I started ordering from Wholesale Supplies Plus a little over two months ago and they continue to impress me with their quality products and reliable service. Here's my experience with some of my favorite items: 1. Foaming Bath Whip - A Game Changer! WSP's Foaming Bath Whip is an absolute dream to work with! The texture is light, airy, and super easy to customize with colors, scents, and exfoliants. It whips up beautifully, holds its shape, and feels luxurious on the skin. I just perfected my foaming body scrub formula and it performs flawlessly every time with WSP's whip! Plus, it leaves skin feeling soft without a greasy residue. 2. High-Quality Essential Oils - Pure & Potent I'm very picky about essential oils, and WSP's essential oils are some of the best I've used. They smell fresh, strong, and natural--no synthetic or diluted feel. My favorites are their Chamomile and Lemon Eucalyptus--all of which blend beautifully into my restorative body creams and new formulas I have been testing out for Spring! They provide great aromatherapy benefits and maintain their scent well over time. 3. Fast & Reliable Shipping One of the biggest perks of ordering from WSP is their fast shipping. Most of my orders arrive within a few days!!! Plus, their free shipping on orders over $25 is a huge money-saver, especially when restocking supplies frequently. Final Thoughts Wholesale Supplies Plus consistently delivers high-quality products, affordable prices, and excellent service. Their Foaming Bath Whip is a must-have, their essential oils are top-tier, and their fast shipping keeps my business running smoothly. Highly recommend them for those who love a great DIY to skincare companies such as my business, T-Skincare! - 5/5, Will Keep Buying! read more

This is a great company with fabulous customer service. Their technical support has been a life saver for me. I have talked to Dee, Karen and Rita in customer service and would recommend each of them because they take the time to answer my questions. They have made suggestions and given me links to free recipes. I love the recipe for "Debbie's Sugar Scrub" and it has been a great seller for me. I had one issue with a product and Dee overnighted the replacement product that very same day. I have never found that WSP is "buy at your own risk" as one reviewer implies. There must be more to that story than what is said because I have never found that to be the case. They stand behind their products. This year I have already been given $700 in discounts on my orders with their loyalty points program. No other company wants to reward me for doing business with them. Most of the products I buy are commodity priced such as Coconut 76 Oil, Palm Oil and essential oils. I can't blame WSP for world wide shortages that drive up the price. If their costs go up, so do their prices. I do not expect them to take a loss on a product so I can have a stable price. Likewise, I like that when commodity prices, such as coconut oil go down, they are the first vendor to lower their price. I trust this company. They are reputable and the "real deal". In an industry where companies seem to be going out of business every month, I know I can count on Wholesale Supplies Plus. I recommend it to any serious crafter or small business. read more

After reading all the negative reviews, I felt a need to post a review. I personally can not speak to any of the negative reviews since I am not in those shoes and I can not speak to any of the business ethics reviews as well. I can only give feedback on my personal experiences which I believe go back as far as 2002. I have never received a product with which I was not happy. Anytime I was shorted a product, which I believe happened twice, I was immediately shipped the shortage...no questions asked. The times I have interacted with their customer service regarding questions I had on directions or usage, I have been answered immediately and kindly. Not once have I received an inferior product. Yes, a few things irk me...like the $5.00 handling charge and the price increases. But come on folks!!! WSP has sales on their products weekly!!! And if I find a product elsewhere that I need and is less money, well then I buy it there. And there is only one product that comes under that category. I am not sure where else you can essentially do a one stop shop. Thanks, Debbie and Team for everything that you offer! read more

I have been a customer with them for ten years and was happy with the products and service until now. I accidentally ordered the wrong product and thought it wouldn't be a problem to exchange it for the correct product. When I called customer service they would not let me exchange the product and they told me if I wanted the correct product I would have to place a $30 order because that is there policy. I just placed an $83 order so there was not anything else I needed. They were unwilling to let me place my $6 order even though I was willing to pay for shipping. They told me that I could place the order for the $6 item but the shipping would be rounded up to $30, in other words they would charge me $24 for shipping. I find this unacceptable and will not be ordering anything else from this company. read more

I strongly disagree with several of these bad reviewers. I have to wonder what their motives are to all of a sudden post a cluster of bad reviews. This supplier is an industry leader and has been in business for over 10 years. Reputable soapmakers consider this company the best of the best. If it wasn't for Debbie May and Wholesale Supplies Plus my company would not have grown to have sales reps in over 20 states. Their free shipping saves me hundreds of dollars every year. Some of their products, such as fragrance oils, do have a higher price but I believe you get what you pay for. If I wanted to make cheap crappy products then I would shop elsewhere. I agree with the one reviewer, I highly recommend this company! A++++ read more

Whole Supplies Plus is my fav place to obtain soap making supplies. I do it for a hobby, and I love making soap gifts for people. They have good sales, and you don't have to spend a huge amount of money in order to get the free shipping. This is good for me, because I like to order a fairly modest amount at a time. But I always have a new cart started. There is a wide selection of fragrances, bases, colorant, molds, additives, all top quality. They have excellent customer service, and items are well packaged and in excellent condition. Dates are far out in time, you hae fresh products that will last. I also like the suggestions and I get good ideas from them. read more

