Love this place!!! It's been years since I visited an Ollies. We had gone in just to kill time as…read morewe waited for another store to open. Quickly I found some really nice books for the kids. Many of the books have music, drawing pads, etc. They have books of every type, fiction, non-fiction, cookbooks, novels, history and so much more. The sale on K-Cups are really good. I couldn't believe how they have Keto, Organics, Atkins to name a few. I was shocked that they had bags of BLACK WALNUTS you know how expensive and rare these are to get. The bags are 1-1/2 cups for under $2.99. The have light popcorn and buttered 3-pack for .99 cents. Sofa pillows, rugs, wall art / decor, frames, lamps, curtains for your home. I only got through 2/3 of the store and I decided it was time for me to go as I had many items in my cart. I did sneak a peak at the other side o did not visit and I did see some outdoorsy clothes, like Mossy Oak. Although I know I picked up some really cool clothes, books, snacks and such I felt that I really racked up a big bill, to my surprise when the cashier told me what the total was it was way less than expected. Score!!! If you like the store and you are visiting for the first time sign up for Ollies Army card. It's just a card that you can use in each of your visits that accumulates points for future discounts. Just remember to complete the sign up on your phone or computer. They gave me a 15 percent discount on next visit. That's a great discount on there already low prices.

I will give them five stars because I've had very positive experiences with their customer service…read more I found their cashiers to be helpful and very much accommodating. I saw that some reviewers had different experiences, but those appear to be from long ago. A few points raised in another review: First, the lack of bathrooms. Sorry, but that's typical for bin stores. I'm sure that this partly to minimize theft or tampering with the products (opening boxes, etc). Speaking of which.... Second,... YES, they don't allow customers to open boxes. That's a good way for the contents to be strewn around and misplaced. That happened a lot at the Where Ya Bin store in Solon, so we should not be surprised that this kind of behavior is forbidden. Third... I understand that it's inconvenient to have the cashiers open the boxes up. The idea of having a separate, dedicated employee open up the boxes, however, is just bonkers. For a small store like this, there can't possibly be enough work for such a person, and hiring one would doubtlessly drive the prices up. It would be nice if the prices would drop below $1, but I can't really complain. They still offer pretty good deals... certainly better than what I've seen at a few other stores.

I went to the store and it was very clean and I'm assuming the same gentleman who answered the phone politely showed me where the were. A very simple and pleasant experience.

Well, YELP CLEVELAND, here we are again with another review, coming in HOT at review number 399!!…read more DEALS -- Listen, you may shop for deals at your local Family Dollar or Dollar General store but might I persuade you to visit DOLLAR TREE? Deals here are hotter than any hot fried chicken at your grandmothers house on a Sunday afternoon. For just the low price of $1, you can find almost everything here from snacks, paper towels, candles, cleaning supplies, books, juice, kitchen utensils, and much more. INSIDE -- I visited during lunch time in April 2020 and the store was very clean when I entered. In addition, the staff member who assisted me was friendly. Although; this is a general merchandise store, the only drawback is that you won't find everything you're looking for inside. I still recommend Dollar Tree for all your miscellaneous item needs especially for buying snacks. P.S. I added this business to Yelp and Debra beat me to the first review...haha. I need to be faster in writing my reviews next time. **** - 23/200 total reviews in 2020 - 399 total overall Yelp reviews - Reviewed on 23 May 2020

I enjoy shopping at all 3 of the American Cancer Society Discovery Shops, each one has its own…read morepersonality. The Fairview Park shop is a nice combination of clothes and some great bric a brac. Located in a medium sized plaza the Discovery Shop is also medium sized, always clean and well organized and you can find some great finds. Each week they have a 50% off color and the last weekend of the month everything in the store is 50% off. At this store I have found some really good clothes finds, especially on the men's clearance rack where the cost is $1 per item. I have found suit jackets, shirts and pants, while the men's selection is not large, what they have is usually very good and high quality. I have noticed that this store has a much larger selection of women's clothes. The store usually has a nice small selection of dishes, kitchenware and art; they do have some really interesting items up near the register, they often have some pieces from Europe, Asia and Africa. The selection seems to change everytime I have visited, nothing seems to last long at this shop. As an example I found a really nice leather motorcycle bag for under $10. The Fairview Park Discovery Shop is a fun and diverse place to do some thrifting; not the biggest store, but they really do a great job of making sure that they are selling high quality items at great prices. Not the kind of thrift store you are going to spend hours at, but well worth a visit whenever you are in the area to check out what they have. Plus the proceeds benefit the American Cancer Society which is a very worthwhile charity.

I love visiting here. The volunteers are always so friendly and welcoming. Prices are fair. I…read morealways find such great deals. Especially during the 50% off sales during the end of the month.
