This is a great CVS. I come here quite often and every single employee here is very friendly and very helping. They carry a great selection of all your typical pharmacy items plus many more other great items as well as a great selection of healthy food snacks that I frequently stop in to get. Absolutely a terrible CVS. Pharmacy VERY unhelpful. Spend your money elsewhere, at any other CVS, or even Rite-Aide.

I am so shocked by the behavior at this CVS pharmacy department. I have never had a negative experience at a pharmacy but this had me leaving in tears. The pharmacy workers laughed in elderly customers faces who were having insurance issues and the negative vibe was so incredibly palpable just as I waited in line before even interacting with an employee. When I finally was helped, I was also laughed at in the face by a short male pharmacy employee who literally had no idea what he was doing and he sent me to deal with the pharmacist myself. She was rude and unhelpful with the worst people skills I have seen in a long time. She had no empathy whatsoever and I left without any compassion or my prescription. It is safe to say I will never return to this pharmacy. The one redeeming thing that happened was the two young men working at the front checkout were incredibly warm, helpful, and kind. Grateful for their kindness but absolutely horrified by this pharmacy department. Seriously, do not go there unless you want your name and prescription information shouted for all to hear and not even getting your prescription at the end of the day. read more

The older woman pharmacist is way too nosy. She also demanded an exact time of when I was going to pick up a prescription which isn't the usual protocol elsewhere. Last I checked, the customer isn't obligated to say and doesn't work for the pharmacist. This is unlike rite aid where, if you forget to pick up (because, life?) and miss their automated reminder call, rite aid just lets you know how long you have before it won't be available for pick up which is usually two or more weeks...because you know, service is about convenience. Oh the staff also doesn't do any consultation on your meds...doctors these days rely on pharmas to tell you the info and this place doesn't do it this cvs is dark with terrible lighting read more

The pharmacy has always messed up my parents' prescriptions as well as the staff always being somewhat incompetent. Today my mom's phone was stolen at the pharmacy counter. Already being upset, she went to pay for other items she was going to purchase at the register. A cashier named Michael completely had NO idea about the discounts that CVS was offering and just kept saying "i don't know..oh i don't know" What do you mean you don't know??? it's your JOB. the place is clean but that's all that this CVS has going on for itself. read more

I was surprised when I came to patronize this particular branch of CVS. There were so many people in there and the store was understaffed. It was clean and neat but a line with 20 people in it and only one cashier is just a little bit much. I am not impatient in any way. I only observe the shortcomings of some of our favored business establishments. This is now the second CVS in the past 2 weeks that I have seen which was short handed. After coming out of hospital twice in 10 days I was also sent twice on a wild goosechase to get meds I had to find for that night. Not fun in general - but worse when you are sick. This is a pretty nice CVS. The store is clean, the employees are helpful and friendly, and they carry pretty much everything I would come to a CVS for (mostly cosmetics, bath stuff, and OCT drugs like advil or cough drops). They do seem to be slow to restock some of the products though. A lot of the eyeshadow and foundation colors seem to be out of stock week after week. They would've gotten 4 stars if not for this. Props to the store for being really good about their 100% color guarantee policy. It being close to home doesn't hurt either. Now if only it's a 24hr store! read more

Sure it's a really nice store, I can appreciate that. It's always clean, most of the people are nice, but there's one employee there, we shall call Lunchlady Doris, who is just the worst person I've ever met. Selection is pretty good here on what they have. What I didn't like... could be my timing... but they were vacuuming when we were in there making our purchases! Not sure if they're 24 hours or not... if so, then I understand, but if not, then can't they wait till after they close? Maybe someone dropped something and needed a quick clean up on aisle 3, but other than that, wait for the customers to leave before vacuuming. read more

