Warning: Extremely deceptive sales tactics and data entry errors ​I'm writing this as a cautionary tale for anyone approached by the AT&T fiber reps inside this Target. My experience with the sales representative and their manager was incredibly frustrating, characterized by what I can only describe as either gross incompetence or intentional deception. ​Several major issues occurred during the sign-up process: ​Pricing Misrepresentation: The quotes I was given included discounts that they should have known I was not eligible for based on the information I provided. The final "deal" they presented was based on inaccurate math. ​Contact Info Sabotage: While the information I reviewed on their screen was correct, the data that actually reached AT&T had "slight adjustments" to my email and phone number. This created a massive hurdle for me to even access my own account in the following days. ​Time Sink: I had to spend hours on the phone and visit a corporate AT&T store just to undo the mess created at this kiosk. ​It is genuinely anxiety-inducing to provide personal information to people who handle it with such a lack of integrity. If you are looking for fiber service, go directly through the corporate office or the website--do not trust the third-party team at this location. It took significant effort to fix their mistakes, and for a more vulnerable customer, this could have been a financial and administrative nightmare. read more

I have been looking for an extra large baking sheet. I found other stores out of the size I needed, too small or too large. Target had two brands to choose from. The prices were very reasonable. I purchased two! In addition, the cashier was very helpful and professional. read more

What an absolute disgrace of a store. From frequenting this location for nearly a decade I am shocked at how they treat us regulars. There are a lot of good people at this location but sadly most are very selfish. I can go on an on about how and why but I will just say, the Baristas (not all) at thos location are some of the most foul humans I have ever came across. From charging different amounts based on how they are feeling that day and talking trash about other customers who just left in front of customers ordering is just beyond me. 3 of the baristas to be exact are just disgustingly disrespectful. I have been going to this location for a long time. This last time will probably be the last. The storage units for the remodel are interfering with parking. Carts were sticking out into the middle of the parking lot. They corals could have been shoveled to make room for carts. Once inside there were no carts. I just went in for cat food and that aisle was empty with no signs in the aisle saying where it moved to. Dog food was still there which made me think there is a bias about pets. I finally spotted the cat food FAR from where it was and found store maps way over there. It was very aggravating. When I tried to drive out, the delivery truck was blocking the exit and I had to try to find another way out. I have been in the remodeled stores and avoid them because they are awful. There is higher end shelving that takes up too much space and holds less merchandise. I won't be back for a long time if at all. read more

The 1st thing to remember is that everyone is struggling with staff and to be kind to the staff who are there in trying to help people. I found that staff were more than willing to help me and would actually walk me to an area that I had questions about rather than just give me general directions and send me on my way. The store was clean and well organized. It was a typical Target. I use them as one of my "go to" places when I have an extended stay while traveling. Target has all kinds of products that are appropriate for young families. My particular area of interest is their paper products and groceries. It's where I go to get my bulk paper towels and my bulk Kleenex. This particular Target has a typical, well stocked grocery area they have all the items that you could ever need. They have increased there ethnic food choices dramatically.They have high quality in fresh food, frozen food, and dry goods. They have a great beverage selection, including water. Health drinks and wine and alcohol. I find that I can usuallyX get in-and-out in a very timely manner. read more

This review is based off several experiences at this location. Very poor customer service, even downright rude. Dirty, messy racks and shelves. Items are always out of stock, shoes in the wrong sized boxes, that kind of thing. ALWAYS. Today, they cancelled my drive up order AFTER I checked in as arrived, AFTER I received the email saying it was Ready For Pick Up, which was also when the Drive Up employee scolded me for not checking in properly causing them "not enough time to prepare." I did come from somewhere close by and checked in accordingly, but how much time do you need for an order already emailed as "Ready for Pick up"? Perhaps they should be less all-over-the-place here. This Target location is honestly a disaster and shopping here is definitely not worth anyone's time and money. read more

This store is extremely unkempt and I was shopping at opening hours which tells me the store is not being cleaned at closing time. Clothing was strewn about on the floors, trash was sitting on shelves everywhere! read more

Got some groceries here! My mom was looking for a garden center but they only had a small aisle of garden accessories and seeds- went to the Starbucks to get a bottle of water after shopping - was a nice experience- quiet - and store is well staffed. read more

You go in there on Monday and the shelves are empty. Then, the most recent visit at 5pm they had all the workers stocking with a check out line to the back of the store. Just ridiculously poor customer service. read more

I wanted to purchase popsicles with vodka in them. In my rush to enter the store and pick up my prescriptions, I grabbed cash and left my ID in the car. The stupid manager bitch on duty refused to sell me the popsicles because "I never sell without an ID". I'm going to be 40 in three months and couldn't buy popsicles. I had two prescriptions with my name and DATE OF BIRTH on them but she wouldn't even consider looking at what I was trying to show her. Your staff is horrid. Half of them did not have masks on. The manager who came over to berate me for wanting to purchase a popsicle didn't have one on. I'm never going back to this hell hole. read more

