She completely botched my sisters hair, so bad that she had to get it redone . Even after that I decided to book with her again for a touch up on Thursday 4/13 at 4:45 pm , I showed up at 4:47 pm and was told she could not take me because I was late and she had other clients . I understand I was not on the dot, but I just found it really ridiculous considering I've always tipped her very well. And don't get me started on the front desk.... even worse! They do no peform confirmation calls and over all they just have an attitude , and they are the one messing up the scheduling. I'm told my appointment is at one time from their receptionist Hope via text message , and then when I show up I'm told another thing by Vanessa. Get it together envy salon !!!!

Erika is very skilled and thorough, and friendly. Not once did I have to wait for a personal phone call, a co-worker yakk session, or any other shenanigans. I will definitely go back to Envy. The 4-star review is in reference to the receptionist, who could stand to be a little more friendly. But overall, I am quite happy and my nails look fancy!

I just moved to Cleveland in August so I've been looking for a place that does eye brow threading…read morefor a while. I did look at previous reviews on Yelp and I do agree that Laila does a great job! I called on Tuesday night and she got back to me the next morning via text to schedule an appointment for the following day. Her place is not hard to find, on the 2nd floor above Starbucks in Legacy Village. Parking meters not expensive- I just put a quarter in for 30 minutes. Upon arriving, Laila greeted me and was very nice. She asked if I had had threading before or if it was my first time and I explained that I have been threading for 2 years now. She had me lay down on her table and I explained that I wanted my eye brows kind of thin but since my eye brows are kind of straight I wanted a small arch towards the tail end. She worked very quick and paid attention to plucking the stray hairs. After she was done she showed me a mirror to look and if i wanted any changes she could do it as well. I am very happy about the threading and how my eyes turned out. Just for this one session it was $27. Granted it is waaaayyy more expensive than what I'm use to (I paid $7 + $3 tip in Houston) I would recommend Laila's business to any lady who's interested in getting threaded.

I've been going here for over a year and have typically had a great experience. I've even met the…read moreowner before, so I'm really disappointed by my most recent visit. When I arrived, the door was locked, and the employee initially just stared at me while I tried to open it. When she finally opened the door, she said hello and immediately continued with her client. I waited about 20 minutes before being called over, even though the previous client appeared to be finished. Once she did my eyebrows, they were noticeably two different sizes. I asked if she noticed, and she said yes. She "corrected" them, but barely touched one side afterward, and I left unhappy with the results and the overall experience. It's especially disappointing because I've genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past, but after this experience, I'll be finding a new eyebrow place and unfortunately won't be returning.
