I walked around the store for a little bit and I enjoyed browsing. SERVICE -- Customer service was good. Alex and a student, Gabby, were helpful employees. Once in the store the employees had mask and there are social distancing arrows in the floor. The employees were talking about how happy they felt that people were coming in and they were busy. I had to go in and exchange products that had come in by mail very late. I had decided to change products. They made it a no nonsense exchange with a smile. The young lady was telling me she was sorry because it took her just a few seconds to make the exchange. She actually was pretty quick and so very nice. I will continue to visit this Sally's store as it is one of my very favorites.

I would think that a multi million dollar company would have better practices with displaying their sample products. Also, a lot of the products I picked up and wanted to purchase, I put right back down because they had been opened and/or tested. Ew again! A lot of stock seemed to be missing in the makeup department, especially a lot of the lipsticks. Not sure if theft is to blame or just poor ordering practices. They also carry Trish McEvoy, Laura Mercier, NARS, and Lune+Aster (Blue Mercury's line). All high-end quality lines. They also happen to have my favorite lip balm (Rosebud salve) which I'm hard pressed to find in any store. Service: I was quickly helped by a sales associate when I entered the store. She helped me decide which shade of corrector and concealer I needed and gave additional recommendations on other products I was interested in.
