STAY AWAY! TERRIBLE PHARMACY. PLEASE DO NOT USE. I have been calling both them and the Duane reade in the East 39th st several times over several days because my insurance ends today. It is the holiday season but I called before the holidays with no luck. I've explained to them that I will not have access to insurance for a while and I needed a 3-month supply of two of my daily medications and I have basically been playing phone tag to facilitate the transfer. Because it was the holidays, I was not able to visit the store physically. Please do not use either pharmacy unless you want to have a headache and inconvenience if transferring your important prescription. Staff is rude, incompetent, inconsiderate, lack empathy, and just straight up suck. I will never NEVER use this pharmacy again. Attached to this will be screenshots of how many times I called and received no help until just writing this review after I CRIED to a CVS pharmacist over the phone. Employees who should be held accountable: Titi, Albert, and Kim.

It's a really convenient location for me, but they run out so much stuff. They can be out for one kind of toothpaste for a month...

Coupled with the sale price of the items I got $40 worth of items (Campbell's soup, Kellogg's cereal, Dove soap, etc.) for about $15.

Sometimes it's a pharmacist, but if it isn't, you will be put through to one, not subjected to a recording that gives you the 3rd Degree so it can deny you access to a pharmacist. You will never be put on hold for extended periods of time while being forced to listen to traumatizing "on hold" music. ProHealth has an extensive inventory of the best vitamin and mineral supplements. They also have essential oils, interesting personal care brands that you won't find in other stores, and a constantly changing supply of delicious snack products. I've been a customer since the store opened, 25+ years. The owners and their team are wonderful people.

These two bars are a version of the authentic Dubai bar created in Dubai, UAE. Price? High. As I always have a budget, I rarely get a bar unless it's tiny and inexpensive. Now I have yet to see a small affordable Dubai style bar at ProHealth. However, the joy I get in making Dr. Alex and Miguel laugh about it is all I need!

It is accessible via MTA NYC Transit of A train at 42nd Street Port Authority Bus Terminal subway station, located on Eighth Avenue in Midtown Manhattan. Store and photo department operates 24/7. The pharmacy close at 6:00 pm. It is gargantuan size and very organized layout, but contains minimal inventory stock. Their hair products are also minimal as I was browsing for women's rhinestone hair clips. I was seeking women's multi vitamin "one a day" but lack in brand selection. The female sales associate was rather callous "if you order online there are more options" excuse me, I am physically here now attempting to obtain vitamins! With that dismissive wayward behavior this female associate abruptly walked away from me exactly like COVID-19 pandemic. Why do I need to order online when I am physically here standing in front of you? I am a patron and a loyal long-time customer of CVS corporation with a loyalty rewards card. My intent for this visit is to obtain multi vitamins and to use my 25% coupon received in the mail. I have always receive their promotional marketing materials via U.S. mail for coupons.

Unfortunately their expiration date is just several months from now, and meanwhile each bottle has 250 pills (admittedly the suggested dosage is 3 pills at-a-time, but still....). There's no way we'd consume anywhere near 500 of those pills by their expiration date, so I wanted to exchange them for bottles that have a more reasonable expiration. Today I had to be just one block from this store for a medical appointment, and fortunately there were (only) two bottles available - and their expiration date was *much* more generous. I went to the cashier's counter, and the cashier explained that she needed to have a supervisor handle the exchange (and I'd brought my receipt with me). The shift supervisor was inexplicably *nasty*, and from the very beginning. Meanwhile; she told me she couldn't do an "even exchange" because the flavor was different than the ones I'd purchased (?!) - so she said I'd have to return the ones I'd bought and then purchase the other ones. I told her that I'd used a discount coupon when making the purchase, whereas a "new" purchase would *not* provide the discount. She continued being nasty and suddenly disappeared, and then she *finally* reappeared many minutes later. At that point she told me she'd confirmed with the store manager what she'd told me - but she should have had the courtesy to at least tell me why she was suddenly leaving, and her nastiness was totally inexcusable. Now I'm going to contact the CVS Customer Service Department, but I shouldn't have to waste so much time re: this situation - and most importantly, CVS shouldn't have an employee who's so nasty. (The only reason why I'm giving two stars instead of one is because a very pleasant employee helped me find the location of the pills).
