I get back in town on Monday, 12/29 , and go to the photo department 12/30. They have no idea what I'm talking about, cannot find my order, and even goes as far to tell me they "do not sell that item, I believe" and when I pull the item off of THEIR photo display in store, the worker is speechless. I told the gentleman I'd just reorder and/or call tomorrow to figure out what's going on. Today, 12/31, I placed an order for a different item altogether. Figured maybe that will avoid the stock issue. Order is in. Ready for pickup after 12:55. I get a call at 1:45 from this dogshit photo department telling me they do not have this item in stock, either. However, ever since the "Earnify" app was introduced, we have already encountered a few disrespectful cashiers and staff here. There were a few instances where we showed our barcode on the app (to scan for points), the cashier said it was too late since he had already printed out the receipt. We literally had the phone in hand and ready to scan/told them we had a barcode for the app. He later cancelled the transaction and redid it after we reasoned with him that we've had no trouble using the app countless times. The most recent incident from a few days ago didnt sit well with us. Like usual, we went in to pay and scan the app. We had redeemed an 800 point reward for this tank of gas and paid $100- not only did we not get to use it, we didnt even earn points for this transaction! Went back in to confront him, but he was rude and disrespectful. Shame on you.

They always have what I'm looking for and if I can't find it, everyone is so quick to help. I feel bad for where they are located though, they have frequent shop lifting and the employees are essentially powerless to do anything. But there's often a police patrol car in the parking lot just for that reason. The store is clean and organized and everything is priced the way you would expect it to be at a Walgreens.

Went to pick up a prescription and it was a auto refill prescription. It was not ready. I asked why and they told me there was an issue with the insurance. The insurance company wanted a 90-day supply and the original prescription was for 30. Then they started to argue with me. Then I was given a price for a 30-Day supply since it is generic and is a tier 1 drug on the prescription plan. I was told it would be $17.00 and some cents. I approved that, and heard nothing. I even offered to pay in advance for the 30-day supply so I could pursue the steps required to get my 90-day supply through the pharmacies my insurance company wants me to use. They wanted me to use Costco or CVS for 90-days. They said they will fill the prescription for 30-days and let me pay when i pick it up. I heard nothing. I went back the following day since I had no pills left and that was when it all started. The pharmacist who I believe is Hispanic is a female dog trying to guard her puppies. She is totally unprofessional and needs to be fired. Her customer service skills are lacking, and i have worked in customer service for 35 years. Anywhere else where I have worked, she would have been fired and shown the door. Totally ghetto attitude. She even had the nerve to tell me that my business was not welcome, and that she did not want me shopping in the store. Then she told me that she does not want any more of my prescription business in her pharmacy. I can see why my insurance company does not want to use Walgreens after talking to this lady here. Her attitude is causing people and insurance companies to go elsewhere. I reported all of this to Walgreens corporate and documented all of it. They gave me a case number. I also reported it to my doctor who gave me the prescription that I was getting filled here at this pharmacy. My doctor sent another prescription over to CVS. CVS filled it and there was no problem there. CVS also told me what they were doing wrong at Walgreens because they were able to look it all up in the pharmacy data base that all pharmacies have access to. CVS also said I have the right to have it filled and pay out of pocket and not to use my insurance because it all shows up in the data base regardless of who pays. So if you try and go elsewhere and get another bottle you can't because they can see you already had filled it somewhere else. This pharmacy here is turning away business. Lost business is lost profit for the store and Walgreens Corporate. Walgreens needs to get busy and fire this lady quickly. She is sabotaging the business here and is turning away customers who are the very people who bring in the revenue for the store and company. She needs to have her pharmacy license revoked and she should not be working with medicine at all period. This store is trashy, dirty, and the parking lot is always dirty. Total filth here too. There is no cleaning going on here at this store. The corporation needs to close it completely. The CVS in Pinole is better run and a much cleaner store. I have another prescription here which I will be having transferred to CVS when it is due for a refill which is also automatic. I am also going to ask that doctor to give me another prescription for 90 days and not 30 as well and have it filled at CVS. Walgreens has lost me as a customer for life. There will be no more shopping in any of their stores anymore. My business is not important to them. Management hires rude people who mistreat customers and are very coarse and rude. They don't want my money. Walgreens is going to face the same fate that Rite Aid did. They will be going out of business.
