So, if you are on a budget, you can potentially overspend with such misleading information. When I brought it to their attention, they did not do a refund. I will not be going back as a result. We were told that because my appointment was made in person and hers was booked online, only mine was actually scheduled. Even though she had a confirmation email, it didn't matter. I understand that mistakes happen, but we drove out of our way to be there, and the way the situation was handled felt less than ideal. Not handled well at all. And believe me, it's rare for me to complain - so that's how disappointed I am in the situation.
