I love shopping at Costco but one thing I don't like about the Costco sample lady's is that they are mean to the kids my daughter wanted to try a sample but this mean lady said no samples without your parents so she went up to me and said that so I talked to that sample lady and she said well I need an ok from you. Been going to Costco ever since it opened. Only one better than this is the one in Kona, HI. Service is always great. Selections change, but are always adequate. And the place is always a value, from the hot dog/combo to the slices of pizza. We spend over 5k per year there so don't have to pay the membership fee. It's covered by the amount we spend. Buy everything there from power washers to seafood, all quality and a value. The only thing I could wish for is more of a wine selection. I I am disabled and walked entirely on a walker due to my legs not moving well I cannot push a cart like I used to nor can I walk across the store to get to the hearing department with my Walker it's very difficult it takes me almost 15 to 20 minutes to walk that distance I need a handicap cart . There's no if and or knows about it I'm getting to the point I don't want to renew my Costco because I don't go there much number one I only participated because of my hearing aids the products are too many for me and I have to find somebody to split but beside the point five out of six times I went there and could not get a handicap card now I haven't been there since maybe the end of November or December shopping because I can't get a card everybody and their brother has them and I understand we're handicapped but people they should really have more handicap cards they seem to be out of them I know the guys get them from the parking lot I asked I have to have assistance when I go shopping so I always grab one of the cart guys to tell them so my heart can go back in and be charged but they need to spend with the degree in amount of people that are going there they need to update their cart system I've been making a UE and going Sam's Club or BJ's and especially BJ's for gas cuz it's easier I've tried to get somebody to pump my gas at Costco and failed the four times I went there and I don't go there for gas anymore the guy said he has to watch for disabled pumps what about disabled people that's discrimination read more

Stopped by to fill up the car. I was surprised, there were no lines in the gas station lol... I pulled up, filled up the car and left to find a parking lot. Then walked in, walked around, found what we needed (soy and almond milk), walked up to the checkout, waited 3 minutes and out the door. This was the fastest visit to a Costco and it was on a Super Bowl Sunday lol. I usually have to wait 20 minutes to get my stuff out of the cart and place it on the belt, but I was impressed with this place. read more

Love this Costco location! They have a great selection of fresh produce, wines, and the meat, seafood, and bakery departments are fantastic! Everyone there is super friendly and helpful, even the gas station attendants! They come around the pumps and greet you...I've never seen that at any gas station in my life! They also have the cheapest gas prices in town and it's Top Tier rated! It's not ethanol-free, but I'll take it! The weekends are a madhouse here as I'm sure most Costcos are, but definitely come by for the free samples! Haha Parking is ample here, so you'll always find a spot even if that means walking little more. The food at the cafe is actually really good and super inexpensive! $1.50 for a jumbo hotdog and pop! $1.99 for a giant fresh baked slice of pizza! Although it's not the healthiest or low carb, it's good in a pinch! Well, the Caesar salad is probably somewhat healthier. Also, their Pharmacy has some of the best prices on prescriptions! It's also open to the public, so you don't need to be a member! Oh, and their tire selection and pricing is also very competitive. I love Costco!! But this one made me feel some type of way. The entrance is on the left side which automatically made me feel like I was backwards. Just like other costcos that I have been to, you start with the Electronics and then apparel and then groceries etc... I wish this location had a self check out like the Strongsville location but then again you do not wait in line too too long because they have a lot of young employees cashing you out and another employee organizing your cart. I've been going to Costco for years, but decided to finally write a review to share how AMAZING this location is doing in regards to the Coronavirus situation. They are very organized, with plenty of employees directing you where to stand in the queue to get in the store so as to manage overcrowding. They hand out disinfecting wipes for wiping down your cart. The shopping experience is great -- and when it's time to check out, the checkout lane is completely wiped down in between each guest -- including the conveyor belt, the plexiglass separator, the credit card machine. Even the person at the door is behind plexiglass as they check out your receipt. A+ to this store for their handling of this trying time. I definitely feel good about shopping here. read more