The staff act like they hate their jobs and literally have no care regarding customer service. We couldn't get a refund/exchange on a cartridge that did not work for a reason that didn't make sense - it wasn't sealed in the original packaging. How would it be in the original packaging if we had to put it in the printer?! So then there was an email interchange with one of the managers, who said we could get a new cartridge. We went in today to get this and the same guy who earlier refused to give us a refund/exchange saw the email stating we could get a new cartridge and said "Yeah that's actually what I told you" and tried to make us feel like we were in error when this was not the case at all and he was lying. Suck customer service ,I've been treated by Maria the cashier who gave me big attitude by charge me wrong ,My bill 22.34$ and I gave 6$ extra buck but she didn't apply it to me then she said ok she will void 2 items out and recharge me again and minus 6$ ,I ended up got change 1.54?, how that's make sense? They truly suck! My mom has cancer and needed important medication and they drop the ball time and time again. It's a disgrace! I mean these are medications for SICK people it's not something small. I came in here tonight because I was asked to get cold medicine for my boss. He wanted something with pseudoephedrine, the good cold medicine behind the counter at the pharmacy that's regulated. I asked the pharmacist if I could buy 2 boxes because I'm sick as well and need some for myself. I'm a nanny and the entire household is sick right now. He told me I can only buy one box a week. So I bought one box. When I got in my car I got online and looked up the law and of course that's not true. The package I bought said .75grams of pseudoephedrine. According to the law you can purchase 3.6 grams worth PER DAY and a total of 90 grams worth per month. This is why I hate cvs so much. So I went to Walgreens and bought another box and asked them what the limits are and they told me the exact same thing I read online. Thanks cvs. It's been real fun dragging two sick kids as well as my sick self to two stores just to get what I'm legally allowed to buy in the first place. It's 8:04 pm on December 16th. I was in there at 730pm. Whoever manages this place needs to see who was working the pharmacy tonight and fire them for not having any idea how to do his job. It's pretty bad when your employees don't even know the laws they are required to know in order to work their job. I will never come back to this place again and I'm transferring every prescription I have out of there. If they don't know how to sell cold medicine I wonder how many mistakes they are making when filling prescriptions. Scary to think about. PHARMACY PISSES ME OFF!! So I was having stomach issues one weekend, and a friend of mine (a doctor) recommended some medications I should take. I've actually never stopped by this CVS before, but I was checking out the craft beers at Ralphs not too far away, so I just decided to stop here. While I went to the Pharmacy section, a most disrespectful young Asian woman says, "Uh, may I help you?" For reference on her tone, imagine the blonde from the movie Mean Girls. I told her that my I was having an upset stomach, and if she had the medication my friend (the doctor) recommended me. She goes, "Umm...NOT here (referring to behind the counter). Go check OVER THERE, in THAT aisle". Then she proceeded to give me a disgusted look, like I had leprosy. She literally rolled her eyes as well. I was in disbelief. Are you kidding me?! You're here to help people who are ill and need medication, and you're giving me, A CUSTOMER, grief? What's with the attitude? Can't you just be helpful? Her coworkers, a Black male and a bald White Caucasian even rolled their eyes at her. So, thanks to that young disrespectful Asian girl, with the patty cake makeup (her face literally looks like she dipped her face in powder) and the hipster glasses (she probably thinks she's too cool for courtesy), I am officially giving this CVS, Pharmacy and all, ONE STAR. Terrible, absolutely terrible. If just for random items, this CVS will do the trick. If for the Pharmacy, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. I wouldn't be surprised if I told her my mom was dying of cancer and she just ended up saying, "Go look in THAT aisle". That girl is emotionally bankrupt. After moving to the area, we foolishly transferred our prescriptions here. Unfortunately, this is a terrible pharmacy. Service is painfully slow, even when there are no other customers waiting. At both the drive through and the walk-up window, we've waited over ten minutes just to pick up prescriptions that we had called in days earlier. When I recently picked up a prescription with a potential interaction with another medication I take, the pharmacist handed me the bag without mentioning anything about the interaction. I coincidentally later noticed that someone had written in small letters on the outside of the bag: "Do not take with RxXXXX"--with the name of the other medication totally misspelled. I feel lucky that I happened to see this as it was not printed anywhere on the label or on the official instructions and warnings on the bag. I definitely don't trust this pharmacy with my body, or with my time. read more

This CVS gets one star because: 1. I think they only have one shopping cart. Every time I go, there are no shopping carts available and, when I look around the store, I only see one customer with a shopping cart, which makes me believe they only have one shopping cart for the store. As a mother with a baby, this is super inconvenient. It is very difficult for me to shop without being able to place my baby in a shopping cart. 2. They run scams. For example, they recently had a big sale on Angel Soft toilet paper. When I went to the store, of course they were all sold out, but they gave me a raincheck. I've gone back a couple of times to use the raincheck, but they never have Angel Soft toilet paper. I asked an employee about this and she said that they don't normally even carry Angel Soft toilet paper! She said that they only get a very small supply when there is a sale/promotion for it, which always sells out quickly. What the heck? Then why even issue rainchecks? So people can keep coming in for items you don't even carry? 3. They never have more than one cashier working, no matter how long the line is. Bottom line: try to avoid this CVS. read more

About half the time I deal with a very helpful person in the pharmacy - not one particular person, but some random helpful person. The other half of the time I deal with somebody who is so unpleasant and unhelpful! So if you feel like rolling the dice, come on over. Maybe it will be your lucky day. I can describe that establishment with one word - chaotic, to the point that they lost my prescription. Very unhappy with the pharmacy service. It takes a long time to fill a prescription, no one calls you to let you know that there was a problem with the prescription. For the past three months I had to go twice to get my prescriptions filled, every time you call you are kept on hold for 15 min. read more

Very arrogant pharmacy staff lately. I was at this pharmacy to refill a prescription. In the past I had experiences with this branch where I was short changed on the number of pills prescribed. So I asked that they recount the number of pills in the bottle. She was at first reluctant claiming that it was sealed but .after consultation with another employee they recounted it correctly. I told her that if the client asked that it be recounted they should do it for him even if it is sealed as the manufacturer may have made a mistake in the packaging.
