Most CVS stores I've visited are well stocked, clean and have friendly staff, but at this time I'm going to travel 15 more minutes to the VA hospital were I know they can help me and it's free. I will try to find out more when I'm not sick and need to see a doctor and medication NOW and maybe change to a higher rating read more

This is a great pharmacy to use. The pharmacists are really helpful and take the time to answer your questions. From speaking with one pharmacist, I told her about a terrible reaction my mother had to a medicine and how now it was money wasted as she would no longer be able to take it. I asked if there was anything to be done about it and she offered her help in a return that included her speaking with her drug rep and she OFFERED to do that in order to facilitate the return. It was for a non insurance covered me for my mother and the $$$ involved was around $100 so her willingness to volunteer to help was greatly appreciated. read more

Worst store ever for accepting their own coupons. I have a rewards card I've had for years, and receive email coupons from the store itself....which they will never take because they say they are expired (even when the printed date clearly shows they are not), or they don't match my card (which I have had for years) or some other lame excuse. This place was again disappointing as usual. I arrived to pick up a prescription at 8:45pm in the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead of me. The first car after 15 minutes received their prescriptions. The second car along with myself were turned away. It was exactly 9:00PM when the pharmacy tech told me they were closed. I stated I had been in line well before 9:00PM. She said sorry they have already pulled our drawers. In addition to the terrible customer service I received tonight they take forever to process prescriptions. On numerous occasions I have gone to pick up a prescription several hours after it has been called in only to be told come back in an hour. When you do come back half the time it still is not ready and you end up having to wait another 30 minutes or come back all together. I have had so many bad experiences at this location I felt compelled to write review which I almost never do. We will NEVER set foot in a CVS again. Thankfully the big competition has moved in down the road. Its time to give them a try, I suggest you do the same and save yourself the headaches. read more
