The service at the printing center is a complete disaster. The gentleman with the curly hair was extremely rude. I waited for 20 minutes for printouts for my DMV appointment, and I was told after 20 minutes the machine wasn't working. And then he walked away. I experienced my first yuck visit to another location December 2022. This location just reinforced my new feels about Walgreens pharmacies. Much like the last time, I was bringing someone as early following surgery as allowed. Much like the last time, they received the order from the hospital (presumably there is a way to identify this). They close at 6 pm on a Friday. We walk in at 5:56/57? and proceed to the counter. We are greeted by the pharmacist on her way out apologizing that they're closed (it's now 5:58). I had to just bite my tongue, as she is asked if they can transfer to another location (however, they all close at that time these days it seems, because people only need their scripts between 10-6 on any given day. Pffft). If she stayed open until 6, she'd have been able to hand my buddy his meds, ring him up and still be out at 6pm. But nah, instead he and like 100s of thousands of others can tell their bodies to wait until the pharmacist shows up. Funny, Walgreens open hours without a pharmacy open simultaneously, what is that? It certainly isn't Healthcare or health related. Convince me pharmacy chick, that you got into the field for the people and not the money or something else. Because your rushing as you were told me there wasn't a patient or patience on your mind at all. read more

On December 13th 2023 I walked into this Walgreens and asked them to let me know what insurance they take and they refuse to give me a list or tell me of any. They're just very nasty about it. So I went back to the car and I told my mom and we had the list from my doctor's place so we drove it up to the pharmacy and my mom handed the list to them and ask them to Mark the ones that they take. The one black guy at the window did it what she was nice but the bottom line is that a pharmacy is supposed to be helpful to patients and not nasty. When I walked in there they didn't want to help me at all. I would not recommend this Walgreens to nobody. I think they act that way because they're by 19th avenue and Bethany and if you don't like the area move to a different location and work. They would get a zero on their professionalism except that one worker that resolved our issue. read more

We just moved to this area and our medical needs were due. We asked the Pharmacy to transfer or medication from our old location which was not a Walgreens. The last time we had to transfer to a grocery store RX it took three days so we were set to wait. This Pharmacy had or medical needs ready in less then an hour! My father and I went to buy walgreen's severe cold and flu that stated at the price of "8.99" on the price tag ticket. When we purchase the product, the price on the receipt said 11.99. With tax, it was a total up to nearly 13-14 dollars. If the medicine cost 11.99, please put it at 11.99, not 8.99. And some lady with short hair and a guy that works at the register told my dad if there was difference in pricing, we should tell them before purchasing. How should he know that ? Does my dad even work there ? GEE Why should it be a customer responsibility to tell an employee at walgreens "what the pricing was before purchasing?" We only knew it was 11.99 after the purchase not before it. If the price ticket on the shelf said 11.99 instead of 8.99, this would not be a problem. To add, the cashier stated he could not refund and it was only "exchanged or store credit". It took the manager to give us our money back for a good 15-30 minutes. The manager seem to be the only one to show genuine sympathy and apologize to us while the other lady was frustrated about the situation. Walgreen should check their employee's for being incompetent, their lack of communication skills, and their incorrect prices. read more

This Walgreens pharmacy really needs to pull it together I always have to request a refill instead of the refill being all ready. Its on refill but I shouldn't always have to call and to tell them to refill it it's almost always a week wait for them to just refill it. I have never seen a pharmacy this bad on doing refills they shouldn't always need to be reminded. They and there terrible about giving a emergency supply if you really need your medication. Had to get medications from the hospital. I was unable to get medication from the location I had to get home and in bed. I had a friend go up there with identification and such the staff was friendly courteous and was very expeditiously with the prescription. read more

You would think that the pharmacy staff would have a little more compassion from someone suffering from Trigeminal neuralgia (tic douloureux)which is a disorder of a nerve at the side of the head. This condition causes intense, stabbing or electric shock-like pain in the lips, eyes, nose, scalp, forehead and jaw. Although trigeminal neuralgia is not fatal, it is extremely painful. This disorder can last for years and is very important to take pain pills to tolerate it for it is one of the most painful things to ever experience. We have been waiting over an hour inside of walgreens watching them walk around and not pay any attention to my mom who had just came straight from the ER. Walgreens, THIS IS INEXCUSABLE!! read more

i needed a booster pfizer shot and called and made an appointment for 3 days in the future. was told to bring my insurance card and confirmation number but all they asked for at the window was my cdc vaccination card. checked a few boxes on the authorization sheet and signed it. called right away to the side room. great service. in and out in a few minutes. no pan handlers going in. just one coming out. not aggressive. great experience. i will get all my shots there in the future. read more

Went to pick-up cold medicine prescribed by doctor. The pharmacist, Maria S. looked for my name on computer and told me that it would take between 20-30min to give me my pills. I asked why and she flipped out and yelled that was the estimated time but they could come out sooner. Was that really necessary? I know now not to come to Walgreens again. read more

As much as it pains me to go to Walgreens(previous post from another Walgreens) to get a prescription filled for my dog, We have been going to this location for over a year to do so as they offer an ASPCA discount. Last week, we brought in a new prescription for our dog which was the generic version of Keppra. They had the audacity to say that the price for this would be $232 for a 30 day supply... I was floored! I told the pharmacist they could forget it & that we would be back for that paper for the prescription. We then called up our vet & they said could fill it for us for $21! $232?!?! Thats asinine!!!! From this experience & my other experience at another Walgreens, this company needs to get with 2018 & stop with the outrageous prices, club card, coupons & Be competitively priced like everywhere else. This is one of the best Walgreens I have ever been to. The staff is very friendly, very helpful and go out of their way to help you in any way they can. They always have products in stock and keep the store very clean. The staff also does a very good job at knowing what is going on (ie theft). Great place!! read more

I am visiting the area to see a friend and have been going to this Walgreens to pick up little things since it is close by. I'm so surprised with how the staff treats me, I feel like I'm back home. I don't know any names but the man that stands at the door with spiky hair and the woman that was working the cosmetic counter with dark hair were so nice. It actually makes me pick going there over Target which is right next to it for the little things I need. Always enjoy being treated nicely and a good atmosphere, good job on the hiring Walgreens! read more
