However, when I set up my appointment for my touch up the receptionist was unpleasant to deal with. She called me three times while I was at work to ask if I could move my appointment up. In response I told her IF I could make that I would let her know within the hour but if I did not call her then we would have to stick with my original time. This spa sends out text messages as reminders of appointment times. I received a message she had moved my appointment up so I used my lunch break to take the trip out to the spa. When I checked in the receptionist asked me why I was there because my appointment wasn't for another hour. She told me that she only sent that message in HOPES that I would call her. Extremely unprofessional, disorganized and inconvenient. I take a drive of 55 minutes to get to this specific spa. I had to sit there and wait an hour and a half for my appointment which was supposed to be with Cheyenne but it was not. Cheyenne has to go home early that day which is understanding. Things pop up and I'm understanding of that. The woman who did my lashes was new and took longer than expected. At this point I didn't mind as long as my eyelashes were done correctly (spoiler alert: they were not). At the end of my appointment the receptionist offered me an eyebrow wax "it looks like" I "could use it". The most unprofessional rude service I've ever had. I was so disappointed and irked by this situation. The picture uploaded is less than a week after my appointment date. Cheyenne came in to check on my lashes before she rushed out and kept telling the woman doing my lashes to get new glue. The way this was poorly handled really depreciates a business incredibly quickly. If anyone has a suggestion for a new lash place let me know ASAP!

The staff seem knowledgeable and Thierry is very friendly and positive both times I've come in. Prices are a bit higher than a regular salon for basic waxing but I suppose that's because they are dedicating to only waxing here. I called on Tuesday night and she got back to me the next morning via text to schedule an appointment for the following day. Her place is not hard to find, on the 2nd floor above Starbucks in Legacy Village. Parking meters not expensive- I just put a quarter in for 30 minutes. Upon arriving, Laila greeted me and was very nice. She asked if I had had threading before or if it was my first time and I explained that I have been threading for 2 years now. She had me lay down on her table and I explained that I wanted my eye brows kind of thin but since my eye brows are kind of straight I wanted a small arch towards the tail end. She worked very quick and paid attention to plucking the stray hairs. After she was done she showed me a mirror to look and if i wanted any changes she could do it as well. I am very happy about the threading and how my eyes turned out. Just for this one session it was $27. Granted it is waaaayyy more expensive than what I'm use to (I paid $7 + $3 tip in Houston) I would recommend Laila's business to any lady who's interested in getting threaded.
