Even though she has done this service before for me she still asked me questions and made sure I loved the shape. I highly recommend her if you want a picture perfect service! I put my faith in this place and she waxed off all of my progress and growth. Now Im so unahppy with my eyebrows and I have to wait MONTHS for them to grow back. My eyebrows make me feel pretty and I do not feel pretty. My brows are so thin, without any arch or shape. I even showed her pictures for reference and she didn't seem to process that , just waxed off all my growth. Never going back.

All I can say is don't book your wedding here…read more Christina should not be accepting brides. She was 40 mins late for my bridal appointment on my wedding day & didn't even apologize. She did my makeup first then had to rush through my hair. I could not stay any longer or I'd be late to my own wedding. Had she not been late, she would've had the extra 40 mins to complete my hair better. My braid & flower piece fell out, & the curls were completely gone by the time of my ceremony. The owner did not care at all, actually accused me of lying, & would not refund me even though my hair was unfinished & had to go to my wedding with undone hair. My wedding pictures speak for themselves. My hair was not done. Not a great memory of my wedding day. Megan was also so slow working on my mother and sister, that my sister's makeup wasn't even half done and she had no choice but to also leave or she'd be late. All she got was foundation & eyeshadow, again, no apologies or partial refund from the owner. She paid for a full face of makeup & got only foundation & eyeshadow. Very unprofessional place. They obviously don't take weddings seriously, not even brides considering she was 40 mins late for me. Unfortunately I will have this memory forever & they didn't care at all.

Twice in the last 6 months they were closed when they were supposed be open, once I went to ridge park location and the girl had no idea what she was doing. Last time at this location it was great, this time not so much. They are uneven, I had to ask her twice to get the few hairs she completely missed and instead of just plucking she threaded even more of my eye brow and made them even more uneven. I came in specified just needed cleaned up got butchered and then told I need to fill it in . I don't appreciate that when the prices have increased and the service has decreased. Didn't even add post skin wipes or clean off excess hair . If you recognized just my facial expression there was a problem maybe fill in that brow instead of telling me I have to go back behind you and do it myself . I definitely miss the more experienced women with good customer service .
