She asked my name again in Spanish. Then she started looking in the alphabetical photo bins. If this wasn't taking forever, I would have laughed out loud. She was looking at the wrong letter! Mind you I have an easy, 2 syllable common Anglo last name. Finally, she pulled out that photo bin and it was the small envelope on top. Not sure how/why you hire folks with no English to deal with the public.

Another had cardboard & opened packaging. Definitely NOT sanitary. The hot food under the glass was literally crusty & dried out. This was at 5pm, not near closing time. Just a real "eww" feeling from this visit. If it is this bad in July, how bad will it be in 3 months right before they close?
