Unlocked the fuel door, unscrewed the tank's cap, swiped the card and pulled the trigger and the dribble began - this pump was slow really slow and with the number of pumps out of order my mind immediately went to the bad place - Am I pumping from the bottom of the tank where all the trash and water remains or is it just poorly maintained equipment and the fricking filter is plugged no matter I proceeded and it took forever and I noticed everyone pumping gas was there for an extended amount of time. I was amazed that the pay at the pump worked as did the receipt dispenser so thankfully I didn't have any reason to go inside, after the experience at the pump I doubt the staff could have changed my opinion of this place so I'm going to stick with it was disappointing...

I repeated myself. She started looking through big boxes. I said "no," and gestured with my hands the small size. She continued to look through big boxes and then shook her head. She asked my name again in Spanish. Then she started looking in the alphabetical photo bins. If this wasn't taking forever, I would have laughed out loud. She was looking at the wrong letter! Mind you I have an easy, 2 syllable common Anglo last name. Finally, she pulled out that photo bin and it was the small envelope on top. Not sure how/why you hire folks with no English to deal with the public.

If my son didn't have to go to the bathroom so bad I would have just had him hold it but I figured he can stand and I told him to wash his hands really good when he's done.