I love this store ! I live in a part of the country where there are zero stores for quality lotion and soap making supplies,so I have to do 99.9% of my ordering on-line for my business. This store has it all. Not only are the prices reasonable if not lower than most, they also offer free shipping ! They have a wonderful rewards program and the owner goes above and beyond to help with any issues you may have. A year or so ago, thier customer service wasn't up to par, but Debbie stepped in, corrected the situation and now it's back up to where it was prior. I just can't say enough about this store. I have purchased from them for about 5 years now. read more

I've been ordering from Wholesale Supplies Plus since 2019! I'm a soap crafter and also use the Vrafters Choice products to create lotions, scrubs, beard balms, and bath teas. I have been able run a successful side business using Crafters Choice. The fragrances are wonderful, the ready to use products are great and even containers. I like the new ideas they share for new products and I try to take advantage of the sales which are great. Customer service is fantastic. If there's any issues with my orders, they rectify it quickly and always step up. I love working with WSP! I highly recommend them. read more

First of all I did file a negative review with the BBB. They did not publish it. This company steals. First of all I paid for a product and it was never delivered. See the photos. They are pure fraudsters. Second of all, when delivered not all products are quality made. You can have a scent that smells like pure chemical or just not like a sweet potato pie and they will not replace it. Furthermore I purchased a soap base and it burns. I have purchased soap from other retailers and it did not burn. Buy with caution but do not let 30 days pass without getting your product. They will keep your money. read more

I received my order quickly as always! My items are always packaged well to avoid breakage of bottles. Love the sales, coupons and low minimum requirement for free shipping!! I am hoping in the future WSP might add labels/stickers on tops of their bottles to identify products. I store my bottles in a drawer organizer where i have to lift every bottle to see what's in it. I'm short, so storing them in a cabinet is not a comfortable option for me. I know other aromatherapy brands have stickers on top that identifies what's in them. That would be a great enhancement for WSP. read more

I've been buying products from WSP for 15 years and really can't remember a time that I was ever disappointed in the products or the service I've received. The products themselves are good quality and the great selection offers you just about everything you need to succeed at your business. The company is accessible by phone, always courteous and willing to help. When other crafters have asked me for help in getting started, I always refer them to Wholesale Supplies Plus. I don't keep it a secret! Thank you WSP for all these years of helping me out! Carl B's Naturals, SD read more

I have done business with this company for well over a decade and love the way they have grown and changed (improved) over the years by bringing in new, quality products. They definitely know their market and accommodate us! Shipping has never been a problem for us--esp when it's the busy season (starting about now); soapers and other small business people need to plan ahead--between holidays and adverse weather conditions, shipping can be a challenge...not a fault, just a fact. This is our go-to company for almost all our bath and body product line! read more

Wholesale Supplies Plus has quickly become my favorite source of fragrance oils for soapmaking. The selection always exceeds my expectations. They offer sales and promotions regularly. Shipping is free with a $25 order. My orders usually arrive in just a few days. The only drawback is they add a $6 handling fee at checkout. I find such unexpected fees irritating. You think you're getting a killer deal, only to find that after fees it's not as great as you thought. I'd prefer they simply raised prices. That way you know what to expect up front. read more

This company has earned my trust and business. I have purchased from Wholesale Supplies Plus for over 5 years now and they have yet to disapoint me. The level of customer service and responce is superb. The quality and prices are unbeatable and don't forget the free shipping over $25. That alone is a game changer for any small business. I have purchased butters, oils, micas, bases, fragrance and essetial oils, jars, bottles and way, way more. Don't forget the free recipes to get you started. This is a one stop shop for any small business. read more

My number one company I shop for SoapMaking supplies! I absolutely LOVE the top quality products. I have 100's of their fragrance oils and each one smells amazing. Their soap bases are the best and always give me a creamy lather. The free shipping on orders over $40 is a HUGE plus too! The owner is very nice and actively improves the site if needed. They also have a great rewards program that gives coupons for free items. Overall I love WSP and am so glad I found them 2 years ago!! Thank you for the amazing products and fair prices read more

WSP is just the one place where you can find what you need for your DIY soaps, lotions, gadgets, molds, containers, calculators, on and on, ad infinitum :) Tons of what you might need and the information on how to use it -- and reviews. I only hold back one star because they're "free shipping" on orders over a certain amount wasn't able to be applied on items on clearance, so I had to buy more to get there. And the structure of their invoice when applying a coupon code/reward is not easily understood or straightforward. read more

I absolutely LOVE Wholesale Supplies Plus. Top notch products, great prices, and free shipping on my orders which were not over $100 like other sites. The kits are great, and are very detailed so you don't miss a step! I will continue to purchase from Debbie, as her company is fabulous. Some places it takes two weeks from when you order to have it even shipped out, I've been notified of shipping 2 days after I purchased (unless it's on a weekend, since they don't operate on weekends). A+++++++ in my book! read more
