I've followed my stylist and friend, Randi, to each salon she has worked at since she is by far the best at color I've ever seen! I've consistently recommended Randi through the years because she is a pro, and she is passionate about her profession. When Randi told me she was moving to an independent salon, I was so excited for her. I actually visited the salon yesterday for the first time, and was impressed with the hard work these women put into their business venture. AP is local and easy to find on Lorain Road in North Olmsted. I was impressed with how reasonable their prices are, and I am the type of person who is willing to pay more to support local business. I actually thought they forgot to add the cost of my haircut to the final bill because it was so reasonable! Yesterday I got a whopping 10 inches cut off my hair; I leave the color up to Randi, and she always delivers! My hair is healthy and I've already received a lot of compliments! Absolutely Posh was recommended to me by a close friend and boy am I glad it was! Not only was this salon warm and welcoming, the services are beyond great as well! Now I am one that always gets lost, but this salon was so easy to find and parking was not a problem at all unlike past salons I've been to. You might be thinking, "I can't afford to go to a salon" but the prices at this salon are incredibly reasonable, affordable and definitely will not be breaking the bank. Besides the friendly staff, the decor and overall atmosphere is beautiful and relaxing which is exactly what I'm looking for when I choose a salon because I like to think of my visit as a little break from my crazy, hectic schedule. I moved to Cleveland from Chicago a while ago and have been hunting for the same level of service and quality of color and cut I was spoiled with in Chicago and I FINALLY FOUND IT!!! I got a cut, highlight and style from a sweet heart named Randi. I have never had my hair looking so good. She really captured my personality in the color and style. I am soooo happy. I have never gotten so many compliments on my hair before. I was out the other night and a stranger actually came up and touched my hair. . . LOL. Seriously. And no more $250 visits to the salon. When my hairdresser told me she was leaving her current place of employment to open up her own hair salon I couldn't of been happier for her, (I really didn't like the atmosphere where she was). I have been with her for over 12 yrs. Well last week I went to go get my hair done at her new salon. When I walked in I immediately knew this was going to be a great experience. The staff is so friendly, the atmosphere is warm & relaxing. The decor is beautiful & their prices are VERY reasonable. I was greeted right away & asked if I wanted coffee or water. I ALWAYS have my hair done by Randi and she does an AMAZING job. This salon is so much different that other salons. It isn't super snobby like some salons or have old ladies galore at others. It is fresh and new with young ladies who rock at their jobs. I constanly recommend this salon to anyone who needs something new and modern done. They always make time to fit me in (I tend to do things VERY last minute) whether for a cut and color or a manicure. PLUS, they give 25$ shellac? WHO DOES THAT? I am a professional Photographer and have spent twenty years photographing weddings and in the process have watched hundreds of updo's and have seen many bad hair colors.You will never find a more professional staff and a more talented team then this salon. Jessie at Posh Salon did my make-up for my June 17 Wedding and I couldn't have loved it more! We first did a trial run in May, then made arrangements to have her meet me on the wedding day. Jessie is full of life and fantastic to work with. She makes adjustments to make you happy and has you looking perfect in no time!!! A few false lashes are a must! read more

I heard about this place and it was close to work so I thought I would check it out. My hair is very thick and hard to manage sooooo I was refered to Randi who shaped my thick mop into shape in no time. Im a huge fan of scissor cuts and less razor and she did it well.
