This store felt like pure chaos to me the moment we walked through the door. While my local Rack has catch all racks with a plethora of items, this location was mostly that. I don't know if I'm alone on this, but it was overwhelming. I prefer to see racks of like items, maybe different colors, but there was very little of that here. The majority was racks and racks of clothes, different styles and sizes all together. While I know a lot of people like to find a deal at and enjoy the hunt, that's not me when it comes to digging and digging through racks of differing styles. I didn't really pay much attention to the prices, as I didn't see anything that interested me, but I imagine they're decent like their sister stores across the country. read more

At least for the men's selection, I find I can get great deals on shirts, pants and suits for far less money than many other stores. Lots of top brands. I get lots of compliments on how dapper I dress. People think I spend way more than I do. Nordstrom Rack helps out with that a lot. Not always easy to get help. So good to go in having a rough idea what you are looking for. If you don't need it that day, the online store is great at even deeper discounts on things that may not be in that store. read more

This place is a really cool and interesting Nordstrom Rack. It's 3 floors and each floor is a new experience and different department. I mainly stayed toward the men's luxury trends which were really fashionable, very clean and well organized. Me and my wife stumbled upon the baby and toddler section which had great toys for stocking stuffers and fashionable clothing. I'm surprised the most that this Nordstrom Rack has a restaurant with a full bar! It really blew my mind but unfortunately that part wasn't on my visit that day. read more

This Nordstrom rack is amazing. Whenever I need an item in a hurry I can count on them to have something in my size. Always have super up to date fashion. Only downside is many employees busying themselves without greeting guests. Not a dealbreaker for me because I like to shop in peace. Def will be visiting again soon for vacation clothes. read more

This place is in competition with a thrift store on how this place is maintained. The store is in such disarray that I couldn't shop so I opted to take pictures. This is not how the West Lake store is maintained and the shoppers also look different. I don't know who the store manager is but this is a reflection of your ability to lead and maintain a store. read more

This Nordstrom Rack has so many gems! I thought I would stop in quickly for a quick trek and promptly decided that I needed to return when I would have more time on my hands. All sizes in the shoe department were well stocked and the racks in the women's department were organized and easy to navigate. The store is packed tight but still easy enough to browse. I was tempted to dock a star for the very slow check-out line and rather unenthusiastic employees but the lovely items in the store overshadowed that. The dressing room was also less than sparkling but it served its purpose nonetheless. No doubt that I'll be back soon! read more

So disappointing. I just left over a thousand dollars worth of clothes behind. This location closes its dressing room at 7:30. There were under 10 shoppers in the store and groups of employees just standing around chatting. There were three employees standing right outside the dressing room chatting. The manager told me that the dressing room is closed early for "covid" and "social distancing" which makes no sense. She said they didn't have enough staff to keep the dressing room open. I pointed out there were more employees than shoppers to which she shrugged. Sadly this is why brick and mortar retail is dying. What's the point of going in person if the dressing rooms aren't open or the store isn't smart enough to pivot when their guidelines don't make sense for the current situation. They can and should do better. read more

This place is a somewhere you will need hours to sift through. A lot of the shoes are not only in the wrong boxes but in the wrong size section. They did have men's 7 Jeans and Rock & Republic for $80. And a decent selection of Hugo Boss and Robert Graham shirts. They had a lot of Cole Haan, Creative Rec, Nike Air Maxes and Timberland Boots for decent prices. They offer a great selection of women's sunglasses as well with everything from Coach to Gucci and Prada for under $100! My wife found 16 oz bottles of Philosophy for $10 as well so she was happy. Be fore warned you will not receive the same level of service that you will at the regular Nordstrom across the street in Beachwood Place. read more

I was a bit disappointed with this store compared to others. There was a lack of fitness clothes and none of then were on clearance this black friday weekend. The uggs also had a sign about being 40.percent off but when i asked and employee they said they knew nothing about it and that it was not true. All of the racks were very disorganized and the correct sizes were nowhere they should be. read more