Almost every time I go to Target the garbage cans out side are over flowing. Garbage is falling out and if you had to throw something away it would just fall to the ground that's how full they are. I spoke to the manager like I do every time. The manager told me the kid that takes care of the trash left for the day. He also said he would take care of it. I told him thank you and I appreciate what he will do. Anyways time goes by as I'm shopping with my wife and kids which means I was in there for awhile. We check out after shopping and the garbage was not emptied or changed. How sad a business will let their customers see this filth as they walk in and out of their establishment. read more

Try to get vaccines: shingles and flu shots this weekend. Immediately available slots. Pharmacist, Ms. Emily Shepherd, was efficient. My whole family needs vaccine, I watched her one-woman show: dispensing drugs, giving shots, ringing up merchandise, giving out recommendations. She never lose her cool, always friendly, helpful, with a delightful smile and singing voice to match. My husband was there last weekend for a drug that was hugely discounted on GoodRx (for this particular drug, Target CVS price was better than that of the regular CVS). He said another pharmacist (Jaime?) was extremely helpful, too. Took her time to figure out a way to honor the discount. He was impressed by her effort. Will go back. CVS can give up to four vaccines per person at a time. Able to retrieve our insurance info immediately from another CVS. All improvement. read more

It's Target, so it gets 3 stars off the rip for me. But this location really failed to impress me. Kinda like the person you talk to online and when you finally meet them in person....all you can do is face palm yourself for even believing the person in the first place! Positives? Lots of parking, Starbucks inside, right near the mall and the staff wasn't rude. Negatives? Dirty. Especially the bathrooms....eww! I was really sad to see this because almost always, Target delivers with clean bathrooms. Not this location. Also, this place is off the beaten path. Not very clear where to enter and exit. Dude...its Target. They pretty much have everything you need. You can find those deals at the end of most aisles with the red tags on them. The only issue I can think of is that I walk in here needing one or two things and I walk out with $50 worth of stuff I really didn't need. What makes this all better???? Two words....yoga pants. My all time favorite store to go to if money is tight. Like the clothing and stationary products, very stylish yet useful products.

I love target and the children's clothes are adorable, the staff is friendly and helpful. I go to this one in north olmsted all the time.

One of my preferred Targets around town. This location is usually not overly crowded. Lines move quickly (a must when you have a toddler in tow). Selection is good too - I often find some of my best clearance deals at this location or special brands of food. Not sure why there are so many varied reviews. Either you love Target or you don't. Never had an issue with service at this location. Enjoy that it is separated from some of the other shopping areas in North Olmsted so you can get in and out quickly. read more

This target is alright for some things, it's not the best one for looking for specialty items. There is however a very comical male cashier, he just loves life and his job. The cashier makes your day when your leaving you leave laughing cause the male cashier is just so full of life. read more

My family loves 'TAR-JAY' (parlez-vous Francais?)! We have been customers since the Eiffel Tower was built. However, one thing really irks the heck out of me. On more than one occasion, I have unknowingly bought food here that was past it's expiration date. So, these days, I am forced to always look at the dates, and often reach at the back of inventory on the shelf, so I can find a fresh product. Here is just one example: today, I purchased 'Hostess Bakery Petites' - white fudge vanilla flavor. I had to reach all the way in the back to find one that expires January 14, 2019. Many of the ones in the front were already expired, with dates from October and November! And this isn't just TARGET - i've found this to be true for a lot of food products at many various area stores. I've never had this issue when I lived on the east coast. I am starting to think that Ohio maybe has consumer laws that are more lax, and/or is a 'dumping ground' for expired food! read more

This target is a five-star store, hands down. It has the same outstanding customer service as the Parma Target, but it has somewhat better stocking in the frozen foods department. The combination of great selection, good prices (not as cheap as Wal-Mart but nowhere as inflated as at other grocery chains), and most important, excellent customer service. The only thing to possibly make it better would be for it to be open 24 hours, but now I'm asking too much! read more

For the most part, the Target at this location is ok. It appears clean, the staff is helpful and it serves its purpose for running in for little things like personal care or cleaning items. However, when I need to buy any type of gift off any type of registry, half the items never seem to be there. Maybe certain items are more popular across the board for registry lists, but no matter when I've gone, there are nothing but empty places on the shelves for many items not yet purchased off registries I've dealt with. I've leaned to skip the hassle and head to other Target locations where the section is better. read more

This location is horrible. They have a horrible staff and they don't know how to treat their guests and employees, the store is also horribly put together. If you can go to another Target, do so. If you hadn't heard before, the red cards don't even really help you. They are a hassle and all they do is help the company get more money so they don't go bankrupt. It's not worth it to sign up for one. read more
