We will definitely be going back again and again my wife is even setting up an appointment for herself. CON: I only have one negative thing to say about our experience. It was the little bench she was sitting on to get her haircut it was not super safe or sturdy for a kid to sit on while getting their haircut. It even slid off with her on it at one point because the armrests are rounded. I could tell she was a little uneasy about sitting there at first on the bench thing. A plastic booster seat would of been so much safer and better for my child to sit in. I said multiple times I was a guy but they kept calling me she because of my voice. I was fortunate the one who did cut my hair took time to understand what I wanted and she did seem empathetic, but I suppose asking for more than just a buzz cut was "too much". I have only had good experiences with fantastic outcomes. And anyone that can make my thin, fine hair feel full of volume has my wholehearted support! She goes the extra mile with scented, heated towels after shampooing and a lovely head massage.
