Twice in the last 6 months they were closed when they were supposed be open, once I went to ridge park location and the girl had no idea what she was doing. Last time at this location it was great, this time not so much. I came in specified just needed cleaned up got butchered and then told I need to fill it in . I don't appreciate that when the prices have increased and the service has decreased. Didn't even add post skin wipes or clean off excess hair . If you recognized just my facial expression there was a problem maybe fill in that brow instead of telling me I have to go back behind you and do it myself . I definitely miss the more experienced women with good customer service .
