Cleveland Consignment Shoppe is definitely and upscale consignment store. They have a consistent flow of Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Tory Burch, Kate Spade and Lilly Pulitzer items just to name a few coming through regularly. The store is little but jam packed. I want to know who these people are who have designer items to spare and I want to be friends with them right now! I've noticed that the store now has a security guard which I'm certain is for the stores safety but made me feel a bit uncomfortable. Never the less, I'll be back. read more

I have been shopping here for almost two years, where I've seen a variety of quality brands: Lululemon, Lilly Pulitzer, Louis Vuitton, Tory Burch, Kate Spade, Sam Edelman, Prada, Chanel, Louboutin... and the list could easily go on. Looks can be deceiving on this shop, which is much bigger than meets the eye from a street view. Two of my favorite Tory Burch bags are from this versatile shop, tucked across the street from the hustle and bustle of Eton Place. They shine in having a diverse handbag selection, stellar outwear and racks beyond racks of shoes. The shoe size selection can be a little hit-or-miss, as the majority of sizes tend to be 7-9. They have three fitting rooms and ample mirrors, which makes it easy to try things on when the fitting rooms are full. The salespeople can be a little intense and watchful, which makes me think they have had theft problems in the past. They likely mean well, so don't feel awkward. Pro tip: follow them on Facebook. They are excellent about posting photos and updates for their inventory, and if you see something you like, call them! They will hold it for you or update on its purchase status. They also have new items consistently coming in, as they are clearly purchasing from some high-end, luxury and stylish closets. Since the reviews posted up to this point are from a shopper's point of view, I'm going to talk about CCS from a consignor's perspective before I talk about my shopping experience. Both have been fantastic, but I was a consignor before I was a customer. I've been reselling high end/designer/vintage/upscale fashion for many years, whether as a one-on-one personal shopper, on sites like eBay, at trunk shows and trade shows, and via consignment venues like this one. Working with Cleveland Consignment Shop is hands down one of the most phenomenal business experiences I've ever had. I travel from Chicago to consign at this store because it's a great fit for my brand, everyone there is lovely, my stuff sells well and it sells FAST. Last time I dropped off inventory I brought literally hundreds of items---they barely took an hour to select the pieces they wanted, they had it all priced and ready to buy two days later, and by the end of that second day I'd already sold two things. Those ladies are ON IT. While they were sorting through my things, I took advantage of the opportunity to do a little shopping and so did my cousin, who was with me the last couple of times I was at the store. We bought shoes. She bought a dress. She bought a knockout Chanel cardigan. Which brings me to...The Shopping. THE SHOPPING! There's a seriously good selection of both brands and sizes here. You will find the heavy hitters like Gucci, Prada, Fendi, LV, Louboutin, Burberry and the previously mentioned Chanel. You will also find brands like Diane von Furstenberg, Parker, Rebecca Taylor, Tory Burch, Vince, St. John and Eileen Fisher. If the "boutique brand" or lagenlook thing is what you're after, you'll find Lilith, Cynthia Ashby (YAY, Chicago brand!), Comfy USA and such. I am always, always, ALWAYS after cute shoes and they have some great ones here. My AGL flats have been in heavy rotation ever since my last visit. There are great handbags. Jewelry. Sunglasses. The store is beautifully curated and their attention to detail is exquisite. I agree strongly with the previous reviewer who recommended following them on Facebook, and I'd also strongly recommend following them on Instagram. You can also shop their website. As someone who spends a lot of time driving around Chicago and then spending as much time finding somewhere to stick my car as I did on the actual drive, the fact that there's a nice big parking lot at the building where the shop is located earns them yet another thumbs-up. First time going here trying to get a bag authenticated wasn't greeted friendly at all first off. Unable to authenticate the bag and told my second party who I was with that it was fake AFTER she rushed me out of the store. Later found the receipt. I've heard about Cleveland consignment Shoppe for a while but I never went to the store. But I decided to clean my closet out this January and I took a few pieces to them because I was no longer using them and felt like they would be better off in somebody else's closet. The girls who were very nice and walk me through the process as I had never consigned in the past. They looked through my bags of clothes and shoes and purses and belts and told me what they would take and also gave me suggestions of other things that they may like from my closet. I left a few items with them and within a month I got a check for $50 when a few of my items sold. They have some very high-end designers in there and pieces that I don't actually think come from Cleveland stores. I'm sure whoever consigns to the shop is purchasing in larger cities and then reselling once they wear these items once or twice. They have Prada, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Hermès, Catherine Malandrino,. Akris, David Yurman and many more. I would definitely consign with them again and once I save some money, I might go purchase a few items there! read more

I love this shop, it is a hidden jewel in Woodmere Ohio. This store carries high end designer clothes, shoes, handbags, and accessories at a reasonable price. I purchased a really nice, big, Prada bag last year for only $300. The ladies that own the store are so nice. The store is very clean neat and organized.