I had never been to a Costco before but I went to this location while visiting family in July 2020. This was during the COVID pandemic. The fact that they make customers wear a mask is a plus, I respect and appreciate that. So Costco vs BJ's - Costco wins for various reasons. Prices are lower, store (at least this one) is cleaner than any BJ's I've ever been to, and huge selection of basically everything. But the people (customers) in this store were annoying to say the least. Blocking aisles with their carts, zero regard for social distancing, etc. But I suppose that's not really the store's fault so I only took off a star lol. Love me some bulk size warehouses. You never know what you're going to find. It's like Christmas morning when you walk through their doors. Well maybe that's an exaggeration, but it comes pretty close. This location is clean, well laid out and the employees are nice and helpful if you're trying to figure out which direction to go. This review is for the Vision Dept. My husband was the first in our family to go for an eye exam. Even though the doctor was a little abrupt and rude at times, the biggest issue we have is the amount of time you have to wait to order and then pickup glasses. It took him over an hour to order the glasses (I probably would have left, but he persevered), and today we went to pick up his order and there is utter chaos in the whole process. He was told it will be at least an hour before he would be helped!!! Ridiculous to say the least.....get more people over there to help. He told them he just wanted to pickup his order -- no need to adjust, they would not give him his glasses, told him he had to wait ! It's turned into an event going to Costco. It's more than just a grocery shopping trip, it's more of a bonding time. My mom and I go to Costco a few times a month to pick up what ever we need. We love the kind and welcoming people that work there. We are always greeted with a smile, the check out people are always so quick and nice and the person at the door leaving always smiles as we exit. We feel like family! The samples always get us to purchase something we normally wouldn't. I mean last night I tried Maine Lobster Ravioli and it was delicious. If I wouldn't have tried it, I would have never bought it but it was so good!! Everything we always buy from here is always fresh and there is a great assortment. The employees are always helpful and the treats are always up and running. My niece loves that. I don't shop here very often unless I need to get bulk items. The prices are incredible. The employees really are one of a kind and are always willing to lend a hand and their honest opinion about something. Which is wicked awesome. The only down side is the credit/debit card thing. Love the return policies ... I purchased an external hard drive a year and a half ago. I couldn't remember but I was pretty sure i got it at Costco. So I went there and told them it no longer worked and I needed them to see if I bought it there. They looked it up and told me the date I purchased it and then gave me cash-back - including tax. Absolutely no hassle other than asking me what was wrong with it. Costco is not prefect by any means, but very few places are. The return policy gives me no doubt that many things are better purchased here since there is built-in buyer protection. read more

Great place to get a good deal on TVs, some clothing and seasonal items. If you see something you like, just buy it right away! I have never seen a place that moves product so quickly! I highly recommend their tire department, they have good pricing and you get free rotation as well as the road hazard warranty (just be sure to drop the car off because it can take a while for even a tire rotation). I really like Costco and their products but this location rubs me the wrong way. Once I stopped by to get 5 items and hadn't realized that the membership I share with my mom expired two weeks prior. The cashier wouldn't let me check out and said I'd have to renew first. I said that I was going to wait for my mom to renew and she told me I was out of luck and couldn't buy anything. I had driven 40 minutes for the sole purpose of going there so I was pretty annoyed but my membership had expired so whatever I'll take the hit. What bothered me about this situation was how unnecessarily rude she was to me. I didn't argue with her or try to convince her to let me make the purchase so there was no reason for her to have an attitude with me. The kicker was when my mom mentioned it while renewing the staff member said that the cashier should have overrided it since it had expired so recently and I was only buying a few items. So this lady could have rang my order but she just wanted to be a pushover instead. This ones better though. The last time we went together the cashier told me I couldn't pay for the order because my mom had used her executive card instead of me showing mine. She told me I "needed to be a member to purchase from the store." Well. Yeah. I am a member on the same exact account. Apparently that wasn't good enough and it took multiple minutes for her to accept that I was indeed a member and let me pay for my items. I'm not sure if the screen doesn't show names on the account or what but the whole thing was ridiculous. I understand that they don't want nonmembers to take advantage of going with someone who is a member but this is a privilege that I pay for the least I would expect is some decent customer service. Great products. Rude check out staff. Other staff members I've interacted with have been very pleasant. In fact maybe it was the same cashier both times I'm not sure but I shouldn't have to dread buying groceries. read more
