I want to give a shout out to the Walgreens on Rockside and Brecksville Road. Your drive-thru pharmacy is efficient and your people always remember exactly who we are from last time and give us the right prescription while simultaneously making charming conversation. The store always has plenty of parking, and is pretty clean. I mostly just buy cosmetic items there. There is an employee who primarily works in the cosmetic area and is extremely helpful. I stopped in because I was looking for either a light or gradual self tanner (my legs are much more pale than my arms, despite constant sun screen). She brought me over to two different ones, one of which was on sale - score! read more

This Walgreen's is great! Staff are unfailingly polite and helpful - they helped me out when I was in a serious jam. They have some great niche product lines (especially in cosmetics and beauty!) and the Nice! food is pretty tasty and affordable. The store is clean and well-laid out. read more

I am not hard to please, this is the first time I've ever been compelled to write a review because I was unhappy with a company. I have had photos developed at this location 3 times in the last two months because of its convenient location and have been disappointed each time. The first set of prints were uploaded online for 1 hour developing. When I arrived 2 hours later to pick up my pictures, after waiting at the counter for 5 minutes for someone to help me, I was informed that the machine was stuck and the pictures weren't ready, nor did they know when they would be ready. Things happen, I get that, however when I asked if perhaps they could have called me to inform me of this, the photo tech got very defensive and said "well I called everyone else, I would have had to go to the office to call you because of your out of state area code!" (Mind you it appeared she was in said office while I was waiting at the counter to be helped). I decided to give them another chance and dropped off some old disposable cameras that I found while cleaning. When I stopped in to drop them off, again I waited more than 5 minutes for someone to help me even though I was the only customer in the store. The person who helped me acted very inconvenienced by my questions about whether or not they could develop such old film and ultimately threw some envelopes at me, informing me to fill them out and leave them, and they'd call me in a week when they got back. After 9 days I called to see if they were ready, they were. Upon pick up, I waited at least 5 minutes again at an empty photo counter. Not sure why, but I figured I'd give them a third chance with another old roll of film we discovered. This time I didn't even wait to be helped, I grabbed an envelop and filled it out myself. 10 days later, no call, I called to find out if they were ready, they were. I waited 8 minutes to be helped at the empty photo counter for someone who seemed to have been laughing in one of the aisles with a coworker the whole time while the poor cashier had been paging for a second cashier and the photo tech multiple times. This particular tech was very friendly, but at this point there's far too many other drug stores around here for me to waste my time with inattentive customer service. The pictures? They were alright, nothing better or worse than other drug stores. read more

I used to work at this store part-time and while there have been some changes to the staff, everyone is so cheerful and helpful both as customers and co-workers. The store is clean for the most part compared to some of the stores that I've visited. This is one location that is relatively easy to get in and out of especially considering how hectic Rockside Road can be. I definitely give the store 4 stars and a "thank you" for excellent customer service. read more
