I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country.

I have to be honest. I tend not to shop at many women's boutiques because I never feel the clothes are inclusive. I'm not a 5 foot tall size 0 looking for a $200 crop top, which is almost always what the inventory feels like. I nearly passed out when I came across sweaters and tunics that were sized to fit real people and ended up purchasing a flattering geometric knit sweater with a cute hood that I can't wait to wear (if it ever becomes fall). I love that the clothes here are real. They have a lovely selection of jewelry, homewares, cards, small gifts and other stationary that were unique and simply darling. It was too tempting to buy 1000 things for myself. I will absolutely return here the next time I need a gift for someone! The boutique is incredible! I wish we had one like it in Baltimore because I would be there all of the time. They have adorable clothes-- from leggings to dresses to jackets and sweaters. And the price point on a lot of the clothes make them affordable which is awesome. In some stores, you pick up a jacket and pay $400+, but here, you can get adorable jackets for 1/4 of that! Taalis is insanely rude and quite frankly weird. She said we have no communication skills and honesty when you are that weird and rude to customers no wonder they dont want to engage with you. My two friends and I were trying on shoes and my friend asked if they had another size to which taalis responsed with "well if you dont take off your socks you arent getting another size" like im sorry what?? She was so adamant that we take off our socks and not in a joking way either. She is rude, invasive and quite frankly made us extremely uncomfortable with the uncalled for comments on our bodies. Make sure she adds your name to their client list. I guarantee all your subsequent visits will improve. It is a pretty standard new style overly fancy shopping centre located in the Cleveland Ohio area. It's expensive and it's fancy (did I mention fancy) and it's outdoor (and fancy) which isn't always a good thing in this region, especially during winter months. It's one of these outdoor (did I mention it's outdoor) shopping villages (and fancy) with all the high end stores, but it's still cool to have it here, and it provides a nice shopping experience for people in Cleveland that are sick of indoor malls.

Shopping for bras is a necessary evil for me, made worse by the fact that my size (38 G for…read morereference) is rarely carried in stores. VS has always mis-sized me and shoved me into a sister-of-a-sister-of-a-sister size and Nordstrom's did a bit better but was still off. Finally, after sizing myself using the calculator over at the A Bra That Fits subreddit, I found my size. For months I've been swearing up and down I'd get new bras but the idea of ordering a bunch of bras in 3-4 different sizes to check fit was daunting and not how I wanted to spend my time. So I idley googled 'lingerie stores cleveland' one day and among the trove of cheap lingerie stores smattered throughout the city was this place - obviously a store of elegant lingerie. I decided to pop in, hopeful but steeled for disappointment. Luckily, my preparation to be let down was unnecessary! The associate who helped me, Celeste, as amazing! I went in knowing what I wanted (underwire with unmoulded cups and one padded strapless) and what my size was, which certainly made the process faster. They do offer sizings, but since I already figured mine out i decided not to get one. Shes quick to grab some items for me to try and get me set up with a dressing room. She checked on me often (her timing was impeccable. I swear as soon as I got a bra on and adjusted and needed input, she materialized outside my door) and grabbed one bra I liked in another color. I was what I call 'essential bra shopping' - just getting what I needed to replace my current uncomfortable ones - so I didn't take the time to peruse and try on everything that struck my fancy. I'll definitely be back in a few months to expand my new collection. That all being said I really appreciated the diversity of offerings. They go up to a G in store, but they emphasized they could absolutely get bigger sizing or different colors or online exclusives online and have it shipped to the store or to you. Unlike a lot of bra places that have bigger sizes they seem to understand some of the special considerations that extended sizings have (way to many places offer them as an afterthought, with no real training on fitting them and designs that are not supportive). Plus, I found a strapless bra that actually works - that's like finding a unicorn for me! Not to mention the pricing is super fair - the bras are all around the same price you'd pay at VS or Nordstoms but I think much better quality (or at least on par with some of the higher end brands at Nordstrom's). Highly recommend this place to people wanting attractive, well made, classy lingerie and people who wear extended sizes above what most stores typically have in stock.
