It is located in a shopping center with other great shops. Definitely a one stop kind of shopping experience. It has the normal Target sections as well as grocery/bakery sections. My favorite part of it was the huge selection of natural hair care. Most Targets in my area don't have much for me to choose from. The staff aren't super friendly, but I was there kind of early so maybe they aren't morning people. The store was clean and tidy. They have self-checkout as well as full service lanes with staff waiting to welcome you to their lanes. They have A minute clinic as well as a photo lab. Of course, they also have Starbucks for those who love coffee/pastries/cookies. I love this location. read more

First off this is one of my favorite stores! They always have the cutest stuff. I love the dollar section, I think I always grab something from there. All the employees are touching there mask constantly. Disgusting. They have dirty carts inside which is insane to me. All the cart that are used should stay outside until they are clean to avoid spreading the virus. The check out people are not cleaning the surface after each customer. Just super dirty and not taking the precautions to stop the spread of virus which is insane to me. People wonder why the virus is so bad in NC. On Sunday afternoon, we drove 45 minutes to this Target location because on line showed they had a bathing suit my daughter wanted. She needed to try it on and found 11 other items to try on as well. They have one unisex dressing room area and it was closed with a sign saying reopen Monday. We asked Guest Services if she could try the clothes on in the restroom and they said no that we had to buy them first. We chose to leave. read more

Very nice location! I love that this is a super target with a full food section. They have a special meat stand and a special seafood station as well. Yep! Lobster tails on deck! Haha This store was very clean. There are self check outs on each end of the store, plenty of registers and plenty of parking outside. The bathrooms however not the best smelling. They could use much TLC! All in all, this is one of the best target stores in the area when I comes to location, size, selection and cleanliness! read more

What's not to love? It's Target! I suffer from "go in to get milk and oh look I need that sofa!" syndrome. There are always good deals here. I always check the end caps for clearance goodies. Also, definitely worth it to use the Target Cartwheel app and without fail, get yourself a Target Red Card. It's not a credit card it is a debit card linked to your checking account. It scores you an extra 5% off at checkout and extends your return window. Produce is usually good quality, I like their fresh chicken and most of their Market Pantry products. Check out the dollar section, too. Great items, especially for holiday items. read more

This is a fantastic store! All other Targets in the area have remodeled. In the process, they've painted the walls gray and removed all of the neon. This store has retained the neon! I am afraid it will be remodeled at some point, but for now, I'm going to enjoy the great atmosphere and shopping experience that this store offers. Please keep the neon! read more

Sigh, Target has closed the store closest to me, so I have to go over to the Triangle Town Center area and go to a Super Target. The larger Super Target is certainly a different concept. More merchandise options, including the grocery area. I didn't go in for anything specific. Purchased some men's items from the clearance area, some Valentine's goodies and a few grocery items. The clerk at the check out was attentive and polite. He even called a supervisor over to see if the clearance clothing from the men's dept. was supposed to include an additional item at no charge. This Super Target is just that Super! It has everything I needed in one stop shop. The employees were very friendly and helpful which made this a wonderful shopping experience. On this day the parking was plentiful and the store was clean and orderly! I was there just for a couple of things but of course found my way to several clearance items. There is something for everyone at Target. My daughter loves going there and getting something from the $1-$5 section. Today , we picked up some carrots to plant just for $3. A nice treat for being mommy's little helper. read more

In moving to a new area, of course, I had to scope out where the nearest SuperTarget is & thank goodness I found one about 15 minutes from my house. Shelves & aisles were stocked, clean store, plenty of merchandise (stuff you need want + more of maybe what you don't want, but have to have), a pharmacy, friendly employees, a Starbucks, & plenty of parking. The downside was, extremely busy, but not many checkout lanes open. The team member I got was very slow, it took her forever to ring up my cart full of groceries. read more

I've been here numerous times and while it is not my favorite place to go, it beats going to Wal-Mart any day of the week. The back to school section was a zoo (as was every other retailer's back to school section) and was disorganized from the crowd of people rifling through notebooks, paper, pens and other supplies. Checkout lines were long, but they seemed to move much faster than they do at the previously mentioned other superstore retailer. I can run in and run out when needed as they always have plenty of lanes open, even during peak times. I can always find what I am looking for (and sometimes what I'm not looking for lol) when I go to this location. We had a coupon for a free toy so we picked out some chalk. When we got to the register they said it is not a toy. Well, it was in the toy section. They disagreed and the lady at Customer service gave us attitude. We went back and tried picking out another toy. They then told us it was not a full price item. Not only that, the coupon would not work anymore. It was like it took it when we tried buying the chalk. After all that we just walked out. We do not need that frustration Target. read more

This is by far my favorite place to spend time out of all the corporate chains. You can always find what you need and then some. If you can't find it there is a staff member not too far away to help. The parking lot of this store has plenty of shady trees to park under and the carts are tended regularly. This store has a pharmacy for convenance. As a whole the store is well organized. I like the diversity of the staff and the professionalism. Also, the bathroom situation is a plus. This is a welcoming and friendly store. Thank you Target for walking the walk. read more

