Terrible service. Dr telephoned prescription at 6am for post-op pain mgmt. at 12:00p still not filled, check back in 45min. At 2pm still not filled. This is the worst Pharmacy I've ever dealt with. They have filled prescriptions I tell them to cancel. It took them two days and two phone calls for them to fill my child's antibiotic. I've seen them be very rude to an elderly man and then talk about him in front of other customers when he left. When I bring up issues to the staff they are so disconnected they just say they don't have enough help. CVS should be embarrassed. There's so much wrong about this Pharmacy I can't even go into all details and all the bad experiences I've had here. And good luck calling and getting a hold of anyone. read more

Very professional staff. The end caps were based and nice looking. Centrally located in Central Phoenix which is an excellent location. I love this store. The comment Sergio J made, I'm thinking the individual is probably watching you because you were acting suspicious or doing something you weren't supposed to. Just keep in mind if you act a certain way in the store people going to watch you. I'm sure you were doing something you weren't supposed to bring that individual to be watching you. read more

The pharmacy has had a staff overhaul. Experience has not been the same. The current pharmacy is not as helpful, friendly or professional as the previous staff members and they are somewhat rude. One instance, the Pharmacy tech was ringing me up, I was trying to ask him a question, but he was yelling to another tech across the back area about nothing that pertained to the current situation or that couldn't wait two mins to finish our transaction. Hopefully it will change. Still, I have changed to the CVS down the street 7th St & Indian School. They are quicker and more professional which is much appreciated! read more

This CVS constantly forgets to refill mine and my daughter's prescription. I've been waiting over a week for them to fill a prescription that my doctor called in. I spent an hour and 15 minutes on hold before just giving up because not one person answered the phone. Horrible time getting meds done on time and 10-15 people in line and 1 1/2 hrs. in that line to find out the medication isn't done!! No one behind the counter has any urgency to perform! They are always mostly busy but the inefficiency in there process must suck terribly! 5th time return only to find my meds are not ready yet again. This is the slowest pharmacy on the planet. And my favorite is when they look at you but continue to ignore you, not even a greeting and we will be right with you. Nothing. You will receive a text telling you your prescription is ready and then when you arrive and get treated like garbage it won't be. If you can, avoid this CVS location at all costs! The product is under stocked meaning that several items are not even available. The staff is wildly unhelpful and the machine that you can use to print your coupons in store is so archaic that it can't read the mobile cards or access your account by entering your phone number. This is the worst pharmacy ever for filling prescriptions. They send me a text that my prescription is ready and then when I arrive it's NEVER ready. Such a waste of time. And to top it off the people at the window are never pleasant. They can't even smile or give an estimate of how long the delay will be. Horrible customer service. Ok so not everyone is out and loud and proud‍. I go there to get lube and was met by light skin thin black guy, loving his security position apparently, and enjoying making me [clearl] uncomfortable as I look for Swiss brand. I left the aisle debating if I should say "F it" , thought maybe he will leave the end of the aisle when he notices he's making me uncomfortable? ...? Nope. 10 min. later he's still standing there. I end up pricing the stuff and have to give my friend my debit card and pin. He goes in and is even more bothered as the guy follows him to soda aisle after he got the bottle of lube. Then proceeds to stalk him to the register and looking intently over his shoulder as he texts me asking for pin reminder. Seriously!? I dont know whether the guy was interested and wanted to help us use the lube or is a super cop but ReALLy dude can you creep from the camera room at least. Some ppl don't have the intention of stealing moreless want to be followed around as they buy personal lubricant.. does this guy hit the tampon aisle too? Somebody tell me I'm overreacting... Worst pharmacy wait time ever. 31 min on hold cause their automated system wasn't working. I was still on hold when I decided to drive there. Walked in & told them how long I had been waiting & instead of taking the refill order right then, they just gave me a bs excuse "doing the best we can" n never did the 1 min refill. If your current staff can't handle the work load then hire more people. Go figure... all of the other 1 star reviews are wait times too. Walgreens 10 x better. I'll be moving my prescriptions elsewhere read more

