I didn't say anything because I didn't want to seem mean but who wants to pay $40 plus tip for a pedicure with sloppy polish? Last time I was there, I was serviced by him and before he started the polish, he told me his hands shake and he let someone else do the polish. This time he didn't. I wasn't happy to see that or the finished product. To add he kept calling me "baby". I look young but I doubt he'd call a customer who looked different than me "baby". And he was loud and was drawing attention to us, which I didn't like. It was the end of my work day and I just wanted to relax. I kinda wish nail techs would follow the customer's lead. If we're quiet, then you be quiet. I've had a few experiences with this salon that just haven't been positive. It's a crap shoot really. Sometimes it's good, oftentimes it's not. I'm done. Can't keep wasting my money.

I called and was advised $55 for a regular mani/pedi. Get there and I'm told, "Oh, prices have changed." They ended up charging $78. Price change in mid week, 2 days after its scheduled? And their web page shows different prices from what they quote in the salon. All they say is, "Oh, it's not updated." I won't ever return. I don't need to have managers talk down to me or ignore their issues. Far too many salons out there to deal with deceptive practices.

I'm always picky about my length and shape and they are always so helpful and are willing to make whatever changes they need to make sure you leave happy! I have had the same gel polish on for THREE weeks and there are no chips and absolutely no peeling which I have had problems with before at other salons. I think I've found my new go-to place! They also have a lot of gel nail color options which I appreciate, and the space is clean and inviting. The prices are also very fair compared to the businesses nearby.
