This CVS is a little run down but definitely is always stocked. Best part is pharmacy - late pickup/drop offs open. Sometimes the line is crazy long and more often than not, there's no one there. Moves extremely fast though.

Always out of stock of many items. Almost always very slow checkout lines. "Loyalty Cards" make lines even slower.

Long lines; slow service; horribly impatient pharmacist.

I have to shout out Farheen in the pharmacy for taking the time to sort out a problem with my…read moreprescription. She patiently read through the message on the computer, recognized that it was a dosage issue, got out her pen and paper and did the math. Excellent service, Farheen! I went in today to pick up my script and now I have to give her kudos for maintaining her cool with a line of people in the store and an impatient drive-thru customer.

It makes shopping difficult, because I always have to track down multiple employees to do my shopping. What I love? The employees! They're always pretty friendly no matter how understaffed they are. And I guage how much I like a new employee to their response when I ask if they know my childhood friend, Daniel. It's Daniel who makes shopping here the best: no fake small talk, no intention of fake customer service, just real, raw, wonderful interactions. What would make this place five stars? Honestly, the employees always do. But occasionally I watch certain policies enforced that make me cringe, so I'm fairly certain it's just tough for me to GENUINELY support a major corporation. I prefer small businesses, and I'm proud to let my bias show.

I recently transferred my prescriptions from Costco to Walgreens…read more All pharmacists I spoke to on the phone were polite and helpful--a very positive experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Walgreens…read more I came in to print over 100 photos and asked if they could apply a discount. There was a 50% coupon available, but instead of simply helping me, the manager, Surendra, insisted that I cancel my order, re-upload all of my photos on the store kiosk, and submit a completely new order. The entire process took almost 30 minutes. I was there with my baby in a stroller, who woke up crying, and instead of trying to make the situation easier, there was no empathy at all. To make matters worse, the store's Wi-Fi wasn't working properly, so the photos were taking a long time to upload. When I mentioned it, Surendra told me to go outside because the upload would be faster there. So I had to stand outside with my crying baby just to upload my photos. Communication was difficult, and when I asked why he wasn't helping me, he repeatedly said, "I'm helping you," then simply walked away while I was still speaking to him. I understand that employees have to follow store policies, but customer service is about more than just policies it's about treating customers with patience, respect, and compassion. This experience was unnecessarily stressful, and I left feeling completely dismissed. I hope Walgreens provides better customer service and support in the future.

This place is awful. Every month I think to myself, I really need to move my Rx to someplace else…read more But there is a really awesome Pho restaurant next door so I come back month after month. My chief complaints include: (1) Never once in a year have all of my prescriptions actually been ready at the same time. I have tried everything including auto refills. It's actually impressive that they still can't get it together. (2) There are two lines - drop off and pick up. God forbid you have a question about something that wasn't filled properly. You actually have to leave the drop off window and get back in line for the pick up window. On one especially confusing occasion when one of my Rx wasn't filled, I had to get back in line although I was the only customer. (3) Even when they get their act together and call your doctor for a refill, they don't let you know that your Rx has actually been filled. I once went back after they called and left a message that my doctor authorized a refill. When I got to the store, they didn't actually fill my Rx. I am giving this joint two stars based on the fact that the Pho next door is amazing and that they haven't actually killed me.

Picture if you will: two self checkouts, one broken and the other being used. The customer standing…read moreat the "working" self checkout was having problems with her purchase, but the cashier (brusque Indian woman in her 50s) rudely kept telling her repeatedly to "follow the instructions," although the customer was clearly confused. The cashier never helped her. I waited six minutes in line patiently (one person ahead of me) while she slowly rang up an elderly lady, which is just fine with me, because not every store can be staffed to help all customers at all times. This is a hard job, and I understand that these employees have to deal with rude customers all day. I finally handed my item to the cashier with a smile. The cashier's first action was to berate me for not using the self-checkout. When I started to explain that I got in line because one self-checkout was broken and the other was being used, she interrupted and dismissed me with a wave of her hand, berating me (again) for bringing her a pair of sunglasses (the only pair that fit me!) which had a barcode that wasn't working in her scanner. All this time, she's criticizing a young kid who's working behind her. She refused to help me, refused to let me explain why I couldn't simply bring up a different item which might have a different price. I don't work at CVS. I don't know what to look for. She just began fighting me on it, like it was the most natural thing in the world for her. I threw up my hands and walked out of the store without a purchase. Read some other reviews on this app. There's at least one talking about the same person, the same behavior. I don't care how long I have to wait in line. Like I said, I have compassion for stores that are understaffed and under-trained. I also have endless patience for this kind of thing usually. If anything, I'm the person wanting to make someone's day better if they're having a bad one. But this cashier was needlessly antagonistic, not just to me but to every customer and employee around me, creating an atmosphere and experience so unpleasant that now I'm logging on to f***ing YELP to write you a novel about this CVS location and warn you off it.