What an absolute waste of time. I sat in the pick up drive-through for almost 25 minutes, only to be told at the window that they were closing the window and I needed to come inside. Once I walked inside, I noticed a very long line from the pharmacy. There were at least 14 people waiting for prescriptions. The staff was very nice... The pharmacist was, as well. But I waited for almost 2 hours and was then told that they did not have the appropriate quantity of capsules to fill my prescription and suggested I go to another location across town or to any other location another day, as it was almost 7pm. While I was waiting for my prescription initially, several people were turned away for similar reasons, one of them being a diabetic and worried about their insulin. They walked away without it. This is unacceptable and outrageous. I will be changing my pharmacy. Fortunately, what I needed was not as imperative as some of the other people in line. I hope they are able to get their prescriptions somewhere else soon. read more

Soooooo rude!!! I ordered a photo print on the app.. Got my order confirmation email, and the email stating that the order was ready. I drive all the way down there to pick it up. Not there. The sales person would not even offer any kind of help. In fact when I told her I had an email confirmation saying the photo was ready and here at the location, her response was "I don't know what to tell you, it's not here!" I was shocked. That is the rudest customer service I have ever encountered... Now a photo that was supposed to be a gift, is not there, and I am left without a gift, and apparently "I" need to make another arrangements. Why would I try to order it again, since the first time went so well?? I can understand that stuff happens and perhaps there was a mistake, but she did not offer any kind of help or solution. Store # 9297 Fact; no shopping carts in the store from Oct 25th, 2013 to this present day of Dec 7th, 2013. I have complained and complained. No positive results. The store manager and his staff are very sweet people. They have asked the corporate suits for shopping carts to be allocated for this store since the old set was stolen. The corporate executives are dragging their heels on this. Corporate greed at its finest. 45 days and no shopping carts! So, here I am yelping about it. I will call their 800# customer care line and pledge not to shop at CVS with my rewards membership until this problem is rectified. read more

Until yesterday, this branch would have received 1 star, if any, for a rating. The last time I was here (3-4 months ago) the store was dirty, the sales associates (once I found them) were rude, and I just felt ICKY after shopping here. NOW? The store was being stocked as I shopped, I was greeted when I walked in, the associate asked if she could help me find anything, then came to CHECK ON ME to make sure I was still okay (she stopped stocking shelves to do this!), and pointed me in the exact direction I needed to go to find what I was looking for. The associate who rang in my purchases was the perfect mix of sarcastic and cheerful, and I had a great time chatting with her (the shelf-stocker was giggling at our conversation the whole time). Suddenly, I don't feel the need to avoid this particular store if I'm nearby and need something (provided it's before 9 pm). These two ladies really improved my view of CVS Pharmacies in general, and this location in particular. It's amazing what you can do just by doing your job and enjoying human interaction. read more

I moved from the 24 hr pharmacy on 19th Ave & Indian School Rd to this location and am very happy with the results so far. Although I miss being able to pick up my meds after 6 pm on the weekends, I'll live with that considering what I used to deal with at the other location, which was madness!! If there has ever been any issue with my meds here they are quick to help and execute all and any issues extremely well. I'm really surprised to read all these bad reviews because this hasn't been my experience. Granted I've never gone in the actual store, I've only been through the drive thru. I'm very satisfied with their service and they've all been very helpful no matter what! read more

I started going to this CVS this past spring after moving close by. I had one issue with one of the associates there and other than her who no longer works there I have had fantastic service!! The manager blonde, glasses I have seen her there most nights and she worked the 4th of July! There is another female at the front she has longer dark hair used to live in CT. SOOO nice both of them so welcoming!! for real so frigging nice! Not just the females there is one really tall gentlemen a manager who is also awesome! Some of the older comments that I read on here mentioned the store to be dirty and maybe all of them fly through the store on magic brooms and vacuums just before I walk in? but I have yet to see it anything less than perfectly presentable. I love it there and the staff are what makes it so spectacular. I will continue to go to this CVS even if I have to drive across town to go there seriously I wish I could recall their names because all three should be applauded for their superior CS skills! read more
