Clients Beware, You Are NOT Being Told the Truth About Where Your Money Is Going…read more For two years, I tipped my nurse injector at Radiant Divine Medical Spa under the belief that my gratuity was going directly to her, the person who performed the service. What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here. If I had known the truth earlier, I would never have stepped foot in the place.

Terrible. Serious decline in service. I visited in 2024 for 11 lines on my forehead and received a…read moregreat result. I returned in 2025 for the same thing and received a poor result as the 11 lines remained. I went back a second time in 2025 for them to correct and must have received saline injections because the 11 lines remained. I requested a refund and Rachel declined by saying she did a great job in 2024, so its fine that she failed in 2025. Absurd. Rachel's demeanor, professionalism, and conversation declined as well. I don't know what happened to her, but I'm sorry for her, I still had 11 lines, and I still want my money back. Go elsewhere because Rachel is something else now.

My husband and I were looking for a boat primarily for fishing. We went into Buckeye to check out…read moretheir selection and to shop around for the perfect boat. We walked in and was greeted by JD. He was very helpful, professional and cared about satisfying our request and would not allow us to purchase anything that would not satisfy our needs. We appreciated his thoughtfulness and kindness. We picked up our boat two weeks ago and upon arrival, Pete introduced himself and gave us the King and Queen tour of our new purchase. He walked from front to back and showed us all we needed to know. We are very pleased. Thank You Eli and Karen Oh, we just received a thank you gift of delicious cookies and cups!!!

Two terrible experiences with the marine service and parts department yesterday…read more 1) On Tuesday I called about getting a PWC battery. I was told to call ahead of time so they can add acid and charge up the battery, no problem. I was told the battery was $172 (before taxes, etc). I called the next day to order the battery and when I picked it up I was charged $203 (before taxes, etc.) I told the salesperson that I was told the battery was $172, he didn't care, he charged me $203. 2) They add 3% if you use a credit card, but not if you use a debit card or pay by check. No problem, I get it, but I told them you should let people know ahead of time (I would have brought a debit card), the salesperson said "sometimes" we tell the customer (huh?), the salesperson could care less. The salespeople's attitude was that they didn't care at all that they screwed this customer. I'm afraid they have lost a longtime and repeating (PWC and ski package) customer. Maybe business is so good they don't care about customers.

I never would have thought I'd be reviewing a drug store! But I was so impressed with Discount Drug…read moreMart that I just had to write a review. This was my first time here and was blown away with everything that they offer - it is like they took a Target and shrunk it down! The ones working in the pharmacy itself were super busy, but still very nice and friendly. Jessica is the pharmacist that we talked to and although she was busy, she took time to listen without making us feel like we were a bother. And she was friendly to boot! They have fresh fruit and veggies and they looked fresh and in good condition. They have a deli - they have a large frozen foods section - they have clothing, bakeware, groceries... I even bought some cute oven-proof bowls to make french onion soup in! And you would think that the prices would be way high, but although a few things were a little higher, the majority of the products were priced pretty much what you would pay at Giant Eagle or Target. Anyway, I did not expect to find all of this, along with great customer service in a drug store! Who knew? Well now we all do!

This is a brand spanking new location and it's massive. I'd much rather give my money to an Ohio…read morebased company. I grew up with Drug Mart, so it's a staple in my life. They have a really nice deli with a large selection of meats, cheeses and salads. Some grab n go sandwiches and snacks are available at the deli and at the front of the store as well. They have a decent sized fresh produce kiosk, dairy, frozen and huge beer and wine section. It is indeed a one stop shop. They DO save you the run around, as their famous jingle indicates. The thing that I love most about Drug Mart is that they carry a lot of items that no one else does. Even right down to a local made almond milk. Love that! They have aisles and aisles of just about anything you could need at competitive prices. I've found some more hard to find cosmetics and hair products there, too. And did I mention that their cosmetics department is huge? My only complaint is that I wish they carried more lines of cruelty free products, but they're progressing. So, overall, I'm thrilled that there's a location so close to home now and it's not another CVS or Walgreen's. If you're in the area, check it out!
