I visited the store back in May to pick up a new pair of workout shoes for my bad feet. I gave the rep what I was looking for in a shoe and she had several recommendations. Out of those recommendations I was able to find the shoe perfect for me. Also, this was the first time I went to the new location. I loved this new space. Shoes fit great and they are very comfortable! They are quite stylish and still have good support.

Was a customer many years ago. I think the lady that owned the store was Elsa. I'm not sure if she is still the owner or not but she was a very lovely lady. She ordered arch supports for me and when they came in they needed a little bit of an adjustment (my feet pronate and the supports needed to be able to keep my foot in place). Well, here it is 18 years later and I'm still "wearing" the supports in my shoes. They're a little worn around the edges but non the less still get the job done. read more

This place and their staff were very helpful with my mother and kept records on her. No one believed that my mother would ever walk again. She had dementia and along with it seemed to come a lack of circulation in her legs and an ability to stand. The people at the store gave me a couple of pairs of shoes to take home and try on my mother..... we tried on two different sizes.....and ended up with one pair that fit better and returned the other. My mother shocked everyone as she got up off the sofa and walked across the room with these shoes on....They gave her tremendous support. The staff at the store said that this particular pair of shoes helped many people the same way. We tried other shoes, but these were the only ones that did the trick. She wore them everyday for the rest of her life. I am very grateful to the store and their staff. read more

My feet hurt for years and I went in for a fitting. My feet have never felt better. They are very helpful.

Good customer service ONLY the first time around to make a sale. If you have ANY issues- forget it!! I was a loyal customer for YEARS. I do not have the money to spend, but I do so anyway to allow my feet to feel comfortable. They would not even exchange the pair of boots I bought even though one of their sales ladies fit me for them. Since you can't fully tell how they will feel, I wore them one day for work- cried at the end of the day because my feet hurt that badly- no sympathy from these guys. Only in it for the money! Plus the woman I dealt with today had an attitude with me and wasn't the least bit sympathetic. Never again. If you read this, stay away. Go anywhere else and always make sure something is exchangeable or good for store credit!! read more

PLEASE TAKE THE TIME TO READ: I went in for shoes to help with Plantar Fasciitis. The sales lady was "nice". That ends the good part of my review.. I told her that I wore a size 9 shoe. She insisted that I've been wearing the wrong size shoe and went on to measure my foot and said I should be wearing a 9 1/2. I told her the shoe slipped on and off. She tightened the laces and said that a shoe should have some give in the back. She said they fit the way all of my shoes should fit. Again, she is the professional, so I listened. Tightening the laces seemed to help the shoes stay on. Since she is the "professional ", I decided to go with the "9 1/2. " She said she doesn't like telling the size because she wold rather go with what felt good. She told me to wear them out of the store since the ones I wore in didn't give me the support I needed. I agreed. Bad mistake! After wearing the shoes out of the store, I headed to work. I have a desk job so I didn't notice the shoes didn't fit right until the next day when I wore them to work, they slipped off and on when I walked. I tightened the laces like she did. Didn't help. Something told me to check the size ... they were a 10! The store has a no return policy after you've worn them. I wore them for a total of approximately 9 hours! So not only am I out $130 for the Brooks tennis shoes, but she also said I " needed " the orthotic supports for the shoe, another $50! I am so disappointed in this store. I feel as though they should have allowed me to exchange the shoes, especially since it was obvious that they weren't damaged. I took her at her word that they were the correct size. I said to her repeatedly that they were big, but she insisted that was the correct way they should fit. Out of good customer service, I should have been allowed to exchange them. It isn't about even getting my money back, which is what everyone says should happen, I just wanted a different pair of shoes that fit correctly. The service today was over the top excellent. Our mother who is 93 needed some new lighter shoes to help her walk. Michael helped us find the perfect pair! But wait, there's more! Mom couldn't walk into the store, so Michael brought the shoes out to the car, measured moms feet , gently helped her try on the shoes! Wait, there's more! It was a downpour and Michael was drenched and didn't complain. My sister and I are thrilled and humbled by such dedication and sincerely kind service. read more

They have a great selection of orthotics-friendly shoes. The store is well organized, and the staff seemed to know their stuff and be eager to help, including ordering shoes not currently in stock. Unfortunately, I was really put off by the salesperson trying to help me. When I explained that I just wanted to check the selection in preparation for my first pair of orthotics, I was asked who my doctor was and with what hospital system they are affiliated. No explanation for this was offered until I asked why this info was needed when I just wanted to get a sense of my options. These questions felt invasive. The salesperson went on to lecture me when I expressed a desire for attractive shoes that would work with my wardrobe, including a joke that they would "wrestle" me into at least one pair of ugly shoes. Finally, I cut the salesperson off and said I felt like I was being lectured and I didn't need that. I would go back to this store, but if the same salesperson was there, I would turn around and walk right back out. The other salesperson present seemed friendly and pleasant. Maybe I should have asked if they could help me instead. read more

I made several trips to Foot Solutions. I was happy with how they helped get the orthotics that I ordered fitted for my casual shoes. However, every time I open my closet door and see the $200 I spent on a pair of Naot shoes that are not being used, I am reminded of their disappointing service. All of the employees I met with were very friendly; however, I want to advise other customers of my experience. A young clerk said to me, "We can build these up for you, and if you don't like them, you can bring them back". To the average consumer, I interpreted that to mean that they were going to lift up the bottom piece of the shoe and put in an insert of some type. If it was uncomfortable, I would just return the shoes and they would remove the insert back to normal and I would get a refund. The shoes were very tight across the instep when I wore them inside my house to break them in, so I took them back. Another clerk told me that once they build up a shoe, it's a final sale. I informed them that they should spell that out very clearly to people so there is no miscommunication because I never would have spent that much money on shoes if there was a possibility they wouldn't work out. I brought them back 3 times and they put them on a stretcher for one week each time, but the shoes still hurt, so I finally gave up. I will probably donate them to a charitable consignment store because they are just collecting dust in my closet. read more
