Came here a few times now and am shocked that this place supplies restaurants but treats its customers very poorly, makes me wonder who owns this place. They sell everything from sugar to meats to cooking oil to outs YES! But at the checkout you feel like you're at the border in Mexico, always 2 cashiers for 25 customers who all have many items. It's like a D- grade Costco. Improve customer service, cashiers, maybe upgrade the registers that appear to be from the 90s, managers having to be called for the managers key is 1992. This place is spectular, this is a real whole sale club. Places like Sams club are kind of whole sale. RD has a ton of choices and is the real deal. I got like 3 pounds of cleaned squid for 8 bucks. The pork tenderloin I bought was pretty fantastic as well. I purchased 3lbs of frozen spinich as well. I'm not sure what is going to happen to it but it should be interesting. They have everything you need to make your kitchen into lets just say a restaurant. My only peeve is they did not have samples, but that can be good cause some people can be real a-holes when samples are present. I would really like to have a nacho cheese fight, with the low prices here that could soon be a reality. Don't worry no squid will be involved, unless you are into that type of thing. read more

There are a lot of nice employees there but unfortunately there are a few very lazy employees who will tell you they don't have something in stock because they don't feel like looking for it or pull it down. What they don't realize is that it takes time and money to go out there. Fortunately i know to go back and find someone else to help me. read more

Today was my very last trip to RD. About 10 years ago an employee almost killed my business partner in the store while recklessly driving a lift at full speed during business hours. My complaint that day fell on DEAF EARS. Only my reflexes saved her life. Today, flashed my card at check-in as usual. At the register, after shopping for an hour I was told no sale...I'd have to reapply for my FREE membership, bring in my tax exempt number etc. Been a member for 15 years! This is after I watched at least 6 employees doing NOTHING at the register. I had CASH in my hand. I declined the opportunity to jump through a hoop to give someone my money. read more

Complete mess...STAY AWAY ....We attempted to deliver a trailer load of oil to this business. In 21 years of transportation I have never felt the need to write a bad review about a business, until today. My driver had a 5:30 am appt. and due to the lack of intelligence from their receiving department overlooked my driver and had him wait for 6 hours before allowing him to back in to get unloaded. He tried to leave and the refused to give him his paperwork. We tried to call them and were put on hold 3 separate occasions for over 20 mins until they finally hung up on us. Our broker was also unsuccessful with reaching them. Unprofessional and incompetent do not deliver here unless you want to sit all day!!! read more

This store drives me absolutely crazy. It's so poorly managed. Every time we come here for the bar food it's always something. The product has no price or the price is old or its the wrong item and the wrong tag Seriously get it together and it's not like they are understaffed because there's workers everywhere that seem like you are inconveniencing them when you ask them to clarify. This place has a crazy amount of stuff, and great deals if you are buying in bulk...sometimes. You still have to watch the prices. Just because this is a whole-saler does not mean everything is priced perfectly 100% of the time. I do wish they had the aisles labeled as to what is where, it would save me, and I'm sure others, a ton of time from having to wander around the store. Also, the cashiers there....wow. We has a petite female that was nice to us, but I didn't care to listen to her talk to her fellow co-worker in a "ghetto voice" saying that she was going to beat him up in the parking lot. Horrible customer service. Double check stuff when you buy from there. Sold old meat "didn't expect a place like this to sell expire stuff" Call and told them about it. They didn't really seem to care. Came back and return it they didn't have good customer service at all. read more
