Went here because of the reviews online and personally I think they were spot on. Very timely, professional, friendly and nice place. Not dirty but could you a face lift inside. Pricing I thought was very fair compared to my normal nail salon. Paul knew what he was doing and was great! Walked out loving my acrylic full with gel Nail polish. Although I would have given a 5 star If my gel nail polish didn't chip at the side of my nails which I understand can happen but it was more than one nail and now the gel polish on 4 nails is peeling right off. It hasn't even been a week yet. I would go back to get it fixed up like I said I am no where near close.

I have been coming to Nails Only in Willoughby since Christmas. I love the work that they do here…read moreand I always leave satisfied with awesome looking nails. I have shorter, weaker nails so I decided to get acrylics put on. I'm always picky about my length and shape and they are always so helpful and are willing to make whatever changes they need to make sure you leave happy! I have had the same gel polish on for THREE weeks and there are no chips and absolutely no peeling which I have had problems with before at other salons. I think I've found my new go-to place! They also have a lot of gel nail color options which I appreciate, and the space is clean and inviting. The prices are also very fair compared to the businesses nearby.

I called and was advised $55 for a regular mani/pedi. Get there and I'm told, "Oh, prices have changed." They ended up charging $78. Price change in mid week, 2 days after its scheduled? And their web page shows different prices from what they quote in the salon. All they say is, "Oh, it's not updated." I won't ever return. I don't need to have managers talk down to me or ignore their issues. Far too many salons out there to deal with deceptive practices.
