My experience with the sales representative and their manager was incredibly frustrating, characterized by what I can only describe as either gross incompetence or intentional deception. ​Several major issues occurred during the sign-up process: ​Pricing Misrepresentation: The quotes I was given included discounts that they should have known I was not eligible for based on the information I provided. The final "deal" they presented was based on inaccurate math. ​Contact Info Sabotage: While the information I reviewed on their screen was correct, the data that actually reached AT&T had "slight adjustments" to my email and phone number. This created a massive hurdle for me to even access my own account in the following days. ​Time Sink: I had to spend hours on the phone and visit a corporate AT&T store just to undo the mess created at this kiosk. ​It is genuinely anxiety-inducing to provide personal information to people who handle it with such a lack of integrity. If you are looking for fiber service, go directly through the corporate office or the website--do not trust the third-party team at this location. It took significant effort to fix their mistakes, and for a more vulnerable customer, this could have been a financial and administrative nightmare.

I usually visit Dillard's once a year for holiday dresses first checking the inventory online. This time I had an unplanned Dillard's visit while used it as a shortcut to the mall. MERCHANDISE: The store has a vast inventory. The men's clothing and shoe section is especially stylish. There are a lot of brown toned garments and shoes perfect for fall. The shoe section indicated deals from $99 to $139. That seems like a great value for high-quality shoes. MY FINDS: I didn't plan to make any purchases since I was just passing through the store. Instead I found Origins skincare line. It's currently hard to find it in stores due to major beauty retailers pulling it from their shelves. I was able to purchase a gift set. It's my preferred skincare, so I'm happy to find another retailer that carries it for future purchase. SERVICE: The service was very nice. Associates were friendly and smiling. This experience indicated that the service tremendously improved over the years. I look forward to my next visits to Dillard's. I'll be back soon to experience and purchase more Origins products.

I needed sparkly sneakers for a Sneakerball, and Dillard's had the perfect pair! AMBIANCE: This store is tucked away in Beachwood Mall. The lighting in the store and the fashions make it feel like Saks or Nordstrom, not Dillard's. Meaning it's a lot more ritzy. It has pockets of high end brands, and the entire store presents very well. INVENTORY: Dillard's recently really started keeping up with the times. Compared to its competition, it's really fashion-forward. Around the holidays, I noticed that there are a lot of very trendy dresses in relevant colors and gorgeous fabrics. I observed her interactions with other customers and she was providing very personalized service. It was probably among the best customer service interactions at department stores. Seriously great service. She was also as excited as I was about my sparkly sneakers with holiday lights purchased from Betsey Johnson collection. I will say that these sneakers were pricier here than at other retailers. I paid over $100. So many people complimented me on these shoes that it feels like I got my money's worth. I would recommend a visit to this store. The setup makes it feel luxe, the service is extremely cordial, and you experience can be flawless from start to finish. Honestly, couldn't find any fault in my whole time here. I plan to return shortly to look for New Year Eve dress. I'll have to first figure out what to do for NYE. Do I need Dillard's faux furs and bow bedazzled shoes? Or something more subtle?

The store was well organized; however they have tags with different colors and where I'm from those colors tend to coordinate with daily sales so I asked a lady who worked there what they meant and she said usually they have daily sales but everything was 50% off today and I even clarified "only holiday stuff?" And she responded the whole store so I was all gongho, filling my hands with shirts and unnecessary holiday decor cuz everything is so cheap, only to get to the register and I hear everyone in line complaining about what the signs posted all over the store states. Apparently last week if you spent $50, they sent you a coupon for 50% off and you would have to know that in order to understand there is no sale whatsoever unless you have that coupon. So why not take the dumb signs down? What a headache for everyone. Also, maybe educate your employees because they also do not understand. Sincerely, a customer who is unimpressed with this experience and probably will skip next time we're in town.
