The space was packed on a beautiful Friday morning. A lot of people working and connecting over coffee. The library space was super cute too! Needed a more quiet space to get some work done for about an hour, but once a table opened up the table next to it had some loud talkers and it was not conducive to focused work. The staff is nice and helpful. They seem to always have a smile! The coffee is great. Always fresh. The bakery items are good too! I have tried about half of their regular fare and they never disappoint. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is it seems some people camp out there to get work done for hours on end. It makes those of us who want to just get out of a normal office setting to enjoy some coffee and a snack have a hard time finding a spot. Other than that, love the casual vibe and change of pace.

I had a pleasant shopping experience with Michelle at the Falls of Neuse location. Once I told her…read morewhat I was looking for, she went the extra mile to check inventory and delivery dates for items that they did not have in stock. Michelle also took the time to explain how COVID has affected the supply and demand of their inventory. I eventually purchased a display model at a great discount which was still covered under the manufacturer's warranty. If we need any more new furniture, I would definitely consider this La-Z-Boy location first.

As proud owner of a vintage 2003 La Z Boy double recliner couch now badly worn and ready for…read morereplacement we thought La Z Boy would be the place to go for something fresh and different. The boss picked out a small two seat sofa in fabric and waited eagerly for delivery. She had bonded with the sales lady who struck me as extremely diligent and competent. The two of them went through the endless details of fabric color, warranty options, care, maintenance ad exhausteaum. $1500 dollars USD. On delivery day two equally diligent delivery guys appeared and knowledgeably disassembled the back of our current oversized 70 inch something long and 37 inch tall blue leather couch and easily carried the sections out into the carport through the standard 32 inch den door as was the custom with generation 2003 La Z Boy recliner couches. They brought the new more petite couch off the truck. The time was 6 0' clock(ish). The sun had set and darkness surrounded us as we stood under the one harsh LED carport light. They had one more delivery to go. The couch was carefully wrapped and protected. Boom. Surprise! The. Couch. Was. Too. Big! Too tall to pass through the door vertically and too wide to pass through the door horizontally the Generation 2018 couch could not be delivered to the SAME ROOM AND through the SAME DOOR FROM WHICH GENERATION 2003 couch had just been removed. Yes, in the era of flat pack IKEA everything the brainiacs at LA Z Boy designed a piece of furniture which would not fit through a large percentage of residential American doorways. Way to go! Make America Ridiculous Again. We took the main door off the hinges. There was some discussion about disassembling the storm door. (I vetoed that as absurd and no guarantor of success.) We checked and measured all the other doors and access paths. No Joy. So after 30- 40 minutes the guys marked the ticket as inaccessible and put the offending $1500 couch back on the truck. They generously took the time to return generation 2003 couch and reassembled the back. (We tipped them for service above and beyond.) Day 2. I was furious. The competent sales lady at Falls Of the Neuse Gallery reminded us the contract we signed had probably been written by the same Law Firm who designed the original ironclad Time Share Condominium Contract. 1. We could accept delivery. OR 2. They could take back the couch and charge a $700.00 restock fee and give us a $700.00 in-store credit for some other (equally badly designed) furniture in return for our $1500.00 payment. Pardon me if this does not sound like bait and switch by another name. No love from any of the nationally available La Z Boy phone numbers. They either do not answer their phones after 3-5-7 minutes of the worst elevator music possible or like the HR secretary at the factory in Arkansas who made the mistake of picking up her extension and talking to an irate customer from North Carolina for yes, 7 minutes with no sensible resolution you will find no relief from this formally great American Company. Bottom line: Avoid at all cost. Brace for a flood of unemployed furniture employees bemoaning their fate on the evening news. Anybody want to buy a couch? Brand new. Fire sale price negotiable. Update 12/06/18: A different crew delivered the couch the second time and in order to avoid any more confusion we had them come through the standard size 36 inch wide x 80 inch tall front door for storage in the living room. In full day light I was intrigued to see under the plastic a thick foam pad over one of the arms (not both) which actually got slightly caught on the BIGGER door frame. The delivery guys forced the couch through with little trouble and removed the plastic, cardboard and foam, attached the four legs and left all in about 20 minutes. A few days later when I had the house to myself and away from the sound and fury of conflicting advice, theories and nonsensical ideas I carefully examined the couch, the two 30 inch wide doorways between the living room and den and determined there was a possibility I could slide the couch into the proper pride of place in the den. And so I did,by myself, with some difficulty, but virtually no drama relocate our brand new couch. The boss was extraordinarily pleased and surprised when she returned home. Gooooooaaaaallll!. I know not what to make of this little saga beyond the hundreds of new gray hairs I now possess. All the people we interacted with seemed competent, had good equipment, were prepared for the work and yet, somehow were unable to complete the appointed task. I am pretty sure if we had removed the plastic and foam in the carport on the first day the couch would have gone through the original door. But I understand the guys did not want to run the risk of damage to a unprotected couch. Since we only buy big ticket items once in a blue moon a repeat of this circus is unlikely for some time. So everyone just be careful and be well.

We have been to many a furniture store on Glenwood Avenue and none can compete with the level of service Klaussner gave us. We own a Klaussner sofa right now that was passed down to us and it has stood the test of time, so we know the quality is superb. The showroom is well lit, has many designs available and a plethora of great fabric or leather options. Terry was our salesperson and he is fantastic! He gave my wife and I space to look by ourselves, but was also always close by for questions. He would move items around for us, show us designs, and even give insight into things we hadn't thought of. Go see Terry! He will make the process as easy as it can be for you. Dee in the design center is also awesome and very helpful with ideas and color options! Great people, great store, 5 stars!

We didn't want to go back and forth at this point....5 months of this mess so our negotiated with them. They deducted $500 from our original purchase price and wrote us a check for the rest. They said the amount deducted was for us using their product for 5 months. WHAT? I didn't want your faulty product to begin with. Anyways, after all that time we finally got rid of the couches. Don't bother even going to this store. It's not worth it.
