I found it very clean, organized and very conveniently located. The employees are exceptionally friendly and helpful, including Linda, the assistant manager, I think who was cashier when I visited. They al went out of their way to accommodate me. I purchased over $100 worth of product in my first three visits. Additionally, and the main reason I felt obliged to make this review, is to make known and applause the manager, SHERRY, who is the nicest/caring, most well-qualified and considerate manager I ever encountered. She made my day when she did what prompted me to write this review. I really appreciate her kindnesses to me and will not forget it, as I am an older lady and sometimes things are more difficult than we anticipate and/or have control of at the time we encounter such. I salute Sherry at this store and I hope you visit, her store, as she is an upper manager and absolutely the BEST, bar none. Also, prior to visiting/shopping at this store, I shopped at The Dollar Tree. While I shopped there for over 5 years, I can say in this short time, Dollar for Dollar, I was more satisfied with the Family Dollar. ITEMS -- They have loads of sofa beds, sofas/couches without pullout beds, small lounge chairs, beds, TV's, lamps, mirrors, picture frames, kitchen bowls, desks, side tables, and much more. Due to thr nature of the furniture (USED), some of them are worn out and old but still in good enough shape. PRICE -- The items here are affordable foe those on a low budget or just those who don't want to pay full price. SERVICE -- Customer service was excellent when I visited. One gentleman helped me look around the sofa's. I ended up not buying anything because the red sofa that I wanted was a sofa bed so it would have been heavy to carry up to my apartment. They offer DELIVERY for $50 but will only deliver to your front door not inside your house because of the Coronavirus.
