That's really frustrating. As in, at no time in the past 6 months when I have gone in have they had a kid for a large drink. I just use a slushee lid. A few things of note at this particular location- The staff are always nice to kids, which is appreciated since we make Slurpee runs a couple times per week. The car wash actually works really well as far as automatic car washes go. They carry Dippin' Dots, which can be hard to find. Negatives include the fact that there are often a few Slurpee flavors that are out of order, and they are often out of certain cup sizes. But all in all, as far as 7-Elevens go, this is a pretty good one.

I don't know how to describe this place, except to say that this is what general shopping was like in the 1970s-1990s. They literally sell just about anything, from a limited selection of produce to engine oil to toys to clothing to lawn care items. You can even rent DVDs here. And of course they have a pharmacy. Prices are usually slightly higher than other places, but they commonly have specials and sales. They are always open- if you need batteries on Christmas morning, Drug Mart is your place. (Although if I ever go on a holiday I always give the cashier a $20 bill because I feel guilty they are working.)
