I've been coming to Elegant Nails for a while now, and it's the only place I go. Everyone is so friendly and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in. Hanna and Tina are both amazing. They always do a great job, and my nails turn out exactly how I want them. I also love that they take walk-ins. Even when they're busy, they never make you feel rushed. They take their time and pay attention to the little details. The only thing to keep in mind is that they only accept cash for tips, so make sure to bring a little cash with you. If you're looking for a nail salon with great service and people who really care about their work, I definitely recommend Elegant Nails.

I completely understand that I should have made an appointment. But, if you can't take a walk-in -…read moresaying that you are busy is completely understandable. I would have rather scheduled an appointment and came back when they weren't busy rather than having my nails done by 4 different people. I spend 2 hours and 10 minutes in this nail salon last night. The timing sounds about right because I got a pedicure and an acrylic set put on, completely understandable. The way that i was passed around like a hot potato when it came to getting my nails done really did me in. The girl even laughed at the fact that 4 people worked on my nails. This is the second experience that left a really sour taste in my mouth, and I probably wouldn't recommend this nail spa unless you were in a pinch.

I got a painful toe infection after coming here…read more I thought my toe was just a bit irritated from them filing/working around the nail. But it continues to be painful and still infected now (over a month since the original appt). My toe is swollen and has throbbing pain. I have gone to multiple doctors appointments and tried different antibiotics, hoping the next one will finally treat me. I don't know if it was dirty tools, or if they dug too deep into the skin around my big toe nail, but I have never had an issue with this before in my life (I have done my own nails and gone to other spas). I am glad other people had good experiences here, but I don't think I can do a pedicure again after the amount of pain my toe has caused me. I don't want to risk getting another infection. I really hope whoever is in charge can improve sanitary conditions and/or train new hires to be more careful to prevent deep infections like this. I hope my condition is an outlier and that most customers are not having such poor experiences. ‍ UPDATE (7/1/26): I ended up having to remove my whole toe nail. I had to drive over an hour to the only podiatrist available on a short notice because I could not take the pain any longer.

I previously stopped in for manis and pedis. They always have a lot of appointment options which is super convenient. As always, I was genuinely impressed with the entire experience. It felt like this time the service was especially friendly and cordial. I received so much attention, it was amazing! The space feels clean, modern, and upscale without being pretentious. The ambiance is calming, with chic decor and a spa-like vibe that sets it apart from traditional nail salons. Furniture is velvety and comfy. The salon is spacious and it feels somehow freeing being there. Think light, airy, and comfy. The salon doubles as a boutique! It has cute one-of-a-kind garments, jewelry, accessories, and even Blind Date with a Book! It's also a very clean and spotless salon! My nail technician took the time to understand exactly what I wanted, and the attention to detail was top-notch. I got my first Dazzle Dry Polish mani and quick service. The results? This type of mani is more for a busy professional who is seeking value and speed. I went for the clean girl aesthetic selecting a pretty neutral. The salon has so many color choices though and they're all non-toxic. I'll probably set my sights on my traditional gel next time. My mani bubbled and chipped a bit by the next morning. My previous manis from here were great though so I think it's more of this specific polish. My nail tech also does the cutest designs that she showed me. Highly recommend if you're looking for a safe, beautiful, healthy, and relaxing nail experience. I hope you'll get to meet the owner during one of your experiences, she's a gem, so radiant and friendly! Next time I'll stop in I'll get "blind date with a book" and come in for a pedi!

I got an answering machine so I figured I'd call back since I had time. I called back at 11:40am leaving a message this time. I never received a call back. When I arrived at 12:45 for my 1pm appointment I was greeted nicely. The young lady said "oh I just listened to your message. I can ask Petra if this can be done." The front desk girl came back and said no, so I asked to reschedule. The same front desk girl said "I will charge you for today plus gratuity because the change was not made an hour before your appointment" (actually had she retrieved my voicemail it was more than an hour). I had mentioned she did not have my credit card info to charge me and she snapped back, "I have your gift card info and it will be taken out of that."I felt backed into a corner so I went ahead with the original appointment. Petra was lovely and did a nice job. However, it was not what I had really wanted. Also, the second young lady that had checked me out was very nice.
