My comments regarding this CVS location are specifically directed to the Pharmacy Section of the Store. Kimberly Bentzoni, PharmD, and her team are courteous, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Bentzoni and her team know me by my first name. They are extremely friendly and always make an effort to go the extra mile. I prefer to come into the store; however, I have found that the Pharmacy Drive Thru window is incredibly efficient and easy to use. I've always been pleased with the exceptional level of service coming from the Pharmacy. I would hate to lower my rating of this CVS, because the care I receive from PharmD Kim and her team is so exceptional; However, the check-out experience for the front of the store is a disaster; the Shelves are poorly stocked, and trying to check out from the front of the CVS retail store is less than desirable. read more

I recently visited Charlotte. I am a bit rusty when it comes to travelling to the States these days. I felt that I had forgotten to pack something. Sadly, I was correct. Normally, I am fine when it comes to my cell phone being fully charged. On the plane, there was no USB port. I had a portable battery, but it wasn't fully charged, either. I got into my rental car. It had a USB port. Devices do not charge as fast using that port than getting a car charger with a USB port. It felt like sudden death. I needed my map app to work on my phone to get me to TGI Fridays for lunch. The downside was that my phone was down to 12% battery life. I saw this CVS store and pulled in. I had to use the washroom. It was clean. I managed to snap a photo of the press-on nails there. I needed to get some for a colleague, so I did a quick look and then moved on to the phone accessories section. I walked in and got a pink USB car charger. Yep, my phone decided to power down while I was in line. There were two customers ahead of me trying to get their questions answered. When I finally got to the cash register, the woman helping me was sweet. She was an older woman. She asked whether I had a points card. I didn't. I asked how I could sign up. She pressed a few places on her screen, swung it around, and asked me to fill in my details. Nice! I got my USB car charger, went back to my car, and got my cell phone charged up at a decent level before I got lunch at the restaurant. I was thrilled. I love this CVS. I go to their pharmacy quite frequently and the pharmacist here is the best. He knows both my husband and I by name and helps us when we have issues with prescriptions. He is super friendly and helpful. I love that CVS implemented digital receipts. Make sure to take advantage of their extra care bucks. You can get them now for refilling prescriptions too. I really hope this pharmacist doesn't leave this CVS because he is the best pharmacist I've interacted with. I highly recommend using this CVS if you need a prescription filled! read more

If you don't want to use your mile-long strip of savings, shred it for some homemade confetti. 3) Friendly staff. Always. 4) They carry amazing seasonal merchandise. The pharmacy staff was wonderful. They were kind, attentive, and helpful. Also, it's probably the cleanest CVS I have ever been to.

Most pleasant pharmacy experience! They nailed customer care which is even better than customer service. The team at CVS Steele Creek near the Charlotte Outlet Malls is a breath of fresh air and they get the importance of building rapport. My cat has diabetes and his Lantus is EXPENSIVE however, the team at CVS Pharm took the time to find a way to help this medicine be a little more affordable. Will definitely continue using their services. 100% Recommend if you are looking for a small town touch in a quickly growing city. Way to Go CVS Steele Creek (near outlets). read more

The pharmacy is super unprofessional. I called about 5 times until finally someone picked up. Once someone picked up, the woman on the phone huffed and puffed the whole phone call telling me that she's behind and it'll take HOURS AND HOURS just to get a transfer for ONE prescription. It pays to become a loyalty customer with CVS. You get tons of coupons like 20% off, $5 off etc. Plus you get tons of coupons via receipts or the coupon kiosk you can use in store. Staff is friendly enough and great you as you come through the door. Also if you set up for email alerts your coupons come directly to you which is it convenient enough to where you don't have to go directly to the store. Also by downloading the app you'll see what coupons are available to you. You can also order prints or request refills online. read more

horrible location does not offer you help to find anything, or honor there prices, i went in there for a&d ointment for my son and it was buy one get the second one for half price.. they only had one in stock they won't offer you 25% off the product to be fair, or ever a rain check for the second one. completely useless place to spend your money. read more

Staff is friendly. They usually have some good deals. Only knock against it is if you drink soda be prepared to take a mortgage out to buy a 12-pack here. They are usually open holiday's so if you need a last minute gift, this is a good spot in a pinch. Also, the redbox unit outside is my go-to unit for renting. I love this CVS. I've mostly used CVS's depending on where I've lived. Most have been good but this one is EXCELLENT. They are very customer oriented. I haven't met a hateful person there yet & I use them a lot. Zach is especially attentive. My rx's are ready when promised. If they don't have a drug in stock which has been rare they let me know asap, find it elsewhere, have it sent to them. I did try Walmart once. What a mistake! Besides the horrible wait which I don't have at this CVS, the worst was when they were out of a common drug & pharmacist told ME I needed to call around & find it myself. I've been spoiled by CVS.