This @Target was to the pharmacy. I had never thought about getting a prescription filled at Target before today. I went to my normal pharmacy to get a script filled and when they told me the price, I said, let me have the prescription back. The I pulled out my handy dandy android device, opened up my GoodRx app, and looked up the name of the medication. The medication was on the $4 list at Target and other stores, but I had a gift card to Target, so I went there. The cashier was nice at the pharmacy, and they even put color coded bands around the top of the bottles, which I think is nice. If you are old with several meds and can't read the labels well, or if you have multiple family members on meds you can sort things that way. The pill bottles don't have the normal design, and they have an easy open cap. Not the cheapest on every medication, but I will put them in my list of pharmacies to check out. #352 read more

I stopped by to use a few gift cards and since I was in the area instead of using my local Target (Garner). I was put off at how much of a mess the women's clothing and fitness clothing were! I had been planning on looking to buy something but I don't like digging in a mess (this was not the clearance section mind you). I bought my groceries and left. Not to mention, as I was walking in the fitness clothes section a child was screaming and slamming the doors in the dressing room which is another reason I didn't hang around. read more

Today I had to visit the service desk and the associate was very accommodating to all the customers and whatever she didn't know she volunteered to find out instead of sending the customer off to fend for themselves. read more

Had the worst customer service experience today with Wilma. She told me that i dont need to come back and shop at that store, proceeded to go back and forth with me about a refund for a pizza i brought back to the store because it was not good and cooked all the way. She walked away from the register and said she wasnt giving me my refund. A guy named steve came out and gave me good service refunded me my money and apologized. This isnt the first time ive dealt with or seen her negative attitude in that store. She has other bad reviews on this site as well. She has absolutely no business in the CUSTOMER SERVICE BUSINESS. i also reported her to target guest relations and i hope they take corrective action on her because she is not a great representation of the target brand. read more

So I called ahead to the pharmacy yesterday the have 3 prescriptions filled and then I showed up an hour later and they only gave me two. She said "would you like to wait for it? It'll take about 10-15 minutes", I said, "is there any way you could go ahead and just fill it now since I already called ahead?" And she went back there and came back and said "I put your prescription next in line." "Ok, I'll be on this red bench right here, could you let me know when it's ready?" "Yeah I'll let you know." 10-15 minutes later I walk up to the counter and ask if it's ready and with THE SNARKIEST and most annoyed tone she said "Yeah it should be ready." As if I'm a demanding and impatient customer because I need all my meds to be ready for pickup after I've called ahead. This wasn't by any means the first time I've called ahead to target and then showed up and ended up waiting, at this and other locations. I expect to be in and out when I have to go into your store for my meds. You need to remember all of them, and if you forget, you'd better go back there right now and start counting. You could really mess up a busy person's day with your crap. read more

Like Walmart Painted Red! This Target used to be our go-to place for about everything, but lately not so much. The food department is about two aisles short of a real grocery store, and since they put in the self-checkout lanes they never have enough cashiers working. Checkout speed used to be their strong point, now it's a detractor. On a recent Saturday afternoon they had two lines open. Two. The milk we got there was Walmart brand with new UPC stickers pasted on. Go figure. I'll still shop there when I have to, but my trips have been on the decline. read more

I love Target. It is so convenient for one stop shopping. This particular location, however, is terribly managed. It doesn't seem to matter what time of day I go, the lines are consistently long with only 4-5 lanes open. As I was waiting in one such hellacious line, I noticed a manager pulling aside another employee to play a game to promote the Target red card. I drew her attention to the issue at hand and instead of offering to open another lane or help out, she told me it wasn't her fault. Ok... Pro tip: hire more people and properly staff your store! Now I'm choosing to drive to a further Target to avoid the hassle here, which is unfortunate because this store is in a prime location. read more

I love Tar-ge't (with my French accent)! I have to discipline myself when I go here not to buy the whole store, it's definitely a work in progress. The main reason I came in today was to go to the pharmacy to get a script filled. That was the first thing I did because I knew I was not going to be in the store long. The pharmacists took all my info and told me it would be about 20 minutes, I did not mind because I'm always around this Target so I could come back. I signed up for text response for when my prescription is ready and walked off. It could not have been 10 minutes later, as I am about to walk up to the register that I received a text message that my prescription was ready. I was very surprised and impressed. I am assuming since they knew I wasn't going to be there long they went ahead and filled it quickly. I was able to pay for everything there and walk right out. It was great too the Starbucks inside had Pumpkin Spice Latte up until about 2 weeks ago, I was definitely in love with that. All-in-all I do love this place. It's got all your Target goodies including having three checkout aisles for the entire store. But in all seriousness, this location has become increasingly busy. A couple years ago (right after the nearby Walmart went up), I was concerned that this location was going to fail like the other site down Capital did. It appeared that Walmart and the local developers were pushing hard to boost it's area market share when they build those horrendous apartments that, essentially, encircle the store. Luckily, Target weathered the (local) storm and seem to be doing okay. That, and another giant apartment complex is being built on the other side of the lot (next to Pier One), so that could buoy business as well. read more
