It was easy to get an appointment. The spa mani and pedi included hand/foot masks and a paraffin wax which was very nice. However, in the process the mani/pedi took just over 2.5 hours (after the 60 min massage) which meant spending almost 4 hours at the salon. I had called in advance while booking my apt to ask how long it would take, and was told in total it would be 2 hours. I was pretty disappointed that the manicure started chipping within hours of coming home. They use exclusively Zoya polish for their regular polish. The color I chose was streaky, so the layers applied were so thick that even not touching anything for over an hour was not enough.
