Had permanent make up down here. Stay away from these lowlifes! I paid for a touchup which was included for eyes/lips. They canceled the touch up appointment on me because Covid hit. Fair enough. They rescheduled me but it was during a time when cases were increasing in Ohio so I canceled that. As I was driving into my rescheduled appointment a few weeks later I hit traffic. As a courtesy I texted them and told Alla I was going to be 10 minutes late. She nastily texted me back that they could only do half my appointment... OVER 10 MINUTES!!! They also rudely claimed I kept rescheduling "multiple appointments." This is not true. They rescheduled once and then I rescheduled again because newsflash WE'RE IN A PANDEMIC. They refused to return my money for the touchup that I had already paid for. Stay away from these ruthless, nasty, rude, arrogant crooks... Maybe if they had more respect and consideration and did not have such horrific business practices I would tell you to go here but these people are worthless. read more

This is a fabulous salon for permanent cosmetic application. No pain due to adequate topical numbing, and AWESOME results. Ala listens well, and you're in charge of the amount, shape, color used, etc. For me, a 54 year old woman blessed by a youthful appearance & extremely active lifestyle, this was the answer to my lifelong issue of blonde brows & eyes that need liner for definition-without hours of makeup (which I loath) and/or worrying in the pool, gym, etc - no liner or brow products are REALLY water/sweat/tear proof. Due to illness, I had barely any eyebrows when I went to Allegria. She used her airfill technique and I now have beautiful, natural-looking brows! It has been almost five months and I still have no need for a brow pencil. I cannot begin to express how wonderful it is to wake up with eyebrows and to no longer worry about looking in a mirror to find one or half of a brow has "wiped off" leaving me frantically searching for a pencil.
