There are no grocery stores near this location so it acts more like one, even though it is more of a convenience store. The selection is typical of other CVS locations that I have visited. It has a well-stocked selection of drinks, which was great as I was staying nearby and needed to pick up a couple to fill in the mini fridge at the hotel. It is a convenient place to stop by for a couple of things if you are staying at a hotel or live nearby.

No one stepped up to offer help. After watching 4 people struggle and waiting patiently, I finally suggested someone call for assistance. That simple request somehow became confrontational before the issue was eventually resolved--in just a few minutes. It's disappointing to see such a lack of proper training and customer care. I expected better from a CVS store. This location needs serious improvement at the front registers. The pharmacy gets credit. The rest? Not so much.

The pharmacy is a short walk down the main hallway on the left, and they give the vaccines on the right- in a small office across the main hallway from the pharmacy- there is a sign and you can't miss it. If you make a reservation you will probably be more likely to get prompt service but you don't HAVE to make an appointment. So easy! The pharmacy itself is very full service- they will even mail you your medicines. But, of all of MUSC's pharmacies, I think this one is the busiest (and so least peaceful). But, COVID vaccine!