2.5 stars. I got a gift certificate to this place. I went there last week. That may be part of the problem. It seemed like they had some great shoes. I did not need shoes. It took me 1.5 hours to find 2 shirts that I liked. The place was a mess and atmosphere was kind of surreal. I can't put a finger on it. I'm not a huge brand person but like me some FCUK and they did not have that. I saw a lot of shirts and stuff like that for 100$ a pop, seemed a bit pricey, however the quality was good on most. I guess I will have to check it out in Feb or March when the sales are better. I'm not a fan of that Ed Hardy stuff, people are going to look back at those photos in 5 or 10 years and say what the hell was was that. I think I prefer Marshals or TJ Max to this place. But I know know where to go if I want a new pair of Merrell's. I really wish Cleveland had some outlets like the ones in Vegas. Amazing! read more

Rudest employees ever. Came in to buy shoes and our kids were looking at toys to purchase. Some young punk working there came up and decided to say "you know we close in ten minutes right?" And then demanded my kids hand him the toy we were going to purchase. We decided to leave our cart. They lost an over $200 sale tonight. We called the manager and she said she didn't care. So we don't care to never come back. The place is also a total mess. I have been to thrift stores that are cleaner, more organized and smell better. Avoid. read more

I love Nordstrom Rack and this location is no different. I found some REALLY great steals here. A coach mohair purse for 61% off retail price? HECK YES PLEASE. The store itself is pretty large so there's a lot to browse, but if you walk around and take your time you'll definitely find something. I especially liked their choice of athletic wear, there were so many Nike clothes, I went wild. They also had a good selection of Free People and everything is much cheaper than retail just because it's out of season. read more

Great styles! Great selections! What else can a girl ask for? This Nordstrom Rack has the BEST ladies' shoe selection I've ever seen! They have high end brands like Cole Haan and Tory Burch; comfortable brands like Naturalizer, Clarks, and Dansko; and of course the super hot but blister-inducing brands like Ivanka Trump and Steve Madden. Each size of ladies' footwear has rows and rows of beautiful shoes. They're all really trendy and affordable! I can literally spend hours in there. I also love their return policy! This place is BEST for designer bags and sunglasses on the cheap!! It reminds me a lot of a much more upscale TJ Maxx. Scored some really nice Michael Kors shades for $20 and came with a free leather case from the designer. The selection of bags is the real highlight here, however. Next time I'm in the market for a new, nice bag I will look here first. There were several bags that caught my eye in a major way, which is rare! Only Nordstrom's would put their discount store in Legacy Village. I love this store - name brands - reasonable prices and a huge shoe inventory including hard to find sizes (I wear a woman's size 12, but their sizes go even larger). Unfortunately this is feeding into a latent shoe fetish I was wholly unaware of. The dressing rooms are clean, the selection is nicely presented, and even as a discount store, they have a tailor and seamstress on site to alter clothes. In my size, I saw a Jones New York coat for $45.00 that would retail elsewhere for closer to $200.00. Just bear in mind that it's like any other discount store - hit or miss - you just have to keep checking back and you'll end up with name brand, well made clothes for a reasonable price. Tight packed and sort of cramped - they don't cater to you like they do at the Mothership. That said, the selection at this particular Rack was surprisingly ample and the prices were less than half the price at Nordstrom proper over at Beachwood. While I can see how women may be turned off to the Rack because lady's style changes so quickly this place is nearly ideal for men who wear dress clothes daily - Hugo Boss, Ben Sherman, Robert Graham for less than the price of lower quality brands such as Express or Gap. read more

