The biggest concern has been the lack of consistent provider availability, which has made it difficult to maintain appointments at the recommended treatment intervals. Appointments have frequently been changed or canceled, and I have repeatedly been told that providers would be available at later dates or times, only to receive different information later. The information provided by staff and providers during visits has also been inconsistent. It appears the company is transitioning away from Advanced Practice Providers, which has contributed to providers seeking employment elsewhere. Unfortunately, this has resulted in delayed or missed treatments for clients. For treatments that depend on maintaining a consistent schedule, reliable provider availability is extremely important. Based on my experience with the frequent scheduling changes, cancellations, and inconsistent information, I would not recommend this company.
