I'm just sorry I left him with so many shoes to put back after only buying 3 of the dozens of shoes he showed me. I've been having terrible plantar fascittis pain for several weeks. I bought a pair of Allegria that had just come in. They were so new that I was the first person to try them in my size & the first to buy them. I put them on for the first time this morning & I can walk normally with very minimal pain. They are absolutely fantastic & well worth the money. This is after having to sit down to cut an onion last night because the pain was beyond belief after exercising.

I detest shopping malls…read more Okay, I feel better. This store, though, made me forget, for the few minutes I was there, buying some boots, that I was in the middle of that mind-numbing, world-weary place. Great service, great selection, a real throw-back to a time when shoes were truly a specialty item, sold be trained personnel. I walked in with low expectations and left with wings on my feet. Not wing-tips. Wings. Comfortable boots, waterproof, ready for the poop-storm of Ohio's "shoulder season" weather, when snow becomes ice becomes slush becomes mud becomes more snow. (I even, for a moment, dreamed that I were walking out of that store, onto a cobblestone lane, and could almost taste the pint awaiting me at the pub, just opposite. Damn. Wrong, again.)

This particular store has friendly sales associates, a good selection of clothes and fun jewelry. These aren't clothes that will generally last forever but they're at such a good price they don't have to. I also like that they have wide-width shoes. Fun to pop into Cato's on occassion for some flair of color and see what's new.

They take all your things to be evaluated and without telling you what they reject, they donate those items to charity. Other places will let you take those things back. This White House Black Market is located at the Legacy Village. I'm not a big follower or fan of…read morethe brand, but stopped in while in the area. I was on a quest to find a blouse for a conference. I'd give the store a solid 3. I walked in and out not particularly impressed by anything. Ambiance/Inventory: The store is well organized and stocked. There are plenty of quality fabrics - cozy sweaters and silky blouses. You'll also find holiday dresses made out of satin and velvet. Overall, the fashions seem like outdated classics. Expect to spend what you would at any department store at the mall. Personally, I cannot support the brand since they don't sell plus sizes (go up to XL). Only because I don't personally fit into any of their clothes. Service: The service is lacking. No greeting upon arrival, no suggestions to find something, no one whatsoever working on the retail floor. I found it very strange considering how attentive service is at other surrounding stores. If you're looking for seasonal holiday attire or a pretty statement piece, stop in. I won't be returning due to service and no availability of my size.

One of my go-to places for shopping, I always find stuff in this store! Got their new spring…read morecatalogue in the mail a couple of weeks ago and found a bunch of cute dresses and tops that I wanted to go and try on. As always, the store has a bunch of sizes (from tiny up to size 16) for you to try on. It's very rare that they run out of the popular sizes unless they're at the end of the season. The saleswomen at this location are fantastic and they constantly come in the dressing area to ask how you are doing and to see if they can get you any other sizes. I especially like the fact that they suggest different accessories (belt, shrugs, jackets) for each outfit and they have low-heeled shoes for you to wear when you try on your outfits in case you happen to be in winter boots or running shoes like I usually am! As the name states, they carry white, neutral and black stuff....but it's all clothes that you can mix and match with more colorful stuff from other places if you like that pop of color in your wardrobe. The cuts of the clothes are very flattering for all kinds of different body types and ages. I've seen everyone from tiny girls to "Rubinesque" ladies, from teenagers to grandmothers walk out of this store with something in hand that they were excited to wear. If you're looking for well-made, beautiful clothes that will see themselves through many seasons (because all of their styles are classic and won't date themselves) go over here and try some stuff on! Doesn't hurt that they have a coupon up on Yelp now for 20% of your entire purchase on March 10th and 11th, you may see me there!
