They are so rude! And all over the place. Do NOT go with them. I have called twice in the past two days in order to get a transfer with my prescription. They said they would do it. I followed up the next day and they hadn't done it. So I was patient and allowed them time. But they both hung up on me without finishing the conversation and getting mad at me for calling cvs caremark to get it transferred. Ugh. They are such a big headache. I cannot wait to switch insurance plans so I do NOT have to be with them again. Go with Walgreens. NOT CVS. They are all over the place, tell me one thing - I can do 90 day refill and then next time someone else answers and says I can't do 90 day and only 30 day refill. This CVS pharmacy is in a convenient location for me, so I have used it frequently. The pharmacy is very busy, and consequently is very slow. I recently went in to pick up a prescription for my wife. After several hours from being called in, only part of my order was ready, and I was asked to come in the next day. I came in the next day, and all but one prescription was filled. I waited on the last prescription, which was to be filled on an expedited basis. After at least half an hour, I asked about it, and it had been filled with a "waiting" label on it. They were supposed to page me when the prescription was filled, but they did not do so. They always seem friendly enough, but largely because they are so busy, they are extremely slow. And the prescriptions seem more expensive at this CVS as opposed to other pharmacies. If you have a choice, you may want to go elsewhere. read more

The wait times are very unreasonable, they never seem to have my prescription in stock, they are not staffed properly, and because of all this I am required to make several trips for prescriptions all due around the same time. I went to get a prescription. I had original went to the one near my house for some eye drops. It came out to be $79. I tried the one on capital for the person to tell me that it will cost 300 and some thing for eyedrops. It is ridiculous. They are on the same branch and had to completely different prices. One of the employee is very rude. Im never the type to write a review if I don't like what goes on somewhere but this one lady was really rude. I went in for a plan B because as we all know condoms break. But regardless she started questioning my male friend who was with me if it was his fault. I feel like that was really disrespectful, what I found even more disrespectful is her telling me "you know condoms are 6 dollars right" that is what rlly set it off for me. I feel as if she should've just done her job. & before all that she was talking w. This CVS has the worst pharmacy and pharmacists I've ever had the displeasure of interacting with. On 1 occasion they gave me 1/2 the amount of pills I was prescribed and then acted like it was a real bother for them to correct their mistake! One time they gave my wife a completely incorrect medicine that could have made her very sick. They are ALL extremely rude and act as if they are doing you some big favor by filling the medicines your doctor has prescribed. If you are in a jam and choose to use this CVS to fill prescriptions, be sure to open your bottle and count your pills in front of them! Zero stars isn't an option but that's what they deserve. read more

My experience in transferring my medication has been horrible. Prescriptions were not entered in the system resulting in me not being able to take medicine for 2 days. They did not transfer all of my meds even after I called my previous pharmacy to confirm they sent everything over. I will be leaving them. Not happy or pleased at all. read more

24 hour store, that's all I have to say! I get all my prescriptions here and very worth the wait. Most of the time, there is no wait, but it's 24 hours, what do you expect! I even got my flu shot while waiting on a prescription...can't beat that! read more
