This place stays up to date on all things Cleveland related. Very attractive clothing that is perfect for any season for those tourists or those obsessed with the city passionately. Staff here is really friendly. Besides clothing, they have magnets, art, accessories, ornaments and so much more for sale. As good as it is, it's unfortunately overpriced in my opinion. We stop by here every time when we visit Cleveland. They honestly have the best CLE SWAG! The items themselves are not very cheap, but the quality feels so nice and soft. I've been following this store on Twitter from Vegas for awhile and was thrilled to finally get to come here in person. Big selection, plenty of sizes, amazing items. JACOB was a fantastic employee. I did a terrible job on this trip of buying souvenirs. I was in a panic when I saw this store on my way to dinner. I was grateful to have a place to buy local goods. There were three staff members in the store and they were all helpful and friendly. The prices were a bit on the expensive side but hey, our loved ones deserve great gifts, don't they? From little trinkets to larger items, they had a good selection. Books, glassware, magnets, stickers, and a large selection of clothes are there for the perusing. My wallet hurt a bit when I left but hey, at least my family got the goods and welcomed me back from a solo trip. :-) read more

I'm always buying souvenirs whenever I'm out of town. However, I absolutely hate buying items from the airport. I like things that are unique to the city. So by accident I found CLE Clothing Store. It's located at the corner of E. 4th Street, which by the way has a lot of local bars and restaurants. The store is also adjacent to Cleveland's Visitors Center. So it's bound to get a lot of high foot traffic. The store has everything from men's, womenswear, and kids. Like most trendy tourist spots the price reflects it. The shirts are a little pricey. The shirt I purchased was $28.00 but the material is nice. Unfortunately, the tank I wanted wasn't in my size. Bummer. Even though my tank wasn't available and my shirt was pricey. I've been shopping at CLE Clothing Co for years. I just want to give a special shoutout to the staff. I wandered into here the other night, and apparently, it was 10 minutes to close, but I had no idea. Cut me some slack, OK? As a visitor, I loved my time at CLE. In the middle of downtown Cleveland and located right next to the Visitor Center and a lot of restaurants and shopping arcades. Basic print t-shirts started at $25 (higher for other cuts, long sleeves, hoodies, etc.). All the designs were cute and trendy. In addition to shirts, they have an assortment of postcards, posters, glasses/mugs, bags, even night lights (even though they were a bit pricey for me at $25 a pop) boasting Cleveland pride. I got a hilarious cocktail glass for $12 that had Cleveland boldly emblazoned among a list of notable cities (such as NYC and Barcelona), a t-shirt for the hubs, and their famous Indians mustard for $5. There are 2 fitting rooms that one can use to try on clothing. Be aware that the women's tees run SUPER SMALL! I usually wear a size 4-6 and the XL t-shirt was just right. read more

Customer service here is VERY friendly and welcoming. They are FULL of merchandise and have just about every size every time. They support all local teams and have stuff that you wouldn't even think of! The prices are high but the quality is worth it! The street its located on is probably the most popular street in the downtown section of Cleveland. There are sports bars, restaurants and coffee shops surrounding. There's a sign on the door that says only 20 customers allowed inside at once. We waited in a line to enter the store to adhere to this policy. During our 10 minutes in the store the "door guy/customer counter" left his post and there were definitely more than 20 customers inside. The store has nice items, but priced high - a postcard was $2-3! If you're looking for a souvenir from Cleveland this is one of the only stores I saw where you could find something, but expect the high prices they charge. read more

Why 5 stars? Because Cleveland's local t-shirt economy is second to none. --- --- --- We may have beaches and tropical weather year-round in Florida, but Cleveland has the best local t-shirt inventory per capita in the country. Between CLE Clothing, GV Art, Homage, and another one that I'm forgetting (see - 4 awesome places = so many that you forget them all) Cleveland does very well for itself. And for someone like myself and my family who wear an inordinate amount of Cavs/Indians/Browns gear, these places are made for us. I snagged a few different shirts here on my last trip to Cleveland. I also snagged a few at the other shops. The only bad thing about this is that I have way too many now! I'm kind of embarrassed. People who see me regularly must think, "Alright. We get it. Cleveland is the city." We desperately need these kinds of places in Tampa. We have zero of them. I wouldn't be caught dead wearing Rays or Bucs apparel, but I'd love some sweet palm-tree havin' Tampa threads. Or the Lightning. I'm allowed to like them since Cleveland is NHL-less :) All of the shirts are crazy soft, and look cooler than anything you have in your closet. Stopped in after an Indians game with my family about a month ago because we all realized we didn't have Tribe gear. ... you're probably asking why we didn't buy it from the Team Shops at Progressive Field. Well, CLE Clothing has unique shirts with a creative, witty flair. I'm not your average gal, therefore I don't want your average Indians shirt! Plus, they're made locally! I don't know about you, but instead of investing money into the MLB, I'd rather spend money with a local company. They've started to carry other local t-shirt company's shirts and apparel, including GV Art & Design. As if I needed another reason to love them... Anyways, I got a super-cute, v-neck Indians shirt (American Apparel) and it fits so well. Plus, it wasn't anything outrageous, price-wise. They are a great local company making fashionable, high-quality t-shirts designed around Cleveland and NEOhio, mainly, but also art prints celebrating the city, as well as other odds and ends like stickers, nightlights, pint glasses, books, etc. Every single shirt or hoodie I've gotten has been high quality and well designed. I love wasting time in this shop to laugh at the funny children's books about Cleveland sports titles "Why Daddy is Sad on Sunday", as well as the various silly and cool t shirts about the Cleveland area. A lot of my friends from this area have moved away, so I find that this is a great gift to remind them of their awesome roots. The shop is nestled on a corner where there isn't a ton of parking - there's some street parking occasionally but you may have to find a parking garage and walk over. This shop is a great place to waste some time and pick up a few items celebrating Cleveland! If you get on their email list, they pretty often have 20% coupons as well :) read more

