I have lived in over 12 cities on 3 continents and have rarely encountered such outstanding customer service from a pharmacy as I have at Xpress Lane Pharmacy. Not only have my past experiences at this pharmacy been consistently stellar, but the service I received last week just puts all other pharmacies to shame. I needed a maintenance medication filled before beginning a new job and the pharmacist did so in about 5 minutes flat! And before the pharmacy was even technically open! His calm demeanor always calmed *me* down, which I really needed. The entire staff at Xpress Lane are always so fast, friendly and efficient, however. They are also likely to have available the harder-to-find medications that nearby pharmacies don't. That's how I first discovered them! One of the best if not tiniest pharmacies in the world. They usually fill prescriptions in like under 15-20 minutes and don't keep you waiting. And, they actually answer phone calls. They also fax documents much cheaper than staples, as I recall. The pharmacist Lev is a really nice guy and the front desk people are very friendly. I would caution LGBT customers about Xpress Lane. A few years ago, I was in the process of changing my name as part of my gender transition. My doctor called Xpress Lane and inadvertently outed me by using my new name. The next time I went in the pharmacy, the pharmacist started our conversation with the question, "Do you REALLY want me to call you that?" Both him and his staff then made me so uncomfortable that I had to change pharmacies. Not a friendly place for me or others like me. read more

I've always like small pharmacies that get to know their clients, but Xpress Lane takes it to a whole new level. He goes out of his way to provide the best care. Right before deciding to give up for that day, a pharmacy was recommended to me by a worker at CVS, I decided to give it one last try.