Every single employee I witnessed in this store did everything possible to avoid eye contact or interaction with customers. However, My children and I did have the displeasure of being within earshot of two floor employees discussing sexually explicit gossip amongst themselves and cackling obnoxiously. The rude fitting room attendants met us with an eye-roll and hovered, rushing us out and doing nothing to hide their disdain for us and their job. To end on a positive note, the staff at the registers were very polite and helpful. I'm not generally a department store shopper. I prefer to get my clothes from places like Old Navy and the Gap. I'm pretty low-maintenance. My boyfriend, on the other hand, prefers the quality of higher-end fashion. Living on a limited budget, he doesn't always get the high-end clothes he wants, but Nordstrom Rack allows him to splurge once in a while. The selection here is pretty decent. They carry men's and women's clothes, shoes, and accessories. There are also some beauty products and purses. It's cheaper that regular Nordstrom, but not exactly cheap overall. Still, not bad if you're looking for good quality. As for the store itself, it's pretty clean and well-organized. It is a bit cramped, though. The shoe section is especially difficult to navigate f there are other people in the same aisle. I've experienced both friendly and unfriendly staff, but that's not uncommon in retail stores. Oh, Nordstrom Rack, you beckon me all the way down in Columbus. Imagine my delight when I remembered I'd be visiting Cleveland this weekend, after losing my beloved Marc Jacobs sunglasses. I knew exactly where I could find a replacement pair. You did not disappoint, Nordstom Rack. I found a perfectly suitable pair of the same designer for $35, a whole $80 less than the pair I previously purchased. I mean, how can you not love that? Sometimes the service is overbearing (I'm looking at you cosmetics lady, armed with various just off the truck scents), but overall, staff is helpful and attentive. The dressing rooms were well maintained and orderly. I am sometimes very impressed with the shoe selection. I remember a well priced pair of Tory Burch flats, just a half size too small for met. They drive my trips here. One day, I will find another pair that are perfect for me. I think this is the kind of place you need to visit often and with a plan to search through racks to find the best deals. read more

Mmm. The Rack renders me ambivalent. A few years ago, I would find amazing deals here constantly--Vince sweaters for under $100, Burberry separates, super discounted Eileen Fisher pieces, cashmere coats. Now it's mostly polyester and rayon basics, which I suppose have their place. I personally find the Nordstrom-exclusive brands to be overpriced for the quality, but maybe I'm wrong. Still, you can sniff out the good pieces and hope they're on clearance. There is a good crop of Hugo Boss and Eileen Fisher, if that's your thing. I personally have better luck at the TJ Maxx on Chagrin Boulevard, so try to hit that one in the same day if you can. The shoe selection, however, is still excellent. Everything from Coach to Bruno Magli. I recently bought two pairs of Paul Green sandals, one for $65, another for $38. THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. Chuffed to bits. I wish they had a similar selection for bags and jewelry, which also seem to be mostly Nordstrom's generic brands. Fitting rooms are a bit dank and remind me of trying on bras at Kohl's when I was 13 for whatever reason. Probably the wooden louvered doors and general feeling of exposure. However, I have to say, my favorite thing about this place is listening in on all the ladies gossiping in Russian. Finally putting my liberal arts education to good use! read more

First of all, I love that they honor the Nordstrom return policy - 90 days, even on clearance items. For good finds, you need to be ready to search through lots of racks - I wouldn't recommend trying to make a quick trip to this store. Typically it's a great place to find uniquely stylish pieces. I would probably give this a 3.5, but I am rounding it up since I did find a good buy. It was my first time ever at a Nordstrom Rack store. Came on a Tuesday evening, and still brisk traffic. I found most of the women's clothes to be polyester and not really my style. I probably could have dug deeper, but a lot of the clothes just didn't stick out. I do think they get points for their athletic wear selection as they had lots of different items. I wear a size 10 shoes and have never seen so many of my size in one place, but it was hard to look at so many in tall displays. Not a ton of my more subdued style either and the prices were just ok. Saw some Nikes, but could probably get cheaper at their outlet. I did see The North Face and Columbia jackets. I saw a NF fleece I liked, but they didn't have my size. Luckily, there was one hiding with the winter jackets. For $60 with tax, it was good pick up for me. They have a lot of everything, but the discounts are not ginormous. If you are looking for designer or higher end name brands in general, you would probably do well. read more

Great place if you know your brands and want to want to save over Nordstrom prices - this is their outlet store. Lots of clothes, watches, purses, shoes packed tightly, organized by size and brand. I like the shoe selection, as all the shoes are on racks and there is no waiting for mysterious sales people to show up and pressure you. Prices still seem high, but not as high as the original store! Nice selection but it always seems fairly crowded and not always with the nicest people. read more
