The store is family owned and all of the staff is very friendly and competent. The business is active in hosting fun events, participating in local charities, and they have a good amount of discount/sale opportunities. They have great, quickly rotating selections, and their items are usually in better quality than other local resale stores. If you sell them your items, they pay you an amount that is very comparable to other children's resale stores. You can get cash or store credit which is redeemable at Lil Frogs or its sister store, the Posh Pocket (located in the same plaza). I visit Lil Frogs often and have always been very happy with my experiences there.

There were also racks further back in the store with vintage clothing. I saw a few larger pieces as I was browsing which I appreciate as a plus sized woman. The owner was welcoming and invited me to explore. I ended up purchasing a ring, bracelet, and a purse. All of which I love! I found her prices to be reasonable for the items I purchased and I'd happily stop through again.

We never received a call, so I called on February 28, the day we planned to pick them up. I was then told the job wasn't finished because of the engraving inside my partner's ring--even though he had clearly said from the beginning that it was fine if the engraving disappeared during resizing. After we repeated that it was fine, we were suddenly told to come in within a few hours. The other ring was mine, and it still didn't fit properly. That day, my partner asked for a very small adjustment--between a size 5 and 5.5 (around 5.25)--because 5.5 was loose and 5 was too tight. The tall female staff member said finger size can change with the weather. I understand that, but I was genuinely worried it could slip off when washing my hands. She told us to come back on Wednesday. When I returned on Wednesday, it honestly didn't feel resized. When I asked about it, the male staff member sighed and told me to "wear it for a week and come back if it still feels loose." He also said he could resize it down by a quarter size and wouldn't charge me for it. That left me even more confused and frustrated--if it could be adjusted that quickly, I don't understand why I was told to wait until Wednesday in the first place. Overall, the communication was poor and the service felt dismissive.

My Marhofer experience started with their Service department when I brought in my 2017 Volt LT (purchased from a used lot back in 2020) for routine service and software updates. Everyone was friendly and there was no upselling pressure for services I didn't need or ask for--a big relief. Fast forward a year and a half later when I decided I wanted to purchase a low-mileage Bolt EUV Premier I spotted on their website. I again felt no heavy pressure to buy from Brysyn, the young sales rep I worked with. The price on the vehicle was a no-haggle price, but it was fair, based on what I had seen elsewhere. The vehicle did have a chip in the windshield that happened in transit, but they replaced it. The car was perfect! Next came the Finance Department and I couldn't have been more pleased working with Holly, their finance manager. She was super! I was happy with the rate I got and the fact that she got it with my bank. She's smart, witty, and very thorough. My wife and son have both purchased cars from other Marhofer dealerships in the area and they were comfortable with their experiences. Still enjoying my nearly-new vehicle and have not been pressured to buy anything since I brought it home.

I really appreciate her help and I like the vehicle. My concern was with the finance process. I was told my lender wanted me to have the full service package for my Atlas. The initial contract included thousands of dollars in optional products that significantly increased the amount financed. After I questioned the charges and declined the optional products, the contract was rewritten at a much lower price, and I completed the purchase. My advice to future buyers: Ask to see the entire contract before signing. Don't rely on signing documents on a tablet without reviewing every page. Ask which items are optional, read everything carefully, and don't be afraid to say no.

The Drop is one of the best reviewed RDAs on the market, and has been around for a while, at least a year I'd guess (it's on all the "top RDAs of 2017" lists, and it's currently end of June, 2018). After more than 2 years, i made the switch from your basic Smok starter kit to an RDA squonk mech mod several months ago (I'll never switch back, but that's outside of the scope of this review) and I've learned that the vast majority of vape shops popping up cater to beginner level, inexperienced clientele. Some (kings of vapor, vapor station) are better than others (avail, legend vapor), but I couldn't find anyone who ever carried the drop, in or out of stock. And remember, it's not some obscure RDA. Sure, I could have ordered it online from any number of sites. But I like to support local biz when I can (instant gratification ain't bad either). Enter - Chasin Vapors - the had the Drop along with a dozen other RDAs, some of which I'd never even heard of, including a new Voopoo RDA, the Rune, which debuted like maybe a month ago! I checked them all out, still went with the Drop , which cost me $37 including tax. That's a really good price too, considering they sell online for around $30 + shipping. Honestly, I expected to pay more (that's the contribution to local biz), but not complaining! Go to Chasin Vapors, even if you are just starting out, because they really do have it all! 5 stars for 5 star service, 5 stars for selection and 5 stars for price (15 stars?) ... oh and when you go, make sure Felix gives you a punch card. 11th bottle of e liquid is free! Two terrible experiences with the marine service and parts department yesterday…read more 1) On Tuesday I called about getting a PWC battery. I was told to call ahead of time so they can add acid and charge up the battery, no problem. I was told the battery was $172 (before taxes, etc). I called the next day to order the battery and when I picked it up I was charged $203 (before taxes, etc.) I told the salesperson that I was told the battery was $172, he didn't care, he charged me $203. 2) They add 3% if you use a credit card, but not if you use a debit card or pay by check. No problem, I get it, but I told them you should let people know ahead of time (I would have brought a debit card), the salesperson said "sometimes" we tell the customer (huh?), the salesperson could care less. The salespeople's attitude was that they didn't care at all that they screwed this customer. I'm afraid they have lost a longtime and repeating (PWC and ski package) customer. Maybe business is so good they don't care about customers.
