I worked with Danita to schedule me. In the spring, for some reason, every one of my appointments had been canceled and replaced by other customers in my timeslots. I am told that nobody knows what happened. I talked with one of the co-owners several times. In the end, nothing was done. I felt they should have given me my appointments back with the person I made the appointments for. They offered me other dates, times and service providers. The co-owner, in a very friendly manner, told me I was always welcome there. I will not be going back.

They claim they are and told me they were soo busy and needed me ASAP but I sat there for days and days and never had not one single customer walk thru their door. The owner is NEVER there. Me and the hairstylist were there by ourselves the whole time. The owner doesn't have ANY license for hair or make up or nails and never has. She never even taught us how to use the register or computer if a customer were to walk in. The hairstylist is booth rental so a new stylist won't get any customers unless they already their own. The nail desk I had was a crappy wooden thing that the owner husband put together real quick in their garage, it had no drawers or anything on it! They don't give nail tech commission it's only 10/hr and the "manager" who runs fhe websites wouldn't upload any pictures of my work, my social media's, or advertise me, my name or the hairstylist at all! the hairstylist completely ruined my hair. The cut is soo uneven, the color is patchy and she chopped off 3times more than what I wanted... my hair was down to my WAIST I wanted it cut to the middle of my back and she cut it to my SHOULDERS! Water sprayed all down my back and bleach spots were all over my sweater. My bleach blonde hair she turned brassy af and you can totally tell that one shoulders length is longer on one side and shorter on the other, and when I asked her to fix it she said there was nothing to fix and she doesn't know why it looked that way saying she's never had it happen to her before and I literally left there in tears... I do NOT recommend them to ANYONE EVER !!