This is one of the greatest additions to east fourth street ! Up until this point there were no trendy Cleveland gift shops. They have everything from clothes to glasses to pictures to much more. We have many of there shirts for my husband, my daughter and I. We stop in every time we head to an Indians game which is quite frequent ! The reason being they have fun designs and usually comfy apparel, while looking hip, of course! Since relocating to Chicago, 6 years ago, and relinquishing my 44122 zip code & drivers' license, I have felt a serious need to prove my Ohio hometown pride. Yes, Show your CLE PRIDE! I am so happy to see these guys open a shop, and right in my neighborhood! I've been enjoying these shirts for years, and the fella's who make these could not be nicer. I remember seeing the " I basketball CLE" shirts a few years back and dying to know where they came from. By the time I got around to searching online, it was just two days before the big playoff game. I ordered them, but was saddened by the 6 week delivery. I emailed the guys through their website, and they were kind enough to do a sketchy t-shirt drop off situation so I could have them for the game. It was very kind, and I've been a huge fan ever since! I'm thrilled to be able to pop down to the shop whenever I need a great CLE gift. Nice store, nice merchandise. The regular t-shirts are a bit pricey ($25 each) but nice designs and I think it's worth paying a little more for some kickass cleve-o items. Some serious Cleveland stuff (like pictures of terminal tower) and some with more sass. Also has a limited variety of buttons, tote bags, jewelry, printed posters/art, hats and bags. They even have a bunch of baby clothes and other items, start that young-in on the right path! The website has a much larger variety of items, but the in-person store does have a sale rack ($10 tees!). My only complaint is that the selection in store is a but limited. I'd rather see larger sizes (their small tees are more like XS and I'm sure their XXL is closer to L or XL.) read more

I am kind of in love with this store. It's right down the street from my place which kind of makes it dangerous. And, they have some AWESOME Cle gear! Tshirts, sweatshirts, mugs, shot glasses.... etc. Basically, I'm in love with a souvenir shop in the city I live in. But, the things they sell are just cute! And, the employees are SO friendly, helpful, and just fun to talk to! If they don't have something you want or don't have a particular size, they'll be so kind as to take down your name and call you when it comes in! CLE Clothing goes beyond your basic 'I heart CLE' and 'Cleveland Rocks' shirts and gives you memorabilia and souvenirs that touch on even the smallest Cleveland detail. West Side Market, Dead Man's Curve, every and all CLE sports, Playhouse Square, the Guardians...I could go on. Our last trip there I got a 'Cleveland Foodie' shirt and a CLE iPhone case. They have it all. -Breadth of products. They are constantly putting out new items and, as I mentioned, there is always a variety! -Price. Some wouldn't pay $25 for a t-shirt, but I think that it's worth it for the quality and the meaning of the shirt. Not to mention, you're supporting local businesses in the process. They also have a lot of promotions so just follow them on social media if you want to buy during one of their many deals. CONS -My only complaint is regarding the space. It can get pretty packed in the small store, especially since it is in a prime location on E4th St. My recommendation would be to check it out on a non-game or non-concert day. I am constantly impressed by CLE Clothing Company. I follow their account on Instagram, and am always so excited about the new products coming out. Recently, I saw a tank top that I really wanted, but living in California, I knew that going to the store wasn't possible. The shirt also wasn't available online, so I called the store and inquired about the possibility of having it shipped out to California. Laura, one of the managers, graciously worked with me and shipped the shirts out to me in California. After much anticipation waiting for the shirts, though, something did not go right on the USPS side and I never received the shirts. Somehow, they got returned back to Cleveland. Jamie, another employee, also helped me a ton in getting the shirts back out and shipped to me. Despite all of the frustration and mishaps along the way, these two women have been very considerate and have reached out to me to help make sure that i receive the products. I love this shop. I did want to purchase everything, including: Ohio necklace Kardiak Kids tshirt Art print of Cleveland's towers tossing a football while wearing Browns helmets A hipster-esque shirt to wear to Tribe games Pub glasses ...seriously...just about everything... I only actually bought a sticker because I can rarely bring myself to spend $26 on a tshirt. The artist who makes most of the shirts was in there moving stuff around and making a new display. I'm sure the rent is incredibly expensive, and that helps to justify the cost...but $26 for a single-color tshirt? Wowza...that's steep. To their credit, the shirts are woven in the USA and printed in Cleveland. Another time, when I'm more mentally prepared, I'll drop some serious cash here, I'm certain of that. I am very proud of my homestate (and hometown!) and that's priceless. I'll try to remember that. read more
